Donald Trump has now been indicted in a fourth case, with the former president being charged Monday in Georgia over his efforts to overturn his 2020 general election defeat in the state. The probe by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis began shortly after the release of a recording of a Jan. 2, 2021, phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in which the then-president suggested that Raffensperger could "find 11,780 votes" - just enough to overtake Joe Biden.

These indictments go to show the complete lawlessness of the democrat party. Biden’s DOJ is throwing the country into a potential constitutional crisis by bringing these manipulated charges in multiple states. Any reasonable person can see that their sole purpose is to interfere in a presidential election that they would most likely lose without using this strategy against their opponent. Is this the way we choose a President going forward? We use lawfare to undermine an opponent’s campaign instead of allowing the people to choose? Think about that. Through the manipulation of our system of justice, this heinous administration is attempting to take out its opponent not through the debate of policies and ideas but by using the courts to hamstring their opponent. This cabal also desires to put their opponent in jail! Shame on every legal scholar for not coming out against this strategy. Bill Barr is one of the ring leaders of this travesty and should pay a high price for advocating for democrats who are using the justice system as a weapon. Even old bagpipes should be able to see quite clearly what is happening. Yet, he is silent like so many others who know if the tables were turned they would be screaming bloody murder.

"George Soros" Democrats are attacking the First Amendment and criminalizing normal political discourse... whenever it doesn't involve THEM. Al Gore and the "hanging chad" controversy was far worse than these "conversations" with the ever-corrupt Georgia political establishment. Keep it up Demonrats, because all your LAWFARE is doing nothing but increasing Donald Trump's popularity AGAINST the "Deep State." You come for him, HE IS COMING FOR YOU!

91 criminal indictments...after 2 Congressional impeachment trials, Mueller's kangaroo investigation, and years of Deep State accusations could not make anything stick to Trump. So...does that mean that all of those prior "investigations" were criminally incompetent and overlooked important offenses, just partisan weaponization of their authority...or that Trump really is innocent, and the 91 criminal indictments are just as bogus as the prior "investigations"? Pick one, or all, because there are no other credible choices.

Have always wondered how far would the people controlling Washington go to stay in power. We now have our answer. This is tyranny. Think it is safe to say they will not go quietly. Does Washington even realize the level of discontent in the general population? Its why Trump has attracted so many supporters. God help them if everyone gets on the same page. They will have no support and nowhere to hide.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema slammed Democratic Party leaders again Wednesday for celebrating more than $100 million in federal funds to help shelter migrants in New York while her own border state of Arizona was given a fraction of that. The senator, who left the Democratic Party in December to become an independent, doubled down on criticism she made earlier this month of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) after the two boasted in June of securing Gotham $104.6 million of an $800 million grant from the Biden administration. The Federal Emergency Management Agency awarded just $23,890,395 in the same month to organizations in Arizona

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed on Wednesday that “average Americans” were not particularly concerned with the ongoing investigations into members of President Joe Biden’s family. Schumer joined hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to tout Biden’s signature Inflation Reduction Act on the one-year anniversary of the president signing it into law — and the conversation turned instead to the latest slate of indictments filed against former President Donald Trump and Republican investigations into the Biden family.

The Fulton County clerk who released an indictment document displaying charges against former President Donald Trump before the grand jury voted said she inadvertently hit “send” instead of “save” in an interview with WSB-TV Tuesday. The court briefly posted a document on its website Monday afternoon listing 13 charges against the former president, Reuters first reported, which ultimately matched the charges released after the grand jury made its decision. The Office of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts initially responded to media reports by claiming the document was “fictitious,” which Clerk Ché Alexander told WSB-TV was “the best word I could come up with.”

Electoral challenges have long been part of American history. Only now are they being criminalized.I was one of the lawyers involved in objections to Florida's presidential vote in 2000. A margin of less than 600 ballots determined that Governor George W. Bush rather than Vice President Al Gore won the state and, thus, the electoral college vote. I was convinced then and I am convinced now that this result was wrong. No one was indicted, disbarred, disciplined or even much criticized for those efforts, yet here we stand today.

So far, Joe Biden has “no comment” about the casualties and, presumably, he has nothing to say about the massive relief efforts that are surely underway. But are they underway? According to the Wall Street Journal, “State and federal aid is trickling into the region in the wake of the deadliest U.S. wildfire event in over 100 years.” So after a full week, aid is just “trickling in” from FEMA to deal with the destruction of most of the Western part of Maui?
