One of the things that’s important for sane people to keep in mind is that the war on climate change is a war on food.(Snip)It’s also obvious when the sinister World Economic Forum keeps insisting that we learn to enjoy bugs (while they enjoy filet mignon, of course). There are other ways to attack food, though.(Snip)Right now, the government is painting the project as one to clean out pollution. But once a government gets its hands on a powerful technology, the sky’s the limit on what it can do to control the population, whether to render it helpless or erase it from the earth.

On Tuesday, pro-abortion organizations began to urge Arizona voters to create a constitutional right to abortion, a trend occurring in several battleground states in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision.(Snip)Pro-abortion Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs reportedly said that she was “confident that Arizonans will vote for reproductive freedom next November.” The coalition aims to gain more than a half-million signatures to make it to the ballot.(Snip)Maria Birnbaum, the Arizona state director for the pro-life organization Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, called the proposed amendment “repugnant to the values of our state.” “Arizonans believe in protecting the unborn and serving their mothers,” she added.

Vivek Ramaswamy left Republican voters scratching their heads after he said in an interview that he wants to evaluate giving pardons to members of the Biden family if he’s elected president. (Snip) Instead, it would be seen as yet another in a long list of examples of Democrats not having to face justice for crimes Republicans are put in prison for. Hunter Biden deserves to go to prison. Other members of his family might deserve that fate as well, depending on where the evidence takes things.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Two years ago, a Cleveland area physician strode into the House Health Committee room and told state lawmakers that COVID-19 vaccines magnetize their hosts and “interface” with cell towers. Her comments, the subject of widespread ridicule, triggered a swarm of 350 complaints to the State Medical Board and a chain of events that led to the regulators indefinitely suspending the medical license Wednesday of anti-vaccine activist Sherri Tenpenny. The board, charged with protecting the public and overseeing the licensure of Ohio’s doctors, yanked Tenpenny’s license on procedural grounds rather than the substance of her comments,

Walgreens stores in Chicago decided to play classical music to stop people from loitering. I wonder if the music will then stop people from robbing stores. From the Sun-Times: The Sun-Times this week found classical music greeting customers as they approached the entrance of stores in Greektown, the West Side and River North at 641 N. Clark St. It plays from speakers connected to the building that are covered by a protective screen. Customer reaction and the results appeared mixed. (Snip) A smattering of retailers in other states have reportedly resorted to grand opera, classical’s louder sibling.

As previously posted, the DOJ sought an extremely broad ‘protective order’ covering all materials turned over to Trump’s defense in the case. Trump objected that such a request was overly broad, that Trump had no objection so ‘sensitive’ information being subjected to a protective order, but that it would violate his first amendment rights (particularly in the middle of a campaign) [Snip] A hearing took place in federal court this morning, and according to reports, the Judge sided with Trump on the scope of the protective order, but reminded him that the terms of his release prohibit him from intimidating witnesses.

Celebrating the first anniversary of the glorious overturning of Roe v. Wade in June, along with this year’s important U.S. Supreme Court decisions, it seems fitting to recognize the man who was the pivotal factor for these immense pro-life and conservative victories while also recalling those politicians and pundits who have failed or betrayed pro-life voters and many thousands of preborn children over many years.(Snip)After almost 50 years of the national Republican Party accomplishing precisely nothing of any substance for their enormous pro-life constituency, the impact of Trump’s first term stands in dramatic relief from the “secret society’s” standard shell game.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio voters on Tuesday resoundingly rejected a Republican-backed measure that would have made it more difficult to change the state’s constitution, setting up a fall campaign that will become the nation’s latest referendum on abortion rights since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned nationwide protections last year.(Snip)Dennis Willard, a spokesperson for the opposition campaign One Person One Vote, called Issue 1 a “deceptive power grab” that was intended to diminish the power of the state’s voters. “Tonight is a major victory for democracy in Ohio,” Willard told a jubilant crowd at the opposition campaign’s watch party. “The majority still rules in Ohio.”

CINCINNATI, Ohio — Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas, led Ohio pro-lifers in the Rosary at a prayer rally held in Norwood, Ohio, not far from downtown Cincinnati, in opposition to proposed changes to the state constitution that would enshrine abortion as a so-called “right” and allow the mutilation of children through “transgender” surgeries without parental notification or consent.(Snip)“I welcome those of you who may not be part of the Catholic community...(Snip)Bishop Strickland is one of America’s most outspoken bishops on the moral and cultural issues that are threatening children, marriage, families, and the integrity of the faith.

LORAIN — The dueling supporters and detractors of Issue 1, which Ohio voters will decide this week, took to the streets of Lorain County on Saturday for the last weekend of canvassing ahead of Tuesday's vote. It is a proposed constitutional amendment that, according to the ballot language, would require a 60 percent majority of voters to amend the Ohio Constitution in the future;(Snip)According to Lorain County Republican Party Chairman David Arredondo, Issue 1 supporters were passing out flyers at the county Board of Elections on North Ridge Road when Issue 1 opponents allegedly became rude, angry and aggressive toward Issue 1 supporters.
