Hunter Biden and his business associates told Ukrainian energy firm Burisma to remove a picture of then-Vice President Joe Biden and Burisma board member Devon Archer from its website, emails from the Hunter Biden laptop archive show. In May 2014, then-VP Biden’s counsel Demetra Lambros told Eric Schwerin, a business associate at Hunter Biden’s investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners, to have Burisma remove an image of Joe Biden and Archer from its website, according to emails from Biden’s laptop archive.

Electoral challenges have long been part of American history. Only now are they being criminalized.I was one of the lawyers involved in objections to Florida's presidential vote in 2000. A margin of less than 600 ballots determined that Governor George W. Bush rather than Vice President Al Gore won the state and, thus, the electoral college vote. I was convinced then and I am convinced now that this result was wrong. No one was indicted, disbarred, disciplined or even much criticized for those efforts, yet here we stand today.

Speaking to Tucker Carlson, Democratic Presidential challenger Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discussed the CIA involvement in the assassination of his uncle, John F. Kennedy, revealing names and details of the plot to kill the US President 1963. In January, Tucker Carlson had bravely reported on the CIA involvement in the Kennedy assassination and the Watergate scandal, assumed by many to be one of the reasons for Tucker’s unceremonious ouster and subsequent self-immolation of former top network Fox News. “Almost all of the people associated with (JFK’s assassination) were involved with the Miami Station,

MSNBC contributor Claire McCaskill said Tuesday on “Deadline” that she was “very happy” former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was indicted in Georgia for his actions after the 2020 presidential election. McCaskill said, “This is a tale of two very different indictments. We have one in the federal system that is lean and mean and targeted on the boss. And then we have Georgia, where this prosecutor has decided that she needs to go after the whole enterprise and all of this evidence would come in. The whole barrel of bad apples got indicted. You can’t assume in the federal indictment that those un-indicted co-conspirators may or may not cooperate,

Georgia’s leading elected state officials, who are Republicans, reacted Tuesday to Monday’s late-night indictment of former President Donald Trump and 18 other lawyers, aides, and supporters by reiterating that there was no voter fraud in 2020. Gov. Brian Kemp (R) posted a tweet in response to a Truth Social post by the former president. Kemp did not object to the indictment — which critics have said violates constitutional norms and criminalizes free speech — but to Trump’s 2020 claims.

As the death toll rose to 106 as rescuers combed the rubble in Lahaina, Hawaii, the president told the crowd that there were still fires on the Big Island - also known as Hawaii. He pointed out the fires were blazing on the Big Island, not Maui, but appeared to struggle to name Maui.'The Army helicopters helped fire suppression efforts on the Big Island because there's still some burning on the Big Island — not the one that,

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows filed a motion on Tuesday to remove the Fulton County, Georgia, indictment against him to federal court. Meadows was charged with two counts in a 41-count indictment that named himself, former President Donald Trump, and 17 others. Meadows is being charged under Georgia’s RICO statute and faces charges for soliciting an official to violate their oath of office. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis cites Meadow’s involvement in setting up calls between Trump and various state legislators as evidence of his violation of state law, conduct that primarily falls under the duties of chief of staff, as Meadows’ attorneys noted.

WASHINGTON— A legal showdown over the derailed plea deal for Hunter Biden continued Tuesday as prosecutors asserted that an agreement on a gun charge is dead along with the rest of the deal as the case makes a major shift into a special counsel investigation. While the agreement that was supposed to have wrapped up the long-running investigation of President Joe Biden’s son largely unraveled during a contentious court hearing last month, prosecutors said the two sides had continued to negotiate until the defense rejected their final counterproposal the day before U.S. Attorney David Weiss asked to be named special counsel.

It’s been a week since wildfires on Maui ravaged the island and sent residents streaming into the ocean to avoid the flames. So far, Joe Biden has “no comment” about the casualties and, presumably, he has nothing to say about the massive relief efforts that are surely underway. But are they underway? According to the Wall Street Journal, “State and federal aid is trickling into the region in the wake of the deadliest U.S. wildfire event in over 100 years.” So after a full week, aid is just “trickling in” from FEMA to deal with the destruction of most of the Western part of Maui?
