New York Times Op-ed Warns of ‘Terrible

Harvard Law School professor Jack Goldsmith, a noted critic of former President Donald Trump, published a “guest essay” in the New York Times on Tuesday warning of “terrible consequences” for the country in the ongoing prosecutions of Trump. Goldsmith, who served in the George W. Bush administration, warned Times readers that while they might enjoy the idea of Trump being indicted and possibly imprisoned, the other half of the country did not see it that way, and would seek revenge: This deeply unfortunate timing [of the indictments] looks political and has potent political implications even if it is not driven by partisan motivations. And it is the Biden administration’s responsibility,

The Demon-Rats know that Donald Trump is innocent of all the garbage they are charging him with. And they have absolutely no desire for any of these charges to actually go to trial because then Trump's attorneys can present all sorts of embarrassing evidence that the Demon-Rats never want to be made public. No, all of this is just a bargaining chip to be used to trade with the Republicans so that they will stop trying to investigate off of Senile Joe bidet's real crimes. Even though lots of RINO Republi-Can'ts want Trump to go down as bad as the Demon-Rats do, they will have no choice buy to go along with the Demon-Rats in leaving bidet alone if they drop all the charges against Trump. I never dreamed that our nation would devolve into such an evil third-world banana republic!!!

Goldsmith, have Jack Smith wake up then and void these fake indictments. And get a hold of your buddy in NYC to do the same. Biden you demented cheater, call off your dogs including the Garlic Man and resign, pal. Dims, msm, rinos, deep statists, globalists, and chicoms, stop the smear now. Free the J6 political prisoners and build a memorial for the two women who were murdered by the Capitol Police on J6. Re-elect Donald J. Trump in November 2024. After that, prepare yourselves to be handcuffed, subject to trial, and imprisoned for a long long time for what you have done to this country. Fauci, Cuomo et al, stick around, guys - your time to be judged is also near. As for you, Obie... "you hear me, Barak?"

The Biden administration will rue the day they indicted Trump. The defense has already said they intend to take up to a year on the defense. The defense attorney says cases of this complexity have historically taken 4-5 years. The Biden administration is going to be put on trial. It takes a long time to rile people, but the Democrats have pushed things too far.

The timing of the indictments LOOKS political? No, it's a duck. It will be up to President Trump to decide how best to take the nation back from Traitor Obiden, the Fake Media, and the Marxists. In short, what's the next Civil War going to look like? And when's it going to start? MAGA

It's very easy to build a guillotine. I would make a modified blade that only penetrated into the neck about a half inch at a time so death would not be instantaneous. That model would be used for special people.

Very very foolish and curious tactic by the Biden Administration to blatantly try to take out Trump in light of the evidence being exposed on the Biden family crime syndicate. If Trump is elected (or almost any Republican), which is highly probable, they will unleash the fires of hell on the Bidens. This will be the new normal.

"This deeply unfortunate timing [of the indictments] looks political and has potent political implications even if it is not driven by partisan motivations." Hah! While the timing may turn out to be "deeply unfortunatel" for Democrats, there can be little question it is purposeful. Indictments coming within DAYS of incriminating evidence about the Bidens coming out cannot be coincidence. And even Helen Keller could see this is partisan political prosecution.

Ah! Herein lies the "Catch22..." They (the #JihadJunta) cannot allow discovery (the destruction of January 6th evidence handles one of those issues) but yet they cannot allow President Trump to escape unscathed. I wonder what plans to "address" this they have in mind?

QUITO, Ecuador — An Ecuadorian presidential candidate known for speaking up against corruption was shot and killed Wednesday at a political rally in the capital, an attack that comes amid a wave of startling violence in the South American country. President Guillermo Lasso confirmed the assassination of Fernando Villavicencio and suggested organized crime was behind his slaying. Villavicencio was one of eight candidates in the Aug. 20 presidential vote, though not the frontrunner. “I assure you that this crime will not go unpunished,” Lasso said in a statement. “Organized crime has gone too far, but they will feel the full weight of the law.”

Special counsel Jack Smith obtained a search warrant for the Twitter account of Donald Trump as part of his criminal investigation of the former president, an appeals court decision revealed Wednesday. Twitter, now known as X, initially delayed production of the materials required by that warrant as it filed a court action seeking to block an order that it not disclose the existence of the warrant, the 34-page decision says. The ruling by the U.S. Court Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld a lower-court judge's $350,000 contempt sanction on the social media company for failing to comply with the warrant until after a three-day deadline.

TALLAHASSEE – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has again suspended a democratically elected state attorney, claiming her personal "political agenda" was interfering with her role prosecuting criminal cases for the state. DeSantis announced State Attorney Monique Worrell's suspension Wednesday at Florida's capitol building, while taking a rare step away from his presidential campaign. Worrell was the elected prosecutor for Orange and Osceola counties. In his announcement, DeSantis contended Worrell failed to pursue appropriate charges in serious criminal cases during her time as a state attorney. “Prosecutors have a duty to faithfully enforce the law,”

The lawyer, Kenneth Chesebro, admitted that he was proposing “a bold, controversial strategy” that the US Supreme Court would “likely” reject, according to a copy of the Dec. 6, 2020, memo obtained by The New York Times. Still, he argued, it would focus attention on alleged voter fraud and buy the campaign time “to win litigation that would deprive Biden of electoral votes and/or add to Trump’s column,” the paper reported.
