Once again, President Trump was indicted on Tuesday – the DAY AFTER Hunter Biden’s best friend and business associate Devon Archer testified that the Joe Biden was included on 20 calls when his son was sitting with foreign officials arranging influence peddling deals for the family. Archer also testified that Joe Biden met with Russia’s Yelena Baturina who invested $40 million into Hunter Biden’s real estate ventures. And she also paid Hunter Biden $3.5 million in consulting fees. Joe Biden later excluded Baturina from his Russian sanctions list. So what happened next? President Trump was indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

"Jack Smith and Merrick Garland are hoping to make speech illegal with this indictment. They are hoping to make challenging elections “won” by Democrats a crime in America." This is very scary indeed. Speak up against this regime and you will find yourself in jail. Goodbye First Amendment if Jack Smith and Merrick "Snake" Garland prevail in court. Pray, people, for our Republic. Difficult times are ahead for God Fearing Patriotic Americans. We're praying for President Trump to win over-whelmingly and bring down this tyrannical government with God's help.

Jonathan Turley has said that Jack Smith is notorious for over charging and I believe that this is indictment is SO absurd that he has shot himself in the foot. Trump's defense is going to be amazing and a HUGE opportunity to expose once and for all, to see just exactly what the Deep State has done to the American people.

My fear is that although the defense would have the right to bring to the court all the evidence of fraud and thievery, through some legal wrangling and a sympathetic judge, that evidence would be deemed inadmissible. If the evidence would be admitted, Smith would dismiss the charges before he would allow that evidence to be heard in court. Maybe, just maybe, Jack Smith in his zeal to bring down Trump may just have given him the opportunity he has wanted since 2020 to have a court hear how democrats stole the election. Wouldn’t it be ironic that vindication is on the horizon because of the hubris of a democrat partisan political hack posing as an officer of the court? Sweet.

The government lawyers are not stupid...so..I'm thinking they have a back up plan...but what...they seem to have put themselves in a rather tight spot...now that voter fraud matter can come into the court for review...not only by the judge...but by WE the people...will this finally mean the freeing of the Pelosi hostages...I sure hope so....

When Trump goes to trial, any competent attorney will first address the specific charges against the former president in order to keep him out of jail with no felony convictions. Doing so may not be the time or occasion to try and litigate the 2020 election. It is unreasonable, given the judge selected, to assume that the 2020 election itself will be on trial.

Over the last few years, the corrupt Judicial system has proven beyond a doubt that that the U.S. Constitution, and the Constitutions of most States have no power and no meaning to the Black-Robed Judiciarchs and shyster Prosecuting Lawyers; and that very few Lawyers for Defendants have the guts to even argue against the unConstitutional edicts of the corrupt courts, even if they have the requisite knowledge to do so.. Even in most 'red-states' it is nearly impossible to get a fair trial due to leftist- globalists who run the 'Just-Us' Departments, and the mostly ignorant and passive juries whose primary motive in giving a verdict is to 'get even' with the defendant for interrupting their personal lives with Jury Duty.

Tanya Chutkin is the judge. She has handed out the harshest sentences against the Jan 6 patriots. She dismissed the charges of theft and espionage against the three Pakistani Awan brothers who had copied files from the server they managed for the Democrat caucus. She ruled against the American people's free access to building and fire codes in ASTM vs Public Resource. https://fairuse.stanford.edu/case/american-society-for-testing-v-public-resource-org-inc/ , later struck down by the DC Court of Appeals. She ruled against Trump over the sham House Jan 6 Hearing Committees' demands for documents. I'm sure she loves America her sugar daddy, but she holds the American people in contempt. She'll twist the law into a pretzel to give Jacksmith a win, perhaps out of fear that he'll indict her if she doesn't.

Everyone is assuming that Judge Chutkin will be fair enough to allow Trump to even put on a defense. I envision her ruling things like State Farm Arena as irrelevant and not allow them to be presented at trial. She will shut down Trump's defense team at every corner. If Trump's defense tries to bring up other election deniers who should also be charged with the same crimes based on their past statements (Hillary, Stacy Abrams, every Democrat), the judge will also rule that their denials are "different" and irrelevant to this case. She will not give Trump the benefit of the doubt or leeway regarding anything while giving Jack Smith free reign to say and do what ever he wishes. I hope this farcical trial will be televised for all to see.

Fitch’s rating on the U.S. now stands at “AA+”, or one notch below the top “AAA” grade. America’s reputation for reliably making good on its IOUs has cast Treasury bonds in an indispensable role in global markets: a safe-haven security offering nearly risk-free returns. After he was indicted for the third time, Donald Trump reacted with his now-standard, twin-pronged approach: first, expressing outrage and denying the charges, and second, asking his many loyal supporters for money. But the former US president, who faces four charges over his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, also found defenders among rightwing media in America which has often fervently defended him, sometimes flying in the face of reality to do so. In the minutes after the Trump indictment was filed in federal district court in Washington, conservative commentators rapidly scrambled to his defense. Rightwing pundits lined up to compare the charges to “criminalizing thoughts”

Democrats have lost a lot of ground with white working class voters in recent years. In fact, that was one of the driving factors behind Trump’s victory in 2016. Now Democrats have a new plan to win these voters back, by pushing the same divisive ‘race and equity’ nonsense that drove many of these voters away in the first place. How exactly is this supposed to work?A new Democratic-aligned initiative — dubbed the White Stripe Project — has a novel idea for winning white working class voters back to the Democratic Party: lean more into talk of equity and race.

Bumped from Sunday: The current heat wave is being relentlessly blamed on increasing levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, but there is a much more plausible explanation, one that is virtually endorsed by two of the world's leading scientific organizations. It turns out that levels of water vapor in the atmosphere have dramatically increased over the last year and a half, and water vapor is well recognized as a greenhouse gas, whose heightened presence leads to higher temperatures, a mechanism that dwarfs any effect CO2 may have. So why has atmospheric water vapor increased so dramatically?

The CMOH herself testified at trial that she provided only advice and recommendations to politicians but did not make the decisions herself.

For anyone who’s been paying any attention to what a post-Tucker Carlson landscape would look like at Fox News, two things are pretty apparent: That landscape is pretty barren. The suddenly-beleaguered news network has lost so many viewers, its stock was downgraded. Fox News is trying anything — or perhaps flailing about — in response to hemorrhaging viewers, including some shakeups to its primetime lineup. Following all of the recent turmoil FOX News has lost the trust of American conservatives. Only one-third of self-described conservatives trust FOX News the most. They may never gain back those former viewers. And it doesn’t appear to be a priority.

Of all the outrages in Biden special counsel Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump — and there are many — the worst comes at the end of the 45-page screed’s Count One, the section titled “The Defendant’s Exploitation of the Violence and Chaos at the Capitol.” This is where Smith waves the bloody shirt. Smith intends to try Trump for the Capitol riot even though he hasn’t charged Trump for the Capitol riot. No rioting charge. No allegation of criminal incitement. No seditious conspiracy, no insurrection, no crime of violence of any kind. To levy such an allegation would have been untenable. Smith’s indictment hides the ball, as did the like-minded.
