Special Counsel Jack Smith leaked another report to The New York Times on Wednesday night.
This comes after the House Oversight Committee produced $17 million in bank receipts and witness testimony in the Biden Family bribery, corruption, and influence peddling schemes with foreign regimes.
Jack Smith is likely to use the same Civil War Civil Rights Violation that Merrick Garland and the DOJ has been using to send January 6 protesters to prison for years for non-violent crimes.
Again, this leak was reported Wednesday night after the damning testimony from this afternoon.
Enough is enough!...Go back to law school, Jack!

Civil War crime?
Does he mean the first one or the one the government is creating now!

We've been warning that the lying Smith, if that is his real name, is an sob. And a stranger to truth or ethics.

Just another "Look, Squirrel!" tactic. These leftist idiots are using the same broken record because they have nothing else and their game is up. Donald Trump is going to have so much fun when he becomes POTUS 47.

BTW, do you notice they're using Barack Obama's political playbook, here? Using Lawfare to eliminate rivals was how he got into politics.

Throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks. All of which costs Trump time and money, which by the way, is the plan.

Violation of Sec 241 is exactly what the DoJ is doing against America’s voters. Time for SCOTUS to step in kick the ball beyond Election Day. Let the People decide.

Smith is using the same tactics as Garland did with the J6 defendants because it has been effective. I’ll give you the trials were in DC and it didn’t matter much what law the prosecutor used, those juries were going to find the majority of them guilty. It was necessary in order to attach President Trump to those “violent insurrectionists” who had no weapons and were escorted inside the Capitol Building by the Capitol police and pretty much acted like tourists.
This whole prosecution was planned by Pelosi and her thugs in the FBI and DOJ weeks if not months prior to J6. It was a set up from the get go. Their intent all along was to impeach Trump but that did not work out the way they planned. However, as the icing on their cake they would charge him with inciting insurrection thereby preventing him from ever running for any office again which is where we are today. An innocent man is being persecuted using our corrupt DOJ to frame a former President and leading opposition to Joe “The Big Guy” Biden. When injustice is pushed in your face day after day by a completely illegitimate and corrupt cabal that is destroying our country, I remember Thomas Jefferson’s quote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” I pray to God this is not the case, but there seems to be no end to the democrats abuse of our system of justice. They have become lawless vengeful tyrants unwilling to be restrained by the law or conscience and desire to put in prison the 45th President of the United States. The $64,000 question is will we let them?

"Section 241 of Title 18 of the United States Code, which makes it a crime for people to “conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person” in the “free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States.”"
Sounds as if it describes Merrick Garland's and Jackass Smith's actions to a "T". When will they be arrested?

I am wondering out loud. I keep asking myself why all of this venom directed at Donald Trump. It no longer seems to be just the disgust Democrats have for Republicans. I have to wonder if Donald Trump running as a Republican set in motion some of the bitterness and toxicity. From Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Looking at history, Donald Trump was still part of the Democrat party in 2010; otherwise, why would he have been attending Chelsea Clinton's wedding? I can't help but wonder if betrayal is behind all of this acrimony. . .

The Demonrats know they have a lying, filthy POTUS in Joe Bidet. They're playing "chicken" to see if Trump will call off his "dogs" in the House investigation of Biden Inc. In exchange, Garland will call off his gestapo. Summarizing - "Drop the Biden investigation AND don't run Trump in 2024 and we'll drop charges against Trump."
Even if the GOP were to take that deal, the Dems would still steal the 2024 election and bring even greater destruction upon Republicans going forward.

Washington is a dangerous place for conservatives...they stack the deal against everyone that doesn't march in line with the swamp...as for the charges...he will be found guilty because DC is full of rats and President Trump cannot get a fair trial...it's not just about stopping President Trump...it's to discourage WE conservatives...well...that's not happening...WE get stronger every time they throw false charges at him...

If theyre willing to toss out the rule of law, there are PLENTY of us out here who will have NO QUALMS AT ALL at turning the tables on them. If they ditch the Constitution, that means we get to ditch civilization, too.

Jack Smith is known as the scum on the bottom of the barrel. You can't get any lower than this stooge to do your dirty work for the Left. If he has a soul, I'm praying he will realize he's touching God's anointed man for this nation, President Donald Trump. If not, then he will have to face God Himself.

Why would anyone in the justice system try so hard to destroy a man who loves our country and proved how much he loved it during his Presidency? And why do others try so hard to protect a man who is destroying our country and proves it on a daily basis? Would a President who loved his country promote open borders with absolutely no vetting?
These people do nothing to promote the common good. All they do is promote evil.

jack smith will always be "Jack Smith" but, the real culprit in all of this is comrade garland, who is the reason all these indictments suddenly popping up all over the place,
the House repubs should waste no time impeaching this traitor who wanted to become a Supreme Court Justice .... imagine if that had happened???!!!
