Breaking: Rand Paul Criminally Refers
Dr. Fauci to DOJ For Prosecution For Lying
to Congress About Gain-of-Function

Original Article

Senator Rand Paul told Breitbart News Daily that he has criminally referred Fauci to the Department of Justice for prosecution. This should not come as a surprise. In December, Senator Paul told Jesse Watters on FOX News that Republicans had caught Fauci in several lies and “he won’t get away.” Former NIAID chief Dr. Anthony Fauci previously testified and responded to questions about the NIH’s role in funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab. Rand Paul and Fauci got into a tense exchange over Fauci’s involvement in funding the Wuhan lab’s gain-of-function research that likely led to Covid-19 in September 2022.

Merrick Garland and Anthony Fauci are two of a kind. Short in stature. Short on morals, ethics and conscience, and pathological liars. Maybe they’re compensating for something.

We're dealing with Garland here so there will be at least an 18 month 'investigation' of Fauci, which takes us up to January 20, 2025. If the Dems are successful at stealing the WH again, the 'investigation' will conclude there is no there there. Garland will also not answer any questions regarding this matter, siting it's an 'ongoing investigation'. It's called running out the clock.

One of the few (maybe the only one) in the Senate that I still like. Fauci deserves whatever happens to him. Never understand why Trump didn't fire Fauci's sorry rear end. This is the type of stuff Trump must make sure he avoids if he gets a second term. Fauci shouldn't have been in the position the Whitehouse gave him in the first place. Trump should never have listened to him or trusted him. Agree nothing will happen to Fauci as long as it goes through the Biden administration.

I'm afraid that There won't actually be any actual Justice done to Fauci until AFTER he is dead. I expect that even if a by some miracle a Republican or a Populist wins the next election, the next person to run the DOJ will still be a Deep State globalist tool. But maybe in the afterlife, we will see how God treats corrupt mass-murdering bureaucrats.

Texas RINOs, including Bush and Rove allies, want Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton gone. So they made up some accusations against him without evidence in an attempt to impeach him. Attorney General Ken Paxton is the one man who has stood up against the Democrat-Marxist onslaught in the great state of Texas. Democrats and Secret Sleeper Republicans hate him for this. On Tuesday, the Texas Senate opened the impeachment trial of Attorney General Ken Paxton, which could result in his removal from office. The Republican-led Texas House in May impeached highly popular Attorney General Ken Paxton over allegations of misconduct.

Smith requested a “narrowly-tailored” order, claiming that Trump’s comments on social media and elsewhere about the case “are intended to undermine public confidence in an institution — the judicial system — and to undermine confidence in and intimidate individuals –the Court, the jury pool, witnesses, and prosecutors,” according to ABC News. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges during his Aug. 3 arraignment after Smith secured a four-count indictment of Trump relating to his efforts to contest the results of the 2020 election.
