The Assault on Our Rights is Not Sustainable

The Left is big on de-escalation of conflict. They insist on talk rather than action to address rioting, theft, and even violent assault. The one place where they will not use it is in politics. De-escalation of political conflict would require them to do something they are loath to -- debate ideas. The left is instead attacking our right to speech. Try disagreeing with any element of leftist orthodoxy and see what happens. Challenging any of their core positions will not be met with robust debate, but with insults, cancellation, and even physical attack. Challenge them on: Climate change -- you’re a denier. Trans grooming of children -- you’re a homophobe. Affirmative action

Deescalation is Leftist surrender talk. It's Soviet-else. It their strategy to make you hesitate out of human decency's sake. But the political leaders have no such decency. They do not hesitate. The only thing they understand is violence and compulsion. Now, understand, they would be thrilled if we visited violence on their followers. That would lend justification to their cause. We need to focus on their leaders. No, not Biden, or the various odious Democrat sock puppets. The people who control them. The Gates, the Soros, the Democrat donors, the Chinese, the WEF people. They are the ones who need to feel the heat.

I am no denier of climate change. It's happening all right. No one can deny it. What I do deny is John F'in Kerry's accusation that it is caused by humans. John F'in is a gigolo ,coward , treasonous , flake.

Jennifer Rubin is a left-wing columnist for the Washington Post. So, naturally, she hates Ron DeSantis. On Friday, she published a column arguing that DeSantis’s conservative policies endanger Florida’s economy. The headline was, “Florida might pay for MAGA cruelty and know-nothingism.” Just another objective day at the office at WaPo! Unfortunately, her entire column was based on a grotesque factual error. [Tweet] The centerpiece of Rubin’s piece was this absurd claim: DeSantis likes to brag that more people are moving to Florida than ever. Not so fast. ‘An estimated 674,740 people reported that their permanent address changed from Florida to another state in 2021.’ That’s more than any other state,

There is so much wrong with America’s cities, it’s hard to see why any contributing member of society would live and/or work in one of them. Some of the issues arise from far-Left local governance while others are generated by more widespread Leftist policy. These are coupled with an organic workforce evolution, as the United States transitions from an industry-based to an information-based economy. The result is urban areas caught in a downward spiral — and, as with any sinking vessel, threatening to suck everyone nearby down with them. First, a quick refresher on the compounding problems of urban areas. Chief among them is that big cities

Look, you can call it a mistake if you want — I have no doubt the fact-checkers are working overtime to make it clear it was a “gaffe” — but Kamala Harris did say it. I’m honestly not sure if it was a Freudian slip or just a case of saying the quiet part out loud. But during a speech on climate change on Friday, the nation’s historically unpopular vice president said we need to “reduce population.” “When we invest in clean energy and electric vehicles and reduce population, more of our children can breath clean air and drink clean water,” Harris said during her speech in Maryland.

Why Costco Unleashing the 'Death Star'

It’s the logo that Costco shoppers dread: when the “Death Star” appears next to their favorite item, indicating that the discount retail giant won’t restock once current inventory has sold out. Just this year, the Death Star has appeared on Filthy brand blue cheese olives, Kinder’s organic toasted onion dip mix, and Jonny Pops chocolate dipped strawberry pops. Now the Death Star has been spotted adorning the price signs for Bud Light, which was the most popular beer in America back in the olden days of […checks notes…] a couple months ago. If you think that’s a bad sign for Bud Light sales, you’re wrong. It’s much, much worse.

It is hard not to conclude when listening to leftists discuss “gender” that a mass insanity has befallen our nation. From one loon who speculates that we all “know in the womb” what our “authentic” gender is, we skipped merrily to the notion that all those X and Y chromosomes count for spit and biological sex itself is just a social construct. And then it follows that our biological sex is just “assigned.” Yup. Doctors with decades of medical experience are givin’ it their best guess. Last night, Fox News host Jessie Watters, like the rest of the nation, couldn’t stomach the United States Secret Service’s conclusion that it couldn’t figure out who brought cocaine into the White House. The law enforcement agency has the names of 500 individuals in or around the vestibule where the drugs were discovered, but supposedly no video evidence that can zero in on a person of interest. Due to the lack of a solid suspect, the agency is closing its investigation. Katie had more on this yesterday. She included the statement from the Secret Service:

And just like that, the January 6 insurrection is no more. And the deconstruction story is really something. At the center of this narrative switcheroo is non-other than Ray Epps. Before we get to that, let’s remember how we got here. It took only moments for the Democrat media complex to anoint the January 6 breach and riot at the U.S. Capitol Building an “insurrection.” As if beckoned by an unseen force, narrative builders dutifully lined up to receive the official wafer on their tongues, and voilà! “Trump supporters” who had never committed an act of violence at years of peaceful and crowded rallies were eligible for a 20-year prison stretch.

For quite some time now, columnist and conservative pundit Matt Walsh has been seeking to find an answer to the most critical question being posed to modern-day culture, a question that has baffled the most brilliant liberal minds of our time. And given that the owners of these minds have a collective IQ somewhere just north of a toddler’s shoe size, we’re talking about the best the left has to offer, not just some peon off the street. Walsh has been on a mission to find someone, anyone, who can truly answer the question, “What is a woman?” He even made an entire documentary film about his quest.

Well-known doughnut chain Krispy Kreme was founded in North Carolina on this day in history, July 13, 1937. Company founder Vernon Rudolph "bought a secret yeast-raised doughnut recipe from a New Orleans French chef," said the website for Krispy Kreme. Rudolph set up a doughnut factory in present-day Old Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and began to sell doughnuts to area grocery stores, says the chain's website. "The delicious scents of cooking doughnuts drifted into the streets, and passersby stopped to ask if they could buy hot doughnuts," said the website. Rudolph created the first Krispy Kreme storefront by cutting a hole in the wall of his building, allowing people to buy

Its short-lived dalliance with fake woman Dylan Mulvaney and implicit endorsement of the Left’s efforts to force us all to accept the trans madness has not only cost Bud Light its position as America’s top-selling beer, but the Drag Queen of beers isn’t even in the top ten anymore. Bud Light is now the 14th-best-selling beer in the United States, and fairly soon, Anheuser-Busch executives will look back fondly at the days when it was as high as 14th place. If, like me, you find the presidential debate format a rather meaningless exercise, you will be astonished at what one-on-one interviews by a skilled interrogator can accomplish. At the Iowa family Leader conference, Tucker Carlson interviewed several leading contenders for president Tim Scott, Asa Hutchinson, Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Ron DeSantis. If the participants thought this was going to be another tongue bath, they were certainly surprised. He asked hard questions and some of their answers exposed their muddled thinking. At least two of them – Asa Hutchinson and Mike Pence -- were clear losers

John Kirby, the coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council, told Fox News host Shannon Bream on “Fox News Sunday” that at the end of the probe, there wasn’t enough “forensic evidence” to pinpoint the perpetrator. On July 2, a bag of cocaine was discovered in a lobby of the West Wing.

The supporters of former President Trump are absolutely correct about one thing. If every single Republican pledged their allegiance to him and fell in line he’d win the nomination easily. But he’d also lose the general election, again. He does not receive enough support from outside the traditional Republican and MAGA base to win in 2024. Hillary Clinton beat Trump by roughly 3 million in the popular vote in 2016. While Trump indeed did win the election by taking the required 270 electoral votes, just a few thousand votes in each of the key swing states would have changed that outcome into a Hillary Clinton landslide victory in 2016.

A federal judge in Oregon ruled on Friday that a new state gun law does not violate the US Constitution, keeping one of the toughest gun laws in the country in place. US District Court Judge Karin Immergut ruled that Ballot Measure 114’s restrictions on large-capacity magazines that hold more than 10 rounds are constitutional because these magazines are “not commonly used for self-defense, and are therefore not protected by the Second Amendment.” “Even if LCMs are protected by the Second Amendment, BM 114’s restrictions are consistent with this Nation’s history and tradition of regulating uniquely dangerous features of weapons and firearms to protect public safety,” the ruling said.
