Back on June 18, 2021, The Gateway Pundit was the first national website to post on the mysterious Ray Epps and his bizarre antics caught on video in Washington DC on January 5th and 6th.
On the eve of the January 6th protests, a middle-aged man in a MAGA hat showed up, defended Antifa, and told the crowd they needed to “go into the Capitol” on Jan. 6. The man made the demands while standing next to Antifa organizer John Sullivan.

IF he is charged, this demands close scrutiny as to evidence. the whole thing is peculiar since he, of all J6'ers, was covered with lots of video footage of his instigation, - a show case for the prosecution, yet not brought. there is a stink to it.

If Epps is Antifa or pro-Antifa that would explain everything. The government and the FBI are pro-antifa and were using them to stir up the rioting everywhere. The police in every city were ordered not to touch Antifa during the 2020 rioting and Kyle Rittenhouse was put through hell for simply defending himself against a violent assault. Epps should have been the only other person jailed for January 6th, the other being Capitol Police Affirmative Action Hire Lieutenant Michael Leroy Byrd. Bottom line, the government is very dirty and will pay the price for all of it.

So there's no way Epps was an agent provocateur, is that what is being suggested?

Why did it take so long to go after this guy?
He should have been one of the first arrested.
Meanwhile many languor in the DC jail against the laws and Constitution of this country, guarded by Trump haters of the darker race.

Yeah. Like Epps is going to get tossed in the gulag with the hundreds of other political prisoners sitting in the DC jails for over two years. Which wouldn't be a bad idea. Maybe not for Mr. Epps, tho.

It’s obvious Epps was planted. If he wasn’t he would’ve been the first one arrested. He sailed through Congressional testimony lying through his teeth and his story was accepted even with video blatantly disproving it. The DOJ got cornered into charging him to shut everyone up. Now it can’t be talked about because he’s ‘under investigation’. Nice move by the politically corrupt DOJ.

From everything publicly known, he looks like a government "asset". He is NOT going to jail. Anymore than Hillary or Hunter.

The ONLY person claiming he's facing charges is RAY EPPS!
Obviously, he and Wray are trying to take the heat off with this lie.

Assault on a LEO? That that happens dozens of times in blue cities every day. 1 year probation.

Looks like someone is being thrown under the bus...but what about the nervous Nancy hostages that have been held without bail and court appearances...jan6 was a setup and Nancy is to blame....now is time to let these hostages go...they have suffered at the hands of the rats for over two years....

Kabuki theater. I will believe it when he is arrested by 20 FBI agents at his home in the middle of the night, in front of his family and a CNN film crew that just happens to be there, and spends the next several years in the Biden administration's Gulag awaiting trial.

This puts them (the Feds) between a rock and hard place.
They either send their lamb Epps to the DC Gulag for a comparable draconian sentence, or they reveal that he was
an agent in a conspiracy to entrap the protesters. Certainly Epp's lawyers would make that revelation
central claim in his defense, and Ray probably has some on paper with somebody's signature. Also,
what happen's to the FBI's other investigations if their informants get wind of this and learn that their bosses
turned on one of them? If I were one, I'd bail. Is the FBI ready to give up those investigations and destroy agent moral?
On the other hand, if he gets a light sentence, wouldn't the discrepancy provide solid, due process
claims for an appeal? Indeed, wouldn't the J6 prisoners have grounds for a class action lawsuit?
Oh yeah, what about 'Jaden-x,' aka John Sullivan, and his producer? He filmed himself breaching
the capital breaking and entering destroying property and encouraging others! She met with him inside the
building. He taped and broadcast the entire event !

Sacrificial 'lamb' . His Fed Masters seem to be throwing him under the bus. I wonder how they will keep him from telling the truth. "Epstineization' ? Money? Family held hostage? Guarantee of insignificant sentence and big bonus to follow?
Whatever; I hope this is an object lesson to all people who would be Government undercover instigators; They WILL turn on you if it means protecting themselves.

#1 - you are right. I smell another cover-up going on here. They have had at least 2 years and plenty of video with him inciting the people to go in. Now all of a sudden they are going to arrest him. They obviously think we are fools.

The coincidence of these charges at the same time he announces lawsuits against Fox news and others sounds like they are just trying to bolster the lawsuit against Fox. I predict that the charges will never result in anything and will go away after the Fox lawsuit is settled.

What Poster 16 said. Gestapo-like raids are conducted at the homes of conservatives charged with process crimes, or conservatives completely innocent of crimes only.
Keep your own confidence. Federal goons have enemies lists. A notable example, the ATF is compiling a gun registry.

Has anyone seen the video of Epps assaulting police? If he goes to jail, he will be walked out some black door in the middle of the night, and be given a new identity and report to a company that is affiliated with the FBI and continue to work for them. This is all a huge sham. I probably sound nuts, but I don’t believe Epps is going to jail for any length of time.

This whole issue has always stunk #1. The fact that both parties in congress are still dragging their feet on those poor political prisoners is an abomination to the history of this nation's freedom and the Constitution.
