Another Supreme Court term has wrapped up, and it wasn’t short on controversial landmark decisions.
As RedState reported, affirmative action in college admissions was struck down while Joe Biden’s illegal student loan forgiveness scheme also went up in smoke. Further, in a less sexy but equally important case, the court ruled against the EPA’s ability to arbitrarily define and regulate bodies of water. If you are a fan of preserving personal freedom and equality under the law, the results were worthy of celebration. Unfortunately, many people, including some of the justices on the Supreme Court, have no care for such things. On that front, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson

She is the poster child for the consequences of Affirmative Action: prestigious degrees without the corresponding education and competence.

Why is anyone surprised that Jackson is incompetent. Is anyone in this administration competent? Is there any demoslut that is competent or is not anti-American?

AND she still believes that she's unqualified to define what a woman is.

The moment she said she could not define what a woman is said it all. Not sure what she is qualified for but it sure as hell is not as a judge on the Supreme Court. So much stupid floating around this administration.

she doesn't even know what the word "Recused" means...she recused herself from this case, then published a 60page commentary about it.
AFTER it was already decided, and her comments were clearly declared to be "Unconstitutional" before she published them. If she wants to be a media social commentator, she should leave the court and go do that.

What makes that statistical error worse is that someone twitter predicted earlier the flawed analysis and complicated content would be cited in a Supreme Court decision--being perceived early before the fact as other articles have noted also.

Is KBJ under the impression that being a woman of thousands and thousands of words illuminates her alleged brilliance?? I hate to burst her bubble but it shines a light on how ignorant she actually is. Is she aware that the Justice who speaks rarely is the most brilliant Justice on the Court? Maybe that should make her think. Unfortunately she is another person associated with this administration who lacks any self-awareness.

I doubt Joe Biden even remembers her name now.
She is on the court because Joe Biden was told to appoint a black woman.
I suppose there wasn't much to choose from.

First Supreme Court Justice in the history of our country who writes her opinions in crayon. There oughta be a law against hiring judges based on affirmative action.

A good writer can express a most profound thought with brevity. Remember Blaise Pascal, 17th Century: “The present letter is a very long one, simply because I had no time to make it shorter.”

All of the women on the court except for Amy Coney Barrett are unqualified affirmative action hires. You just have to read their dissent's on the sane decisions delivered a week ago. They are bizarre.
As far as Jackson goes, she disqualified herself at her confirmation hearing. When she was asked the "woman" question and claimed that she could not define a woman she LIED. Of course she could define a woman. She is one. She knows a few I'm sure. I think she has children, and she's married to a man.
She claimed that she could not define a woman because she was AFRAID to define a woman. She was afraid to say the WRONG thing. She couldn't risk making the woke crowd mad at her. That is a very bad trait in a judge, especially in a Supreme Court Justice. Following the Constitution and speaking the TRUTH is her job. When she made the decision to lie, it should have been the END of her Supreme Court ambitions.
