It’s not quite as dramatic as George Wallace standing in a schoolhouse door sixty years and 19 days ago, trying to block the enrollment of the first two blacks at the University of Alabama, but the incoming (tomorrow) president of Harvard, Claudine Gay is almost as defiant in a video released in reaction to a federal demand that her institution stop discriminating on the basis of race, albeit in a subtler, wordier manner, couched in terms of regret, resolve and compassion. Harvard will find a way around the ruling, rest assured. Harvard’s official newspaper, the Harvard Gazette was less subtle

Claudine Gay....most likely an affirmative action hire herself. I don't know why parents bother to send their kids there

They'll try very hard to push their hateful racist policies, regardless of legality.

Harvard's essential value, discrimination based on race.

Leftists do their own thing. They don't obey the laws, but the falsely prosecute us to the highest power. Jack Smith should be heavily dragged for what he's doing to Trump. President Trump and team are doing everything they can to comply with this travesty when they should ignore it all just like they do. Think biden and his criminal enterprise are worried about being prosecuted? Heck no! When is enough enough for our side?

Well, minorities graduating from Harvard will be viewed as EEOC tokens and not considered to be that great. This is a disservice to the ones who really deserve to be there. But, Harvard has no morals when they let an employee lie about their ethnicity and kept her on staff and given tenure.

That 'president' is only there because of Affirmative Action, so she is goibg to break the laws until forced to comply.
Deep seated racism, just as evil as Bull Conner and George Wallace.

Here’s something no one seems to be talking about. Harvard could avoid all this by not taking federal funds. Then they can do whatever they want.

Then put your endowment to work to back up your discriminatory plans and don't take federal money.

She says, they'll "work hard to understand this decision..." Wow. Well, maybe *she* will have a hard time grasping it. I thought Harvard was full of brilliant people. You can't use race to decide who gets in, Dimwit!

No doubt there are a lot of educated idiots wandering around the Harvard campus, as why else would the President of Harvard come out so defiant of a U.S. Supreme Court decision?

Who didn't know this was coming.
I remember when they lowered the test standards to get blacks.
When they didn't get enough , they gave preference for living in the ghetto.
Then they took kids from High School and made them cadets.
Today that job is 65% blacks and 30% women and tradition is totally dead.

Can't minimize how important "virtue signaling" is to the Harvard types.
They feel morally superior and want to display it whenever possible.

And another thing. Why is the fellow writing this article exclusively concerned about discrimination against "Asian kids"? With its program, Harvard demonstrably discriminates against whites as well. The court doesn't distinguish.
Making this is only about "Asians" -- a minority, don't you see how sympathetic we are -- allows cowardly Republicans once again to avoid the issue of anti-White racism

It seems to me that as the word gets around that the Ivy League is run by, is filled with, a bunch of Leftist Fools, the open-market value of an Ivy League diploma is going down, down down.
Just like Disney, a reputation that was earned by decades of outstanding performance is being destroyed by evil leftist fools.

Go ahead. The lawyers will be lining up. Hope you can use those billions in endowments for legal fees.

And they will. They're selling a product. If you've got the money, they've got the time.
Keep the glossy photos on the college brochure diverse.
