As if on cue, here comes another billionaire group by well-established political control agents in yet another multimillion effort to block President Trump. This time it’s Koch and his Americans for Prosperity network. The Koch groups are planning to spend $70 million in their effort to eliminate the support of Donald Trump in 2024. However, what will be interesting will be to watch how the downstream media networks attack Trump in order to get a piece of the spending allotment. That’s where knowing where the Koch money flows comes in handy.

Believe the Koch's have been HUGE supporters of open borders. They own the largest waste recycling company in the U.S. They own a lot of other labor-intensive companies too. Remember when Trump wanted $5 billion to build the wall/fence/barrier, and the Democrats decided they wanted a political issue instead? How much has been spent since, and how much suffering have tens of thousands of woman and children had to endure to cross the border? Because they didn't want Trump to get a "win" and actually fix the problem?

I will say it until people understand. Lawfare is a specially constructed approach to weaponize the judiciary to create narratives for public consumption; it is the abnormal and twisted application of granular legal language, and as a result it requires oddball motions to support it. The DOJ previously filed a motion for “Special Conditions of Release” to restrict President Trump’s defense from knowing or discussing the super-secret evidence and witnesses the special prosecutor plans to use against him. The motion was essentially that if President Trump refused the super special terms and conditions of the motion, then Judge Cannon should put him in leg irons in federal prison until

The Supreme Court ruled President Joe Biden can't wipe away or reduce student loans held by millions of Americans. In a 6-3 decision, the high court's conservative justices agreed with the suing states that the HEROES Act does not authorize Biden's debt forgiveness plan. At issue was whether the administration had authority to broadly cancel federal student loans because of the COVID-19 emergency. Loan payments that have been on hold since the start of the coronavirus pandemic three years ago are supposed to resume no later than this summer. Without the loan relief promised by the Biden plan, the administration’s top Supreme Court lawyer said, “delinquencies and defaults will surge.”

Republicans are celebrating the Supreme Court's overturning of President Biden's student loan plan as a 'victory' for taxpayers while Democrats are deeming the high court 'corrupt.' The court ruled in a 6-3 decision that the scheme was unlawful. The plan would have eradicated $10,000 in debt for borrowers earning less than $125,000 and up to $20,000 for those with Pell Grants. Estimates pegged the cost at over $400 billion. It was challenged by six Republican states and two borrowers who argued Biden should have sought approval from Congress for a plan using substantial taxpayer funds.
