Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is not pleased with her judicial colleagues’ ruling that Harvard and the University of North Carolina’s affirmative action admissions programs are unconstitutional. “With let-them-eat-cake obliviousness, today, the majority pulls the ripcord and announces ‘colorblindness for all’ by legal fiat,” Jackson insisted in her dissent in the UNC ruling. “But deeming race irrelevant in law does not make it so in life. (snip) Jackson’s assertion that the Students for Fair Admissions decision is “truly a tragedy for us all” is not the least bit surprising considering that her ascent to the bench reeked of race-based choosing.

Same goes for Kagan and Sotomayor - one checked the female and lesbian boxes and the other checked the female, Hispanic and lesbian boxes. Both nominated by the country’s first homosexual Muslim half black token president.

In her case Dems didn't even pretend otherwise. Biden effectively limited himself to about 3 possible choices for the Supreme Court out of thousands of potential appointees. What's scary is she was 'the best of the buch'.

Keep in mind, she "Recused" herself from the case because she had helped write and implement the Harvard Policies... NOW she has filed a 9,000 word "Dissent" on the case. She has a vocabulary cognizance problem, as swell as a Legal/Constitutional cognizance one. The Constitution itself, including amendments is only 7,000 words. When she bashes "southern plantation" states and people for never recognizing basic racial equality Laws and standards...She neglects(or does not know) that Joe Bidens own Delaware didn't emancipate it's Slaves until Dec 1865...more than six months AFTER "Juneteenth".(along with New Jersey), and that Delaware did not even ratify the 13th amendment for another 35 YEARS. Both of her parents were high powered Lawyers in Miami, her uncle was also Chief of Police there. Wealthy "Elites". At Harvard, she took classes in drama, performed improv comedy, and led protests against a student who displayed a Confederate flag from his dorm window. Jackson graduated from Harvard in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts, studying "Government". Her senior thesis was titled "The Hand of Oppression: Plea Bargaining Processes and the Coercion of Criminal Defendants".(gotta wonder what he Police Cheif Uncle thought of THAT) She then worked for Time magazine, before returning to Harvard for Law School.

OP thought readers would find this in the article: Jackson had a myriad of judicial shortcomings and a strong partisan background that should have disqualified her from a SCOTUS shortlist. Since she was only one of a handful of judges who fit the bill and the Biden administration had no problems with adding an activist to the bench, Jackson received the nomination.

Say it! Jordan Boyd. Black people should see her as a traitor; she married the hated white male. He looks light though. Do they consider their children minorities or AA candidates even though he's a doc and she's a dreadful justice? I can't take the hypocrisy and the nerves of these evil cretins. They're so demonic. As if carrying Homeowners insurance in California and Florida wasn’t already subject to ridiculous increases in premiums, things are about to get a lot worse. Effective with the July 1st notification, Reinsurance rates, these are companies who insure the insurance companies, are telling their clients there will be up to a 50% increase in cost for underwriting catastrophic coverage. (snip) I suspect the issue amid the reinsurers is partly connected to the issue that surrounds banks and bond rates. Back when interest rates were near zero, banks and reinsurers likely scooped up lots of Treasuries and bonds. (snip) those bonds have declined in value.

Shouldn't it be a huge national story that a big city like LA has had a record stretch where it didn't hit 80 degrees in 60 days in May and June? After all, the media always warns us that the earth is getting dangerously warmer? We are told constantly that there are too many people, and that causes warming, so isn’t it amazing that the population of LA County in 1880 was around 33,000 and today it is over 10 million? How is it possible that the population is 300 times higher, yet the temperature is lower than at any time in 145 years.
