Good grief, who needs Democrat firepower when you can always count on Republicans to shoot themselves to save their enemies. Twenty House Republicans joined with House Democrats to defeat a censure motion that would have triggered an investigation of the notoriously corrupt Adam Schiff (CA).Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), who really does seem to be a great MAGA addition to the House, created a censure motion that she advanced on Tuesday. Luna’s measure would have formally reprimanded Schiff for his conduct while Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), where he lied about Trump-Russia intelligence.

You can bet that each and every one of these snakes are worried about dimocrats getting back in power and "not forgetting". In other words, they all care more about staying in power than doing what is right. Dimocrats never fret over retribution for their transgressions because they know they are the protected class.

The Rino betrayal continues. We are not getting anywhere without a purge. The fact is Hakeem Jeffries is running the House. Only 11 Freedom Caucus members are stopping it.

Methinks that without the $16Million dollar attached fine, it may well have passed.
"A pound of flesh" is not a legitimate penalty....for a "Censure".
A reading into the public/permanent congressional record of EVERY lie he told, and every false accusation he made, an accounting of every dime he caused to be spent upon false premise, AND a demand for public apology on the house floor likely WOULD have been passed. Is within the scope of precedent from prior censures and would have tarred him, and his false panel, for all to see.

Surely Sundance did a little more digging as to why 20 Republicans voted "no" but intentionally did not want to bring up what sounds like a potentially logical reason, since he seems to have joined the effort to fracture and eliminate the GOP, perhaps for a party of Trump. It appears that the primary reason for the "no" votes involves questions as to the constitutionality of imposing the $16 million dollar fine. I'm not saying that I blindly agree with the reason, as I would prefer Schiff being sentenced to a one-way trip to Mercury. It seems that the $16M is half of the reported $32M price tag for the Mueller witch hunt. One of the Republicans interviewed was all for a House censure of Schiff for the reasons Rep. Luna stated but balked at the fine. It would seem that the question of constitutionality should be looked at more closely before cheerleading the elimination of the GOP, which was and still is Trump's chosen vehicle back to the White House. Trump has previously (1999) championed a third-party, the Reform party, founded by Ross Perot, a proclaimed "centrist" party for the 1996 and 2000 presidential races. Ross Perot's 1996 showing was sufficient to have Reform Party on the ballots in 2000 but it also greased the skids for Bill Clinton's re-election. Trump withdrew from the Reform party in 2000; however, prior to his withdrawal, his party planks were related to issues of fair trade, eliminating the national debt, and universal healthcare. He had also cited Oprah Winfrey as his ideal running mate. After Trump withdrew, Pat Buchanan won the Reform Party nomination.

Most of these traitors are the very rare “Republicans” from blue states, especially CA and NY. They’re just trying to hang on to their sinecure jobs and their cash cows.

No one should vote for any Republican that supported Schiff. They are treasonous and RINO.

So only Republicans have to respect the Constitution who;le the Dems continue to trash it? Two totally baseless and politically driven impeachment's of Donald Trump - that's not Constitutional. 2020 fraudulent Presidential election - in which certain states' ballots were questionable - not Constitutional. Remember after Trump won in Nov 2016 all those ads on tv with celebrities begging the electoral collage electors to change their votes?
We are in a war and too many Republicans act as if its politics as usual.

Reason #128,556,442 that I stopped being a Republi-Can't (after watching all the weak and evil Republi-Can'ts stab President Trump in the back over and over again), and became an Independent Conservative!!!!
I will never vote for a Demon-Rat, since they are all pure evil!!!! But I will never vote for another RINO Republi-Can't again just because they have an "R" after their name. They are actually more useless and evil than the Demon-Rats. At least with the Demon-Rats you know what evil you are getting. The RINO Republi-Can'ts lie to your face when they run, and then act like the Demon-Rats they truly are when they are called to do the right thing!!!!

I suspect the 20 were worried about setting a financial precedent that they would find themselves in if the House went back to Dem control.
