Melania Trump stepped out of Trump Tower in NYC Wednesday in style ahead of her husband Donald Trump’s birthday bash. The former First Lady left the skyscraper wearing an off-white Gucci flared shirt dress ($3,200) paired with a matching white Hermès handbag. She styled her hair down with a soft wave, finishing off the look with a pair of sunglasses. Melania and the former president’s son, Barron, followed behind her in a blue blazer and white button-down shirt outside the building.

Darn it. The pics didn't show which stilettos were matched up with her dress and handbag. No hard feelings here. I just wanted to be Melania's stilettos manager during President Trump's first term. Meanwhile, I hope that Barron has topped out at 6 ft. 7in.!

Melania Trump has her own unique style, strength, and classic walk. Her choices and preferences in clothes and accessories are so lovely and well coordinated, she is a beautiful asset to both America and President Trump. She and President Trump are a lovely couple and you can tell their marriage is strong and respectful. With President Trump wearing mostly white dress shirts always with French cuffs during meetings and events other than when golfing, his message is fitting and presidential. America is very blessed, and we hope they both enjoyed the birthday dinner! MAGA

Lovely, as always. Is the price of her dress necessary? I don’t remember the price of any of Jill’s dresses being made public. No matter. It’s just the media being the media. They cannot stand that Melania Trump is gorgeous, flawless and classic along with being a lady. No clomping around in silly shoes or a Minecraft inspired dress like Jill. Melania Trump is impeccable. The media’s problem with her is that she is Donald Trump’s wife. If not, she would be hailed as an icon of fashion and grace.

The contrasts could not be greater. President Obama and First Lady Michelle, President Biden and First Lady Jill would almost have to be déclassé, louche in their dress and presentation, in order to not alienate the Liberal base. In the party of the Democrats, a coalition of special-interest groups cobbled together without a governing and management philosophy apart from grievance, best to not look too good or sound too smart. Melania’s studied chic and President Trump’s bluntness and clarity are poison to the Liberal Intellectual Mandate, steeped as it is in neo-Marxism, deconstructionism, and entitlement. The truism on the Right is the Left has to lie; truth in policy wouldn’t get anyone on their side elected. Democrat holders of high office and their public presentations— President Obama’s omission of a necktie, First Lady Jill in fishnets— are demonstrations of bad taste meant to massage the egos of low information voters, and to provide the equivalent of a Mao jacket or Eastern Bloc sack suit— to fit in with an unwashed and ill-clad Proletariat. The Liberal-Democrat-neo-Marxist platform is the opposite of aspirational; it’s purpose is to imbue the American people with the appropriately-malleable mindset of resignation and defeat for the deluge they hope to unleash.

Actually, that dress was at Macy's for $132 before Biteme was installed. But with Biteme's inflation, it now costs $3200. Give it a rest. She's married to a billionaire. Besides, even if she did shop at Macy's or Walmart or even if she got it at Costco, she would still make the outfit look like a million dollars.

Atlanta— Lawmakers in several Republican-led states have been looking to exert more authority over state and local election offices, claiming new powers that Democrats warn could be used to target left-leaning counties in future elections. The moves range from requiring legislative approval of court settlements in election-related lawsuits to creating paths for taking over local election offices. In North Carolina, a Republican proposal working its way through the General Assembly would change the composition of state and county election boards and give lawmakers sole authority to appoint board members. Despite the insincere blather about “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI), the left wants nothing of the kind, and it never did. I can’t be the only one wondering what has happened to us. The denizens of Washington and for that matter, the people who virtually live and breathe politics, are not your average Americans. Average Americans desire to live their lives with minimal government oversight, except when it might benefit them; this is the lamentable nature discussed herein. As for myself, I hope I stay on the outside of the political event horizon. Let me ask: is everyone corruptible? My father, a self-described king of philosophy, once told me the answer is… Yes!
