Clinton-Appointed Judge Says ‘Gender
Identity Is Real,’ Blocks Florida Law
Banning Minors’ Transitions

Original Article

A federal judge sided Tuesday with families who sued over Florida’s ban on gender transition procedures for minors, declaring that “gender identity is real.” (snip) Northern District of Florida Judge Robert L. Hinkle, a Clinton appointee, granted a preliminary injunction against the law to prohibit it from being enforced against the plaintiffs, and proceeded to make the claim that “great weight of medical authority supports these treatments.” In much of the developed world, including many Scandinavian countries, sex change interventions for minors are seen as lacking evidence and as largely experimental treatments.

When one of these young boys gets "transitioned" to a girl at a young age due to this judge's decision comes to his senses later and realizes how bad he has been mutilated, does he get to castrate the judge to show hi appreciation for what the judge did to him?

Nobody is disputing whether a person identifies as a different gender than their biological gender. The law just says you can't mutilate uninformed, possibly depressed, trying to fit in adolescent or teen. Hipster parents quick to affirm their kids gender dysphoria and transition in order to raise their wokeness ratings with their friends aren't considering what is best for their kids.

Maybe Judge Robert L. Hinkleis a good judge of gymnastics, dance, or other performance. But anthropology is clearly not an area of expertise for him Gender identity is 'real' to the extent that feelings and desires are 'real'. They aren't more real -- or less subject to unintended changes -- than biology. And biological 'gender identity' is what used to be called our sex, i.e. male (genetically XY), female (genetically XX), or in extremely rare cases, some type of hermaphrodite (XXY being the most common). The notion of gender being asserted by the LGBTQWERTYUIOP+/- used to be called 'sexual orientation'. And it does not outweigh biology in the measure of reality.

These laws relating to child mutilation and grooming need to be well worded and iron clad. We do have some lawyers on OUR side right? Legislators really need to cross all t's and dot all i's. Our anti-groomer law here in TN was a hot mess and it has been struck down for "vagueness" and tbh, it isn't well written. Good State AG's can't defend badly worded laws. Even the SC will refuse to hear these cases and then it is just a giant waste of time and the other side gets to keep mutilating and grooming kids and laughing all the way to the bank.

Matthew 5:37 New International Version 37 All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one. People who have no relationship with God use doubt, uncertainty, confusion etc. as a ways and means to get what they want on an issue. This judge doesn't hesitate to propagate confusion and what is supposed to be simple, it now becomes complicated.

So is the reality of every other form of mental illness, but unlike like homosexuality, can "gender identity and dysphoria" be cured? Now the psychobabble industry is also claiming that Pedophilia is also a an innate predisposition that cannot be cured and like the situation of the homosexuals, people suffering from it have a the Human Right to a fulfilling and satisfying sexual life! The hypocrisy and inconsistency of the "great weight of medical authority supporting its treatment" is extremely selective!.

What, exactly, is the issue here? Whether gender identify is “real” and whether transitioning is harmful to children were already debated in the state’s legislature. The result of that debate is this law. The judge should only be concerned with whether the state has the constitutional authority to enact the law. The judge has involved himself into the debate and is overstepping his authority.
