A Maricopa County judge on Monday night handed former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake another loss in her latest election lawsuit. (snip) She faced her latest courtroom loss after Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson rejected her claims that Maricopa election officials improperly verified the signatures on thousands of ballots, tilting the outcome in the state's largest county that is home to Phoenix against her.

This is what I was referring to when talking about judges giving nodding approval to vote fraud. Last week the judge took the case 'under advisement,' read: I have to check with local Democrat party bosses. This ruling can be no surprise to anyone.

No Kari Lake didn’t "lose". Our whole legal jurisprudence whatever one would call it, structure, system, has lost; us citizens in Arizona who actually voted for her lost; and by further extension the good, hard working, taxpaying citizens of the American republic lost. Thank you for the legal challenge you took Kari, and further exposing how corrupt our system is. Although most know it is anyway.

Yes, the system is messed up, and we are powerless to do anything about it. Who among us thought this would end any differently. We think they're being exposed, but they are making their case that our side is nuts and are trying to reverse a perfectly legal election. They're successful, we're not.

It's simply that the Democrats know where the bodies are buried, or who is important to the official they need to compromise. Threaten exposure... Threaten wife, children, brothers, sisters... With threats coming from government who should be protecting people, how can you resist? Only an all out war of extermination, then strict adherence to the founders principles, can change this... ... Which is why they hate and fear the Second Amendment. They know they're on the razor's edge.

Kari Lake has never had even a glimmer of hope in Arizona's courts. Nearly every single state court judge in Arizona has been vetted and approved to sit on the bench by the still all-powerful McCain Party. Lake's embrace of Trump ensured her loss- in the election and in any court challenge thereafter. Cindy McCain's hatred for all things Trump will prevail. It's guaranteed. The McCain Party is incredibly powerful in Arizona. Unless you know how Arizona politics works, you have no idea what is going on there.

Democrats know all it will take is for one case to be won and the jig is up. That is why the judiciary has shut down every lawsuit. There is no way there can be any legitimacy linked to democrat fraud. No judge wants to be the one who could not quash evidence from being legitimized. I am so conflicted over what I feel about the state of affairs we are in now. I just can’t lose hope but also I am not naïve enough to believe that democrats haven’t well and truly committed a successful coup. We take one step forward and get knocked down by the reality that democrats just control too many people. Are we just tilting at windmills? Part of me will not accept that Americans will ever let the left steal our country, our freedom and our way of life. When I believe the evidence is obvious and then some judge comes along and ignores it like it never existed, it’s frustrating. Looks like to me we are being slow walked into submission by a corrupt government with the judiciary leading the way because it’s just less messy than using weapons to shut us down.

I watched the trial, and these are some observations. First, the judge stated that what discovery evidence Lake received was delivered on the court steps, just before trial. I also read that Lake's discovery did not include access to any ballots or signature cards. Lake was limited to only the election data provided by Maricopa County. Then, the judge argued for long lengths of time over petty differences, like the definition of compare, or whether exhibit 134 was misnumbered, continually disrupting everyone's train of thought for long periods, and using up the trial time. One of Lake's attorneys, not Olsen who did a good job, but the other one, who was very ill prepared, could not remember, had to strike what he said, apparently having prepared for trial at a bar. Personally, I don't admire the legal professions of providing data evidence, instead of providing witnesses, and direct evidence, like here are 18,000 signatures, more than enough to overturn the 17,000 election vote difference, which were voted, but the signatures do not compare. 18,000 would have been easy to submit as evidence, as after all, a comparison takes less than 3 seconds, per Maricopa County. They did not submit real impact evidence like this, because the judge would not all Lake discovery or access to ballots are signature cards. In other words, the judge rigged the trial result by not permitting Lake access to the evidence that would have won the suit. All nothing but a rigged trial, but will be proclaimed as a Maricopa County exculpation of their election theft.
