Furious Trump glares into the camera and

Donald Trump threw his hands in the air in fury during a virtual appearance in a Manhattan court on Tuesday as a judge scheduled the Stormy Daniels 'hush money' criminal trial for March 25, 2024. It means the former president will be in a Manhattan courtroom for weeks in the middle of the Republican primaries and just months before the presidential election. The court day lies just weeks after the 'Super Tuesday' primaries set for March 5, and days after Florida's March 19 contest that will pit Trump against Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Seems to me if you indict somebody, you got the "goods" on him and you should be able to go to trial say, the next week if you're the persecutor, oops I mean prosecutor. It's the defendant that often needs time to look at the "evidence," depose witnesses, etc. And in this case, I believe that the defendant is ready to go to trial. Obviously, this persecution is politically motivated and I believe you'll see further attempts to "clutter" Mr Trump's schedule throughout 2024.

All of this, including the upcoming indictments in DC and Georgia, are part of a master plan from Merrick Garland’s DOJ to take Trump of the campaign trail so we have Trump locked up, literally and figuratively. In 2024. This is why we need DeSantis as a viable candidate. They will be “Hidin Biden” just like they did last year and instead of Covid, the shiny object in 2024 will be the Trump trials and conviction in DC (where he can’t get a fair trial). I love Trump and what he did for America, but he can not and will not be allowed to win, just like in 2020. All the cheating will be exponential to keep him from getting elected. DeSantis is the alternative we will need to lean on.

Well, Trump and his team HAD to know the liberals would find a way to disrupt his campaign. The judge's ruling can hardly be a surprise. Trump's "furious" glare and fist raise were displayed FOR EFFECT during the virtual court appearance. Trump NEEDS to keep the hostility and reality show drama going all the way into March but could this country recover from the potential trauma of seeing a locked-up President trying to campaign? Trump's a smart man. I don't understand why he keeps employing the same UNSUCCESSFUL strategies with the media over and over again when he KNOWS they aren't working?

How easily some people forget! Not only has Donald Trump said more than “a word” about the J6 prisoners, he promised to pardon them if he is elected. He also joined them in putting words to song in a magnificent, inspiring song that hit #1 on the charts this past March! Don’t let yourself be blinded to the truth amidst the deluge of propaganda against Trump. My prayer is that this trick to harm Trump backfires against his attackers & redounds to his benefit. The outrageous, out of line, over the top & evil tactics to destroy him are obvious to all but those who hate him, or want him brought down.

#7, that may be a very slim reed to lean on, & might be easily swallowed by the Swamp. We would do much better to fight for America by standing with the strong & sturdy tree that has deep roots in solid ground. I’ve come to the conclusion that it won’t make much of a difference, for the future of America, who is in the Oval Office if It isn’t PDJT. Strong leadership matters. It also matters how, whom & in what direction you lead. DeSantis doesn’t have the power to accomplish anything other than whatever his powerful donors & “advisors” want accomplished. The timing of his choosing to align himself against Trump, when he could have been a strong fighter in the real fight for America, indicates to me that he is a willing tool of the Deep State. I’m no longer certain that his conservative actions with a conservative legislature in Florida aren’t the same sort of ruse that GWB’s were in conservative Texas - actions that he would ultimately abandon on the world stage. DeSantis appears to be attempting to follow that same GWB path to victory by using a conservative legislature in Florida. The same “strategery” with the same strategist as his helper. I was blinded by GWB. I loved the man for what I believed he stood for. He didn’t, or he caved under pressure. I don’t know for certain anymore that DeSantis does either, or that he won’t do the same.

The White House on Thursday released a broad national strategy to fight antisemitism, describing the initiative as unprecedented in scope amid a surge in anti-Jewish crime. However, the White House evaded an increasingly contentious debate over how to define antisemitism, avoiding a clear endorsement of a mainstream, widely accepted definition while simultaneously welcoming an alternative pushed by progressives who argue the former doesn't allow sufficient space to criticize Israel, the world's only Jewish state. The 60-page document details four pillars that undergird the strategy: increasing awareness and understanding of antisemitism and appreciation of Jewish American heritage,

It is clear from the Durham report and the work of House Republican hearings that the current scandals in the Biden White House – and senior bureaucracies at the Justice Department, IRS, and elsewhere – are much deeper and more cancerous than Watergate ever was. It may be hard to remember, but Watergate came about due to a weird, dumb, and fairly narrow set of criminal behaviors which mushroomed into 69 officials being indicted and 48 imprisoned. I remember Watergate vividly, because I first ran for Congress in 1974 during the Watergate scandal.
