For so many American patriots, freedom loving relics who still believe that America ought be be the :shining city on a hill" Minneapolis joins the list of lost cities and is on their "no go" list. I recall decades ago when Minneapolis was a nice place to visit. But so was NYC, Chicago, Portland, LA and Seattle. I am happy to live our my remaining years in flyover country with the true patriots who dwell there.

I've never heard of "DFL", and had to look it up. Normally, articles explain acronyms, but I guess we plebes are just supposed to know all the hip liberal jargon. After looking it up, I have decided "DFL" in Minnesota simply means "Communist".

This is what happens to dem run cities. They've had a solid grip on MN for decades, it's the ONLY state that didn't vote for Reagan. Now they've destroyed anything that was once good in Minneapolis/St. Paul. We were in Duluth prior to 2022 election, the support for liberals was clear. They will never learn or believe that what is happening downstate is heading their way. Ignorant people. Glad I don't live there.

I also had to look up "DFL". It stands for Democratic-Farmer-Labor (political party in Minnesota, to which state Democrats belong). Agree with #14. We can't read every article posted and sharing researched information with the other posters is a kind gesture.
