As we’ve been covering here at LI, the radical left has declared war on one of the three branches of our government. They are on the warpath because it’s the one branch of government over which they (now) have no control.[Snip]Protests are picking up steam again outside the private homes of conservative Supreme Court justices.[Snip]Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, has opened an investigation into the DOJ order to U.S. Marshals not to arrest illegal protesters outside justices’ homes.[Snip]It seems quite clear that the radical left won’t rest until they can appoint more leftist justices to the Court...

Saul Alinsky, an American community activist wrote, “In the beginning the organizer’s first job is to create the issues or problems.” In His “Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals” he presented “12 Rules for Radicals.” Consider Rule 10: 10. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.“ | VIOLENCE FROM THE OTHER SIDE CAN WIN THE PUBLIC TO YOUR SIDE BECAUSE THE PUBLIC SYMPATHIZES WITH THE UNDERDOG. Psyops aimed at conservatives sympathizers supportive of the Court’s conservative Justices to instigate a violent response?

What is in dire need of investigation and PROSECUTION is the dirtbag criminality of the leadership of the DOJ.

Schmuckie schumer stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and overtly threatened Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. A few weeks later John Roske travelled from kalifornika to DC with the intent to murder Kavenaugh and his family. Has any GOP Senator called for censure or ouster of the schmuck? Oh, I forgot, he "apologized" so all is forgiven. Any conservative making such a threat would be serving time in a DC dungeon without bail like many Jan 6 victims.

And the criminals in charge at the Dept of InJustice are hoping for another lunatic to try to assassinate a justice - while they actively prevent the US Marshals from following the law to defend the justices by arresting these illegal protestors.

There’s one certainty in politics. If a Democrat is accusing a Republican of doing something, it is the Democrat who is inevitably actually doing it. That dynamic played out again Wednesday after a major revelation about Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor called into question all the recent left-wing attacks on Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.(Snip)Well, they are going to have to call another hearing because it’s been revealed that Sotomayor took $3.6 million from a book company that did have business before the court at the time(Snip)The publishing company in question actually stood to lose money depending on how the court ruled,

“Color Revolution” is a term that has been around for a while and doesn’t have a single clear definition. But the term most famously was used as to the “Orange” Ukraine 2004 civil unrest(Snip)A color revolution then, is a form of manipulated mass civil disobediance meant to accomplish regime change. We saw it used against Trump after the 2016 election, where manipulated and hysterical claims of Russia collusion were used to attempt to paralyze the Trump administration(Snip)It all was highly organized and manipulated.(Snip)There also is a type of color revolution being waged against the Supreme Court now that it has a conservative majority.

Donald Trump Jr. says boycotts of Bud Light should end, telling his fans on Rumble the company’s conservative credentials are solid and the outrage over its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney was unjustified. (Snip) “We looked into the political giving and lobbying history of Anheuser-Busch. And guess what? They actually support Republicans,” said the former first son on Rumble. (Snip) Nobody at the senior level of the company had been aware of the marketing campaign, Trump Jr. said, touting their support for recent high profile GOP candidates like Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

Never letting a crisis go to waste is very useful tool, especially when the government creates the crisis. As CTH has said from the first discussion of the classified intelligence leaks, the “leak is the op.” The intel leak is the operation created by the Intelligence Community to support new expanded powers for the Fourth Branch of Government. (Snip) According to SSCI Chairman Mark Warner ‘The Restrict Act’ will give more power and authorities to the Executive Branch to deal with internet danger. Now the SSCI sees the classified intel leaks as evidence for the importance of the Restrict Act.

Political Prosecution of Trump “Tears at the Fabric of the Country” and is “a Master Manipulation by Democrats” I appeared this morning on the Tony Katz Show on Rumble to discuss the only thing anyone is talking about: The indictment and arraignment of Donald Trump. (Snip) And it was only prosecuted because Donald Trump’s running for president. I don’t think there’s a person on the face of this earth who thinks that this case would’ve been brought if three months ago or four months ago, Donald Trump had announced I am not running for president again. So that’s what this is about. This has all the appearances of a political prosecution.

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The death penalty could be abolished in Ohio under upcoming bipartisan legislation announced Tuesday--the latest in what has been years of effort to end capital punishment in the state. (Snip) The Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association opposes the legislation, calling it “dangerous” and saying it would cut Ohio’s “worst criminals” a break. Republican Attorney General Dave Yost, a supporter of the death penalty, said in a statement that the bill provides a platform to discuss a needed overhaul of Ohio’s capital punishment system, calling it “a farce and a broken promise of justice.”

Ohio is doing just fine with its “open” primary system, contrary to the alarmism of Jim Renacci. The former Republican congressman from Wadsworth argued last week that the system, under which voters can change their political party affiliation whenever they cast a ballot in a primary election, had been “abused” by Democrats and Republicans who switch parties to meddle in the affairs of the opposition party. “This is called primary ‘raiding,’ and it’s no way to run elections,” Renacci wrote in a guest column published in the Akron Beacon Journal. Does that happen? Probably, but not at the scale Renacci seems to believe.

After months of increasingly strident mass protests against his government’s plans to reform Israel’s out-of-control and highly partisan judicial system, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appears to have given in to the pressure. He said he was going to be “delaying judicial reform to give real dialogue a chance.”(Snip)On the contrary, Netanyahu is waving the white flag on judicial reform--and everyone knows it. Two weeks ago, President Joe Biden announced that he is running for reelection in 2024, promising to “finish the job”. What exactly does he want to finish, other than American exceptionalism as we know it? America is rapidly imploding on many fronts – financial and economic, cultural, safety, and our place in the world. Does finishing the job mean erasing every achievement of former President Donald Trump? Or is he completing former President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign promise, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America"?

'He's a good acquaintance and we've worked together on environmental issues,' the president said of King Charles III. In the span of a few weeks, the Biden administration has proposed regulations that would effectively ban gas stoves, force a massive shift to electric cars, sharply raise the cost of dishwashers, increase loan costs for frugal borrowers, regulate puddles as “navigable waters,” and limit hunting and fishing across the country. It will soon release a proposed rule targeting power plants with hugely expensive carbon capture mandates. This is just the tip of the spear. As the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Clyde Wayne Crews put it recently, “President Biden is leading an unprecedented expansion of the administrative state.

A Denver city councilwoman facing a runoff election in June said white-owned businesses should pay reparations for the sins of slavery. A business improvement district is managed by local business owners, residents, and local government officials and can levy incremental tax increases which are then redistributed in a specific geographic region, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation.

My friend and colleague, Dr. Maryanne Demasi has been studying the use of statins for years. She just had her meta analysis published in "JAMA Internal Medicine." This is an extremely important paper.(snip)The public health mantra about cholesterol has always been “the lower, the better.” This has been reflected in expert guidelines which have called on doctors to aggressively lower their patient’s ‘bad’ LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C) with statin drugs to prevent heart disease. However, our new analysis published in JAMA Internal Medicine (paywalled) challenges that notion. Over the years, influential researchers such as the Cholesterol Treatment Trialists (CTT) at Oxford University, have monopolised the scientific debate on statins. But there are three problems with the various CTT analyses:
