Some Republicans are now floating the idea of impeaching President Biden over a whistleblower claim that he accepted cash from a foreign national seeking favorable policies when he was vice president.
Even though the claims have not been substantiated, a number of Republicans said if the claims were found to be true they would try to remove Biden from office.
'I think that's a very strong possibility,' Oversight member Rep. Russell Fry, R-S.C., said on Fox Business Thursday morning. 'I think it's certainly on the table.'

Ousted Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson has floated hosting his own 2024 Republican primary debate - and has spoken to former President Donald Trump about putting on a candidate forum.
The Washington Post reported Thursday on what Carlson might do next - writing that he would be willing to walk away from millions of dollars still owed to him in his Fox contract to have a hand in the 2024 election cycle.
What Carlson pitched would be an unsanctioned debate outside the Republican National Committee debate system.

The Nevada Republican Club (NRC) hosted a sold-out luncheon on Tuesday in Las Vegas, featuring Scott Presler, a well-known Republican speaker, voter engagement leader, and recipient of CPAC’s Ronald Reagan Award.Presler spoke about the importance of voter registration, early voting, and legal ballot harvesting, urging Republicans to vote early like Democrats do — who vote for weeks — and saying that Republicans only vote for 12 hours on Election Day. Presler also emphasized that Nevada is in play for the 2024 presidential election, and he committed to spending the next year-and-a-half of his life making sure that Joe Biden is a one-term President.

Two former top intelligence officials will testify this month before the House Judiciary Committee’s weaponization of the federal government panel about the statement they signed in 2020 discrediting the bombshell story about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper will appear before the panel in behind-closed-door interviews on May 11 and May 17, respectively, a source familiar with the matter confirmed to Breitbart News.

Thursday morning, the Washington Post released a report suggesting that insiders close to Tucker Carlson say the ex-Fox News host has considered being a moderator in an alternate Republican 2024 presidential debate.
Apparently, Carlson has even discussed the idea with former President Donald Trump, who signaled his intentions to steer clear of the primary debate schedule laid out by the Republican National Committee.

Former President Donald Trump sued The New York Times, three of its reporters, and his own niece in 2021 over an investigation into his tax returns. On Wednesday, a New York trial judge dismissed the suit, saying the Pulitzer Prize-winning investigation into his finances was clearly protected by the First Amendment. As The Times eagerly reported, Trump accused the paper and three of its reporters of conspiring in an “insidious plot” with his estranged niece, Mary Trump, to improperly obtain his confidential tax records and federal tax returns for a series of stories published in 2018.

My thoughts on Karine Jean Pierre's job performance have been rather clear, and clear-eyed, since the very beginning. Having spoken to multiple people who used to occupy her exact role, as well as a number of public-facing Democrats, let's just say that my assessment is not an outlier. This week, on the subject of the border crisis, the White House Press Secretary did an especially poor and mendacious job on consecutive days. I say this not because she garbled words or offered little of value, which is par for the course, but because she told a massive lie, then got snippy and churlish in response to legitimate questioning

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), who publicly advanced claims in the infamous Steele dossier, said Thursday on “CNN’s This Morning” that House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) is pushing out “unsubstantiated allegations.”
Comer has subpoenaed the FBI for records alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden.
Partial transcript as follows:KAITLAN COLLINS: Oversight chair James Comer is now subpoenaing records from the FBI. He has subpoena power, of course. He claims they could show then Vice President Biden receiving bribes allegedly from a foreign national in exchange for policy favors. I should note the White House has strenuously denied this. We’ve got zero evidence. We haven’t seen

Two trend lines extend into the future. One tracks government's increased oppression, surveillance, and social control. The other tracks people's rising spiritual faith, desire for personal freedom, and determination that government should leave them alone. This is our reality. It also exposes the chink in totalitarianism's armor. The greater the government's coercion, the more convinced a growing share of the population becomes that illegitimate government must go.
The same tug of war has played out time and again. With the luxury of hindsight, there is a clear trigger point when governing authorities cross a line into such unacceptable tyranny that their eventual fall becomes certain.

The CEO of Anheuser-Busch has unceremoniously disowned the disastrous Dylan Mulvaney stunt – insisting it was 'not a campaign' as a letter to retailers says it was 'just one can'.
Global boss Michel Doukeris addressed the mass backlash over working with trans influencer Mulvaney, 26, for the first time in an earnings call with investors on Thursday.
Doukeris told investors there is 'misinformation' spreading on social media about the company's team-up with Mulvaney, according to Fox Business.
