Nikki Haley Hits DeSantis, Invites Disney
to South Carolina: ‘We’re Not Sanctimonious’

Republican presidential candidate and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley took a jab at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Wednesday amid the governor’s ongoing battle with Disney. “@Disney, my home state will happily accept your 70,000+ jobs if you want to leave Florida,” she wrote on social media. “We’ve got great weather, great people, and it’s always a great day in South Carolina! SC’s not woke, but we’re not sanctimonious about it either,” she said, harkening to former President Donald Trump’s nickname for the Florida governor — “Ron DeSanctimonious.”

So Nikki, are you saying that South Carolina is open for pedophiles? It's open for drag shows with children as the intended audience? You're saying that like Virginia is for Lovers, South Carolina is for Groomers? I know a lot of folks in South Carolina and I don't think they'd support your invitation.

We're told that Disney is suing over being stripped of their special tax breaks and semi-autonomous status. Is Nikki offering those if they move to S.C.? Does she have the pull to make that happen in the first place? Or is she promising that if Disney comes, they will be free to resume promoting the gender-nonsense to kids?

Seemingly tens of thousands of migrants are waiting for President Joe Biden’s administration to end the public health authority known as Title 42 at the United States-Mexico border, reports indicate. In 2020, in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus crisis, former President Donald Trump invoked Title 42 at the border to ensure that federal immigration officials could quickly return illegal aliens to Mexico for the sake of public health. On May 11, Biden will end Title 42 and is creating new Catch and Release pipelines to quickly get border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior. In particular, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will set up “processing centers”

Ron DeSantis' awkward response to falling poll numbers has critics speculating that he is 'extremely shaken' by the prospect of the drop-off in standing against former President Donald Trump. The Florida governor has not yet announced a run for president, but his recent travels and continued national and international presence has only fueled speculation that he does plan to run in 2024. Trump's increasing lead seems to have shaken DeSantis.

To say that things have become upside down in American society in the last 20 to 30 years or so is the understatement of the year. However, to be perfectly fair, every succeeding younger generation has been met with calls of derision and criticism by the older generation. The cries of, “What they show on TV! Listen to those song lyrics! I can’t believe what kids are getting away with!” are a constant with every new generation. Nothing new there. It is true that every new age seems to bring with it a relaxation of moral standards, a redrawing of previously held moral lines in the sand, a new interpretation

After Yoon sang the first verse - to a thunderous standing ovation, Biden, who's famous for making verbal gaffes, joked: 'Don't expect me to sing it! I can barely talk.'

In a recent interview, Perry stated, “Look, breaking the law, high crimes and misdemeanors. There are a lot of members of Congress that know that the president is flouting the law. He knows that he’s, or feels that he’s generally incompetent and so on and so forth, but they’re waiting for a violation of section and code. Nikki Haley doesn’t have a prayer to become the next President of the United States, although she is a viable VP candidate for sure. I’ve always had a generally positive impression of her. I am pretty sure that it will alienate quite a number of people, although to me it’s pretty clear that Republican voters are not the intended recipients of her message. Fox “parting ways” with Tucker Carlson was an insane move by any standards of business, given how popular his show was on the network. (snip) Carlson’s departure “will have a tremendous effect on the future of the Fox News channel, no doubt about that, but more importantly on Republican politics in the 2024 presidential election.” O’Reilly argued that Carlson’s departure from Fox News, combined with the death of conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh in 2021, has diminished the influence of conservative voices in the news media environment—and that it will now take longer for conservative ideas to permeate beyond Republican and conservative circles and into the conversations of independent voters.
