Hunter Biden is hiding out at the $50 million vineyard owned by major Democrat donor Joe Kiani. Hunter Biden and his wife Melissa Cohen escaped for a getaway Friday at the vineyard. Kiani, a medical device company executive, is a major door to Joe Biden. The couple and their Secret Service detail arrived at the location, about three hours north of LA in Santa Barbara wine country in a four-car motorcade.
Does a four-car motorcade seem excessive for a president’s grown son? Maybe it’s just me. Hunter must be feeling the stress of the lawsuit in Arkansas closing in on him and the congressional investigations

I wouldn’t exactly call Tucker Carlson a friend.
As you have probably already heard, this morning Tucker abruptly left his position as the most powerful anchor at Fox News, or anywhere on television.
I’ve never had a beer or a coffee off-set with Tucker. We have very similar views on some issues, like the dangers of cannabis and mRNA jabs, but very different on others like Ukraine.
And I only got to know him when he was already hugely successful. Adults have a hard time becoming close under those circumstances. I’ve never wanted to be the guy asking Tucker (or Elon) for favors - aside from the favor

Independent journalist Matt Taibbi, who was threatened with jail time by a top Democrat on Capitol Hill over testimony he gave about his reporting on the Twitter Files, feels the media would have lost its minds if Republicans did the same to CNN's Jim Acosta.
"Can you imagine if something like this had happened in the Trump years? If Republicans had threatened someone like Jim Acosta with five years in prison over a minor error? That he didn’t even make in testimony before Congress? You would have had every human rights organization on earth complaining about it but not a peep from my so-called colleagues

It is now all too obvious that the corporate media colluded with corrupt elements of the security state to alter the outcomes of two presidential elections. Their first foray into election interference failed because, in 2016, they underestimated the power of social media and allowed Donald Trump to speak directly to the voters. They fixed that problem in 2020 by convincing Facebook and Twitter to censor legitimate news stories while disseminating disinformation. And it is no coincidence that former Obama and current Biden administration officials were involved in both interference schemes.

RFK Jr. announced his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination yesterday. He seeks to wrest it from the presumptive (and presumptuous) Democratic candidate Joe Biden. RCP — not to be confused with RFK — has posted video, clips, and text of Kennedy’s announcement here.
I found much to like in the substance and tone of Kennedy’s announcement. I enjoyed his tribute to his wife, Cheryl Hines, and to his family — the quick and the dead. He attacked the merger of state and corporate power. I wish he would expand the attack to woke corporate America. It would complement his professed desire to overcome the divisions

Here we go again. It seems as if every other election cycle or so for the past few decades has produced dreams of a centrist third party "unity" ticket that would appeal to all the Americans who say they want the partisan bickering in Washington to stop. The Beltway media gets excited at the idea of "the grown-ups" being in charge and the Big Money Boys lick their chops at the prospect of a party based entirely on their needs and their needs alone. This year it looks like the perennial group that calls itself No Labels has decided to throw a monkey wrenchCORRECTION*

The Democratic Party and President Joe Biden are wrecking the country. Their ongoing economic blunders, perverse cultural agenda, and corrupt foreign policy, if unchecked in the near future, will turn the United States into a dystopian nightmare comparable to Venezuela. This can be averted if former President Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis run together on the 2024 Republican presidential ballot. Neither can win in 2024 without the other, even if the Democratic alternative is an unpopular incumbent whose running mate is a running joke.

“Real Time” host Bill Maher warned the Democrats on his show Friday that if they fail to remember history, they are doomed to repeat it.
They’re all thinking that they’ve “finally got him,” when it comes to former President Donald Trump over the prosecution filed by Alvin Bragg about money allegedly paid to Stormy Daniels.Maher pointed out how America didn’t hold the “sex scandal” against Bill Clinton regarding Monica Lewinsky when it came to voting, and that they seemed to ignore his perjury. Clinton got impeached, but then he still had a high approval rating.

If you bought stock in U-Haul in the past couple of years, your retirement account is probably looking better than a lot of other people’s. (Particularly those who invested in Budweiser.) If it feels like there’s a lot of traffic on the roads these days, particularly along the east coast, it’s not your imagination. And most of that traffic is heading south. In the first three months of 2023, more than ten thousand people fled New York and relocated to Florida. If things keep going at this pace, Ron DeSantis is going to run out of places to put them all. Over the past three years, we reporters learned there were certain things that we weren't allowed to say. Not long ago, in fact, my new video may have been censored.
One dangerous idea, we were told, was that COVID-19 might have been created in a lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That seems very possible, since the institute studied coronaviruses in bats, and America's National Institutes of Health gave the lab money to perform "gain-of-function" research, experiments where scientists try to make a virus more virulent or transmissible.
A Washington Post writer worried the lab leak theory "could increase racist attacks against Chinese people and further fuel anti-Asian hate."

The news of former President Donald Trump’s indictment by a Manhattan grand jury has been greeted with unabashed glee by Democrats, corporate media outlets, talking heads, and late-night “comedians.” These people clearly have no idea where this kind of politicized prosecution always leads. Once a ruling regime convinces the citizenry to accept the criminalization of political opposition, the inevitable result is a one-party state that systematically eliminates individual rights. That’s what Trump means when he says: “They’re not after me. They’re after you.”

When a mass murderer shot her way into a Nashville school on Monday and killed six people, most Americans reacted with horror. Gun control advocates, however, viewed it as an opportunity. President Joe Biden, for example, saw the crime as a chance to promote an “assault weapon” ban. Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers, responded with a call for gun confiscation. The corporate media pitched in with a spate of stories claiming that mass shootings literally occur on a daily basis in the United States.
