A report from Business.com finds that there is discrimination against “non-binary” people. At least, non-binary people believe there is discrimination. “Over 80% of nonbinary people believe that identifying as nonbinary would hurt their job search,” the report finds. Also, 51% believe their gender identity has “affected their workplace experience.”
Business.com sent out two identical “phantom” resumes to “180 unique job postings that were explicitly open to entry-level candidates” in an effort to test “whether or not the inclusion of gender-neutral pronouns impacts how employers perceive resumes.”

Those that specify their " pronouns " are going to be trouble.

There is just no way possible I could have ever been - especially now - in HR or employment supervision. Fake genders, made-up names with apostrophes, and don't even show me your tattoos on the job.

They might as well report for an application bedecked in facial and neck tattoos with half a box of fishing lures through every lobe, node, septum, and cheek.
These are the barristas, legal pot salespersons, and future Carney's on the Midway coming to a town near you.

This “non-binary” business is pure BS and has no place in the real world. Those with a responsibility of meeting Friday afternoon payroll can’t afford these games.

But along with neck tattoos, nose and brow rings, a good way to get excused by the D.A. if called for jury duty.

I'm affected or annoyed by it when I see it on a resume or when it's included in a professional email signature. So much of this gender stuff is just not normal. Satan's world doesn't make sense, and he doesn't train his dupes very well.

DEIB - stands for Diversity. Equity. Inclusion and Belonging
Gosh, when I was hired for a position, I never wondered whether I would feel as if I belonged there or not. You just did the best you could at the job, made friends or acquaintances and got on with your life. The idea of everyone getting a trophy was foolish. Life is not perfect, kids, and neither are any of us.

Maybe if they kept their insanity to themselves and didn’t inflict it on everyone, this wouldn’t be a problem.

This should be dont ask dont tell and if asked dont tell. I only know 2 genders male female and the english language has only 3 singular pronouns, he, she, it. If the applicant is not he or she it is an it and should not be hired as personell.

There should be a bias. These people are crazy and obsessed with gender identity. They won't be able to function normally.

Democrats are all about power. If there were a movement to reunify D.C. with Maryland, the Democrats would be solidly oppose it. They are not looking for the "dignity" of statehood. They are looking for two new senators to control the Congress.

When we get emails from management with their stupid pronouns, I delete without reading. Anyone who falls for such foolishness is not a serious corporate bigshot.

Forcing people to call them this insane and very bad grammar title is just the beginning. These are the wokie wokes who will sue your company, attack fellow employees and more. I have several of these people in my life and it is not fun.

Here's a free hint. When writing a resume, do not signal that you're a moron with mental issues by starting in with personal pronouns. Any COMPETENT hiring manager will read it, recognize the screaming red flags of a potential troublemaker and promptly file away your resume in the circular filing cabinet.
On second thought......ignore my advice and loudly proclaim your mental state.

Aren’t most CVs screened by machines first prior to a human seeing them? Is it the machine or human showing bias?

Using They/Them is an immediate demand for special treatment and attention. I am hiring you for your work qualifications and skills; not sexuality or gender identity. I don't care about that. Keep the personal stuff (pronouns) off the resume!

They/Them will find it hard to find a job. If they/them become unemployed can they/them file for multiple unemployment benefits? Asking for indict/Fauci.
