Federal prosecutors investigating Donald Trump's storing of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate have written to the Justice Department seeking permission to compel his attorney to testify before a grand jury, according to a report. Why did the FBI target traditional Catholics? replies

Last week, Tucker Carlson had a brief segment about the leaked FBI memo recommending surveillance of traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists. The contents of the memo became widely known only because of a fearless FBI whistleblower assigned to the relatively small Richmond, Va. district office. (snip) Michael Matt's media organization is the best known of the so-called traditional Catholic domestic "terrorist" groups named on the SPLC's list. And given some thought, this same domestic terrorist label could just as easily apply to any believing Christians who have rejected "wokeness" and remain pro-life and support the biblical understanding of marriage and sexuality.

Recently, an establishment called Nettie's House of Spaghetti in New Jersey announced they will no longer allow children under 10 to dine at their restaurant. The move caused controversy, with some respondents applauding the policy and others accusing Nettie’s staff of being “child haters.” But the top commenter at MSN.com summed the issue up succinctly: “We don't hate your kids,” she wrote. “We hate your parenting.” Congratulations, madam, you won the Internet today. If this seems a tempest in a teapot, know that it has implications for our entire society, because it reflects a deadly modern problem: Too many Americans are failing to civilize their children.

The following article by Ron Paul is sponsored content by Birch Gold.~~ I am infuriated. President Biden is attacking American retirement savers with a vicious financial scheme. And the mainstream media let him get away with it! He couldn’t get his “Build Back Better” bill passed last year because everyone knew it would cause more inflation. So he stubbornly pushed it through Congress as a renamed “H.R. 5376,” otherwise known as the “Inflation Reduction Act.” In Biden’s own words: “I think we can break the package up, get as much as we can now and come back and fight for the rest later.” And they certainly did get a lot out of this bill.

It's now an infamous headline among conservatives and a sore spot for Politico. But at the time, the Oct. 19, 2020, story by Natasha Bertrand had its intended bombshell effect with this headline: "Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say." Now former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper says Politico "deliberately distorted" the letter he and more than 50 others – many of them open Joe Biden supporters – signed. Critics are wondering why the players in the story are speaking out more than two years later – just as House Republicans are investigating the matter – and why they didn't cry foul

Hot, cold, wet, dry, sunny, clear, snow, no snow – it doesn’t matter, it’s caused by global warming, the climate alarmists tell us over and again. Their desperation is palpable, the cords that keep them tethered to reality fraying more than ever, their charade coming apart. For more than 30 years, the crisis peddlers have carried the narrative that man’s carbon dioxide emissions are creating an existential threat. They’ve cajoled, bullied, lied, deceived, screeched and burned an immense volume of fossil fuels to get their hard-left agenda codified and executive ordered, and they have some successes to refer to. But their efforts have been, and always will be, useless.

This is the history of the transformation of a tiny area occupied by Zaporozhian Cossacks into the largest country in Europe after Russia, larger than France or Germany. How did Ukraine pull off an expansion of this magnitude without a single conquest? [Map] (Snip) The historical record demonstrates that contemporary Ukraine emerged from a mosaic of lands assembled by Russian conquests and paid for with Russian blood and treasure. Except for a small area of the Zaporozhian Host (the red area on the map), Ukraine has no historical connection to the land it occupies and is the product of Russian geopolitical engineering.

Could it really happen? Could Joe Biden really decide to replace Kamala Harris in 2024? It would be risky as hell, particularly if a black woman wasn’t chosen to replace Harris on the ticket. Still, cries of “Racism!” and “Misogyny!” would abound on the left — even if another black woman did get the call. Would the attacks make sense if the scenario played out as I suggested? Of course not. But, hey; when has the crazed woke left ever made sense?
