Whoopi Goldberg asks if 'we need to see

"The View" co-host Whoopi Goldberg wondered on Monday if "we need to see White people get beat up" to see meaningful police reform before clarifying that she was "not suggesting that" following the death of Tyre Nichols. "Do we need to see White people also get beat before anybody will do anything? I’m not suggesting that. So don’t write us and tell me what a racist I am. I’m just asking is that what people have to see in order to wake up and realize this affects us all?" Goldberg asked.

Comments:

There is no bottom when it comes to measuring the depth of WG's stupidity. White people ARE getting beat up: muggings, carjackings, shoplifting, polar-bear hunting, so someone isn't paying attention-or just ignoring-current events. Keep your head stuck in the sand, Whoopi.

White people are beaten by police as much or more than minorities. It is just not headline news because nobody cares if a white criminal gets beat up. People only care when a Black / minority is beaten or harassed by the police because it fits the "police are bad" racial division narrative.

These women seem to think they are giving intelligent commentary. They are mainly clueless, ignorant, condescending and stupid. There is no reform, training, or screening that will stop rogue cops who go off the deep end. The disdain and hatred toward police have caused huge recruiting issues. They can’t afford to be too picky about who they hire. The Democrats totally own that. The vast majority of police officers are decent, dedicated people and deserve our respect.

Whoopi, why don't you do a little research before you keep putting your stinking feet in your evil little mouth?!?!?!? Far more white people than black people are killed or roughly arrested in this country every year. Just a quick peak at FBI statistics will show that. And that makes logical sense because white people make up the highest majority of people in this country. The reason white people do not riot in the streets when that happens is because we are intelligent enough to realize that most of the white people in those situations are criminals who force the police to apprehend them that way their own actions and choices. When a cop does something bad, or over-reacts to a situation, we expect that cop -- regardless of his or her race -- to be held accountable. But I guess all of that makes way too much sense for an idiot like Whoopi to comprehend!!!!!
