A new lawsuit has been filed in the ongoing feud over the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, as Secretary of State (and incoming Governor) Katie Hobbs joins the Maricopa County board of elections in taking gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake to court over her claims and previous lawsuits. According to the suit, Maricopa County contends that “Before a single vote was counted in the 2022 general election, Kari Lake publicly stated that she would accept the results of the gubernatorial election only if she were the winning candidate” but that “she has not simply failed to publicly acknowledge the election results.” Instead, the suit accuses Lake of filing “a groundless, seventy-page

Defense by offense. They want to keep Lake's legal team occupied with this bogus lawsuit to waste her money and to reduce the time the team has to spend on her appeal.

My thoughts exactly #3. I will never consider such a dodgy, unethical woman as governor of what used to be a fine state. She should have been forced to resign her SecState position the moment she filed papers to run for governor. She is a wicked woman and a bad reflection of Arizona.

The judge refused to hear 80% of Lake's case, and only allowed 2 days for the rest, spending most of the time on legal pedantry. The judge knew the ruling at the start, and allowed the case only to legitimize the stolen election. One witness testified that any ballot not within the chain of custody is invalid under Arizona law. The judge avoided that, instead focusing on proving that Democrat's intended to steal the election. Nah, that was just an accident. Printers jammed at one polling site might be human error, but at 45% of the polling sites, and simultaneously? One does wonder.

File in federal court. Surely, there is a "protected class" that was disenfranchised when voters turned out 3 to 1 for Kari Lake. This was proven in court regardless of intent. It would have been a different outcome if there had been a mob assembled and ready to riot. But, they do not fear us because the government knows we fear them more. Time to change that.

Unfortunately we will not take back our Country and restore our Republic by voting any more. The communist death democrats and communist death republicans have seized total control over the voting process, the courts, and of course the propaganda media. Our votes mean nothing at this point. Arizona is a textbook example of the complete takeover of the election voting process, the justice system, and the media propaganda stooges as stated above. This so-called judge should be forcibly removed from the bench, tarred and feathered, and frog marched into prison. Next step by our enemies will be the confiscation of our guns which was addressed in the disgusting Omnibus Lawlessness Bill which was just rammed through.

The chain of custody was clearly broken, which violates AZ law. Did the judge ignore this because he thought it was incompetence and not fraud? Seems like a subsequent lawsuit is needed if the appeal is turned down. Hopefully, there is a fair judge somewhere in the chain of appeals.

Why can't a voter take out a lawsuit? If a voter was not able to vote, that infringes on their right to vote on voting day. Maybe if we had some voter lawsuits along with Kari Lake's lawsuit, someone might get the message that we are serious. . .

Democrats are nothing if not relentless and ruthless. Hobbs, you "won" the election. Lake's suit has been dismissed, but it is not enough to accept that victory and simply start your job as governor. You must continue to badger, harass, and destroy your opposition.

Hobbs will have standing and will win. The goal is probably to prevent Lake from continuing to fight all the way up to the useless "supreme" court. She might be illegitimate but it won't matter; she'll still destroy the state of Arizona. And, like brandon, nothing will be done to stop her.

With the dismissal of Kari Lake’s lawsuit over Arizona’s 2022 election, a contentious saga was brought to an end. Despite issues with voting machines and questions about the chain of custody of ballots, the judge in the case said the Lake campaign did not meet the legal threshold needed to provide any remedy. Ultimately, as I wrote initially when the lawsuit was filed, it was always likely to be too difficult to prove intent (required under the law) and that voters were actually disenfranchised. Supposition, as much as it makes for good internet chatter, wasn’t going to do it here, and without direct evidence that ballots were improperly discarded or

The Supreme Court voted 5-4 on Tuesday in favor of keeping Title 42 in place while legal challenges around the Trump-era border restriction play out. The decision comes about a week after Chief Justice John Roberts stayed a lower-court order that would have ended the pandemic-era policy on December 21. Title 42 allows for asylum-seekers at the border to be expelled to prevent the spread of communicable diseases. On Tuesday, the court agreed to keep that pause in place, granting an emergency request by 19 Republican attorneys general who warned that allowing Title 42 to expire would lead to an explosion of illegal immigrants

All across America, families of service members — those fortunate their family member returned home and those whose family member tragically did not — will leave a place setting at their holiday table for those who never came home. For many, it is a solemn reminder of sacrifice and loss, but for many more, the empty place setting also sparks great memories and, ultimately, great stories. The ultimate fear among soldiers who went off to fight for their country, explains retired Army Capt. Tyler Merritt, is that their sacrifice and service will be forgotten as time fades or dismissed as society's attitudes turn on the reason they were sent into battle.

Since the federal government, with the consent of both parties, just lit another 1.7 trillion dollars of imaginary money on fire, the generally quiet period between Christmas and the new year might be an opportune time to consider an important matter that has been almost completely ignored by both elected officials and the media. That would be the national debt. In case you hadn’t noticed, America’s debt has now reached a staggering level of 31.3 trillion dollars. That’s a figure so huge that it’s almost impossible to wrap your brain around it. In the Boston Globe this week, business and finance reporter Jim Puzzanghera has raised an important red flag,

Lenin is reputed to have said, “Give me four years to teach the children, and the seeds I have planted will never be uprooted.” Every parent knows this is true: Children are sponges, learning things incredibly quickly. These things then stick, for they are buried in the very deepest recesses of our brains. Today’s leftists are attempting to reinstitute this specific type of Leninism in America. They want your children, and your efforts to protest will be unavailing. A Massachusetts federal judge confirmed this last week, saying that it didn’t “shock the conscience” that a school secretly indoctrinated two children into transgenderism.
