Addressing a joint session of the U.S. Congress in his first overseas trip since Russia invaded his country more than 300 days ago, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky took aim at the burgeoning isolationist tendency in American politics, urging lawmakers to ramp up support for his embattled homeland out of self-interest rather than any charitable impulse.
Clad in his trademark dark green sweatshirt and cargo pants, Zelensky urged Congress to continue to provide the overwhelming military and financial aid that began to flow when Russia invaded and has continued unabated since, arguing that Russian aggression would further destabilize the U.S.-led international order if left unchecked.

Our tax dollars appear to be an "investment" in lining his pockets and paying for his wife to go Christmas shopping at expensive shops in Paris!!!!!

This money grubbing phony is more of a corrupt dictatorial manipulator than Putin. He’s outlawed all political parties but his own. His wife’s $40,000 shopping spree in Paris should have provided a clue. We’ve handed over $100 billion to him with no accountability whatsoever. How much is stashed in off shore accounts?

In a speech to Congress, Zelensky demands $billions from the USA and is critical of American politics. Hey, jackass, the American political debate is none of your bleepin’ business. Why don’t you beg Germany and France for money to line your pockets. And go to ‘ell.

Zelensky demands America become the policeman of the world again. The dream of the military industrial complex and war hawks like Bolton and Clinton and McConnell and Biden. They are really protecting Barisma Energy in Ukraine to protect Hunters billion dollar job and the investments of Joe Biden Pelosi and Romney. Maybe Ms. Lindsay too!

Amazing how a Ukrainian guy shows up in front of Congress and demands what we need to do and pay him......, I guess he must really be looking at money problems since the wife just spend E 40,000 in Paris. So, we had a nightmare withdrawal from Afghanistan leaving 85 billion behind in weapons just to start a new nightmare in the Ukraine. Ukraine was always considered 'little Russia' a long time ago, never part of Europe. They produce wheat, that's it. Now our dimes go to pay Ukrainian soldiers' salaries, their pension funds and totally dime free are our weapons. I heard that a lot of our money was laundered in the Ukraine and came back during the last election to help Dems.
Here we are watching a guy in battle fatigues demanding of the American people that he comes first. Really? We are not being played, are we???

Delete the word GLOBAL from the US dictionary. We gain nothing from fighting the Ukraine war.

One of my favorite parts was watching our trained seals, led by Pelosi and cackles, jump up and down, applauding this phony who kind of reminds me of the crypto guy and Fetterman looking like a slob, schooling our idiot congress people.

Here’s a thought. Fight and end the war of aggression with Russia yourself. If you need and want weapons….pay with cash on the barrel head.
Otherwise GFY Ukraine.

His greed for Crimea is starving and freezing people. There are countries other than his that need US protection and he is stuffing all of our capacity into his own private effort to get more land. Interconnected? I see no awareness on his side of what this costs everybody. Self-defense, yes, but Crimea? Parts of the Donbas that do not want him? Why does the whole world have to freeze and starve to get him ths?

I can't take this guy serious when he dresses like he's at a track meet field event. I would rather not participate in your global investment keep our money to secure our southern border, help veterans and the elderly. I just can't get moved by the problem the Ukrainians have. Something tells me we have active boots on the ground but it's not being reported. War monger democrats and republicans just got to have a war this really excites them applauding this UPS driver.
