John Fetterman posted a photo Saturday of a campaign sign on fire, claiming it happened Friday night at a farm in “deep red Lawrence County”. Their candidates are imploding, and the issues are arrayed against them, so Democrats are getting desperate in the final days before the midterm elections. Polls are trending in the direction of Republicans after horrible debate performances from Democratic candidates such as U.S. Senate hopeful John Fetterman in Pennsylvania.
Democrats lied about Joe Biden's mental condition, so it is not a surprise that they would lie about Fetterman’s ability to manage a U.S. Senator’s job responsibilities. Thus, Democrats maintained that Fetterman was recovering nicely from his stroke and could be an effective Senator. This falsehood was exposed during the Oz-Fetterman debate
The polls and early voting numbers have been looking really good for Republicans in Georgia. Gov. Brian Kemp has an easy path to re-election, and the GOP has momentum in other races — including a surprisingly good chance in a congressional district that hasn’t elected a Republican since 1875.
One of the key races that the nation is watching is the Senate race between incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) and football legend Herschel Walker. Early on in the campaign, Walker earned the label of a “bad candidate,” and his campaign made some missteps early on. He shook up his campaign and started to gain ground.

The repeated “October surprises” launched against Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker are an excellent example of this phenomenon. In recent weeks, two women have come forward to allege that Walker insisted they receive abortions. Walker campaigned on a pro-life platform this cycle and denied both claims.

Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter was finalized last Friday, and the world’s richest man confirmed his reason for doing so: “I acquired Twitter because it is important to the future of civilization to have a common digital town square, where a wide range of beliefs can be debated in a healthy manner, without resorting to violence.” Musk is reacting to Twitter’s blatantly politicized censorship and bullying of conservatives and others who publicize opinions that challenge or expose progressive Democrats’ orthodoxy.
Here’s hoping that Musk keeps his nerve and reforms Twitter by purging its staff and policies that arrogantly run rough-shod over the First Amendment, based on their delusional belief
Everybody was stunned on Friday morning when news broke that the 82 year old husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi had been assaulted inside of his home early in the morning with a hammer.
The shock and awe grew after it seemed to become clear that the assailant was looking for the Speaker of the House herself - the third in line to the Presidency.
An assailant broke into the home and asked "Where's Nancy? Where's Nancy?”, according to NBC in the Bay Area.
San Francisco police Chief Bill Scott called it an “intentional” attack:
"This was not a random attack. This was intentional. And it's wrong.

“You can’t condemn the violence unless you condemn those people who continue to argue the election was not real, that it’s being stolen, that all the malarkey that’s being put out there to undermine democracy,” he said.
The president spoke to reporters about the attack at a polling center in Delaware, where he voted early with his granddaughter Natalie Biden. “The talk has to stop. That’s the problem,” he said. “That’s the problem.” Biden appeared annoyed the Republicans were condemning political violence without condemning some of the rhetoric coming from their colleagues.

CBS’s Sunday Morning started off with their anchor Jane Pauley fearmongering that if Republicans win in the 2022 midterm elections, “democracy” could end in the United States. Plugging an upcoming segment by correspondent Robert Costa, Pauley fretted that “the very future of our democracy” is on the ballot in 2022.
“This past summer, it was looking like the Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade might offer an opportunity to the party in power, the Democrats. But a more recent issue, inflation, could very well rule the day. And favor Republicans,” Pauley bemoaned.
