Hmm. Perhaps the Pfizer Pfraud didn't spread enough money far enough to cover all the possible venues for law enforcement. Perhaps some Euro cop will actually hold these mass murderers accountable.

Good. Maybe the EU should investigate Pfizer's claims. Pfizer thinks they have emergency protection, but emergency protection does not protect them from commissions of fraud.

“Here’s the thing. People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness. He does not . . . [H]e does not have that power. That would have to be an act of Congress.” (snip) Those are the words of none other than House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, explaining to reporters last year why Joe Biden doesn’t have the authority to end student debt. FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va.—A Democrat Virginia state delegate has backed down from introducing a bill to expand the definition of child abuse to include inflicting “physical or mental injury” on children due to their gender identity or sexual orientation. In her interview with local ABC7 on Thursday, Del. Elizabeth Guzman (D-Prince William) said parents who didn’t affirm their children’s choice of gender identity could incur Child Protective Services (CPS) charges that might cause harm to the parents’ employment.

Instead, he met his wife, Gisele, at the base of the stage. They were going to do a rope line, lingering stroke symptoms be damned. As they approached supporters lined along the metal barricades, Fetterman offered only high fives and fist bumps, repeating a gruff “thank you.” It was Gisele, staying just a pace ahead of her husband, who took the questions, accepted the compliments, and carried on conversations — some on behalf of her husband,

Ukraine has quickly devolved into a bottomless money pit for the countless nations and corporations that have been bankrolling its war against Russia. On Friday, billionaire Elon Musk hilariously trolled a pro-Ukraine reporter who tweeted that SpaceX may no longer be able to supply its Starlink satellite internet terminals free to Ukraine due to the prohibitive costs of operating them. In response to the Kiev Post correspondent’s tweet noting that the move “comes days after Ukrainian Ambassador @MelnykAndrij told Musk to ‘f*** off,’ the SpaceX founder quipped: “We’re just following his recommendation.”

Eugune Yu, 64, who heads Konnech, a company that provides software to electoral districts for the management of poll workers, was charged with the felony crime of embezzlement of public funds. He appeared in a Los Angeles County court on Oct. 14. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has accused Yu of stealing personal identifying information of poll workers. As much as there is in-fighting and struggling to fund GOP in swing-state races for the U.S. Senate, it would appear that major donors for the Democratic Party are signaling that there is no point fighting for the U.S. House. According to POLITICO, there are several House seats where the GOP is vulnerable – like Rep. Mike Garcia in California’s 25th Congressional District – where no money is being spent. House Democrats are panicking over the decision to leave Republicans like Garcia virtually untouched in a year where the data is still indicating a major red wave. The problem isn’t campaigns, though. It’s money.

Special Counsel John Durham’s deft questioning of FBI agent Brian Auten during the prosecution of Steele-dossier primary sub-source Igor Danchenko confirmed the Crossfire Hurricane team obtained permission to surveil U.S. citizen Carter Page without first verifying the dossier’s claims. While scandalous, the Justice Department’s deceptive framing of Christopher Steele’s source network as connected to his prior work with British intelligence is worse because the higher-ups who authorized the inclusion of this detail in the final revision of the application knew a FISA warrant would likely be denied without the misrepresentation.

A judge has ruled that a federal law banning guns that have had their serial numbers removed is unconstitutional. The law at issue prohibits any person from transporting a gun with the serial number “altered, obliterated, or removed,” across state lines. It also prohibits them from possessing such a gun if it has ever been transported across state lines. Serial numbers were first required by the federal Gun Control Act of 1968 to allow guns to be traced. They were adopted in an effort to prevent illegal gun sales. The decision filed on Oct. 12 (pdf), written by U.S. District Judge Joseph Goodwin in Charleston, West Virginia, blocks the law from taking effect.
