Special Counsel John Durham’s deft questioning of FBI agent Brian Auten during the prosecution of Steele-dossier primary sub-source Igor Danchenko confirmed the Crossfire Hurricane team obtained permission to surveil U.S. citizen Carter Page without first verifying the dossier’s claims. While scandalous, the Justice Department’s deceptive framing of Christopher Steele’s source network as connected to his prior work with British intelligence is worse because the higher-ups who authorized the inclusion of this detail in the final revision of the application knew a FISA warrant would likely be denied without the misrepresentation.

No one important will be questioned, fined, charged, indicted, go to jail, investigated, looked at, thought of, or concerned in any way.
This entire thing is for show. At best _maybe_ some minor flunky no one has heard of or cares about will do time served or something and then get another swamp job with a raise for taking the fall.

#1, what does come out is that it's now on official record, which also means if the news folks continue to repeat known lies, they can be held for liable.
While it won't bring anyone of consequence "down" right now, we need to realize the system will require more than one single person to impact it, and will need continuous wins at the ballot box. Not just in 2022, or 2024, but also in 2026 and 2028. Build more of a majority and ensure good people in Congress will hold those in positions of power accountable because that's not what's happening at the upper ranks over the past 6+ years(at a min.)
The hope will be Jim Jordan and a newly formed committee will pick up where they were previously thwarted, and hold real hearings, which will benefit from the additional information exposed by Durham, but not widely reported.

Mr Durham and his crew are, at best, hunting for peripheral actors in this coup attempt. Low level functionaries and janitorial staff seem at highest risk of prosecution. And since they are mostly being tried in DC courts, well, let's say if Charlie Manson had been a high-level deep state Democrat, he would have never spent a day in jail if tried in the DC area.
Knocking off the small fry is a good strategy if the long term goal is to find the controlling actors in this play. We all know who they are -- inside and outside of government. I don't see any of Durham's work moving in the direction of trying those people.
But then again, the FISA court obviously was snookered. And where are the FISA judges in hauling each and everyone of the actors who foisted that on them for their punishment. Heck, if I tried to pull something like that on a stinkin' traffic court judge, I'd be spending at least a few nights as a guest of the local sheriff's iron bar motel. And no frequent flyer miles, either.
Yawn. Again.

John Durham was tasked with uncovering the genesis of the Russia probe. He did that, and continues to do so with witnesses and sworn testimony. Perhaps someone here, trained in the law, can explain what he is supposed to do with that testimony once it is presented. What is he not doing that he is supposed to do? Is there no interest or reason to follow up on the information about the deliberate misleading of the FISA Court? Has all that been forgiven? If so, by whom? Where is AG Garland? Who approved the million dollar pay-off for verified information to bring down Donald Trump? Who authorized the use of unverified information? Has that been forgiven, too?

Fraud against the FISA court should be a heavy duty felony. But for FBI criminals, nothing will be done.

Keep in mind, obama/biden et all claimed they were "Only investigating these people to PROTECT Trump" that they feared he 'might' be blackmailed or extorted by them...or the foreign powers they were in collusion with.

Danchenko’s trial is important for what has been disclosed as part of it, but the fault lies with those in the FBI whose deliberate misrepresentatiions caused the FISA court to issue the Carter Page surveillance warrant. They should be prosecuted.
