Biden struggles, as does his party, as
most Democrats look elsewhere for 2024: Poll

With his party struggling in the midterms, his economic stewardship under fire and his overall job approval under 40%, a clear majority of Democrats in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll say the party should replace Joe Biden as its nominee for president in 2024. In the November midterm election ahead, registered voters divide 47%-46% between the Republican and the Democratic candidate in their House district, historically not enough to prevent typical first-midterm losses. And one likely voter model has a 51%-46% Republican-Democratic split. Looking two years off, just 35% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents favor Biden for the 2024 nomination; 56% want the party to pick someone else.

Biden was a reliable placekeeper for the UNIPARTY after it dumped Trump. He was "safer" than Lizzie Warren or Bernie Sanders in that he was a good, old-time "moderate", union backed stiff that scared no one, a made man in the UNIPARTY mob...the perfect candidate to keep the radicals at bay for the old timers like Pelosi to harvest one last tranche of big $$$ hay. He'll soon enough be told where the pasture is, and promised a nice state funeral. And, if he makes trouble, that may come earlier than expected. He's a sick man...time to go. Joe, you've done your duty. Let the profiteering continue.

Democrats don’t have a Biden problem, they have an ideology problem. 0bama radicalized democrats beyond reason and agitated his base beyond their intelligence and only succeeded in destroying his own political party. Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together? Nice work, Jug Ears!

Joe will be a dried-up peanut shell by 2024 so current polling is moot. The democrats have nothing but lunatics in the wings. That "moderate" leftist thing worked once but their bag of tricks is now empty.

Anyone can find a poll that shows what they want to see. Liberals love to pull phony made-up statistics out of their behinds to make an argument. Most of what’s in this article can be easily de-bunked.

California Governor Gavin Newsom insists he will not run for President in 2024. That’s hard to believe after his ads and billboards in red states, as well as his “feud” with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. This is not the first time Newsom has said something or promised something and broken it, just like his promise to end homelessness in 10 years … which he promised in 2008. Homelessness has only worsened in California under Newsom’s watch. Former candidate for Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors District 1, and outraged citizen, Kevin Dalton, tweeted: On Saturday, during an interview at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin, Newsom was asked whether

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) said he worries about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), asserting that the Sunshine State’s leader is a “bully.” Newsom traveled to Texas — notably one of the states subject to California’s ban on “state-funded and state-sponsored travel” — over the weekend, speaking at the Texas Tribune Festival in Austin where he further expressed his newfound obsession with disliking DeSantis. “I worry about Trump.  [I] worry about Trumpism. I worry more about Tucker Carlson. I worry about Ron DeSantis. He’s a bully,” Newsom said, attempting to provide an example of such abominable behavior.

If you have the feeling that liberals would like to kill you, you aren’t paranoid. You are catching on. Around the world, we are seeing increasingly violent talk from the Left. All too often, that talk has led to violent action. When Congressman and Senate candidate Tim Ryan says “we’ve got to kill and confront” the movement of “extremist Republicans,” you are right if you think he means you. This liberal outrage comes from the U.K.: a video game in which you try to kill Margaret Thatcher. The game is endorsed by a former leader of the Labour Party:

Ron DeSantis is running for president. He has as much as admitted it, although he hasn’t done the obligatory visits to Iowa and New Hampshire. 2024 should be his time and it would be a waste if he didn’t run. Governor DeSantis doesn’t have to announce yet. The contenders for the nominations are former president Trump or DeSantis. Everybody else is an also-ran. Trump, should he decide to run, can count on residual loyalty. DeSantis can appeal to voters as a younger, more vital, less controversial, and arguably more politically savvy alternative. Trump commands attention, but that attention tends to draw focus to himself. DeSantis commands attention, but

As we reported earlier, the new ABC/WaPo poll is just a wasteland for the Democrats. The poll of likely voters had Joe Biden back down at 39 percent approval, the generic ballot at Republicans +5 (51 percent to 46 percent). The economy was the number one issue for 84 percent of the people in their decision on who to vote for Congress, with 74 percent saying the state of the economy was poor under Biden. On top of that, the numbers as to who they trust show them favoring the GOP by massive amounts on the most important issues in this race: economy (+17), inflation (+18), and crime (+22). I have been saying all along that Joe Biden’s job approval numbers are inflated. There is no way that anything like 40 percent of voters observe what has happened over the last two years and say, “Great job, Joe!” I think his approval numbers are buoyed by Democrats who know he is a lousy president, but stick up for their party when a pollster calls. This ABC News/Washington Post poll supports that hypothesis. It finds that only 35% of Democrats want Biden to be their party’s nominee in 2024. That implies, I think, an overall approval rating of no more than 30 percent, which is one reason why the midterms are going

Italians were voting Sunday in national elections in which the far-right Brothers of Italy party -- led by Giorgia Meloni -- appears poised to make big gains after the collapse of two governments since the last election. Her ultra-conservative party, whose origins lie in post-war fascism, currently controls just two of Italy's 20 regions, having won just 4.5% of the vote in the 2018 elections. But since the collapse of former Prime Minister Mario Draghi's coalition earlier this year -- which triggered the snap election -- the Brothers of Italy have only surged in popularity, with recent polling suggesting nearly a quarter of the electorate backs her.

As an election watcher, the last several months have been mind-numbing to live through. Despite every historical fundamental pointing to a Republican win in November, the predominant narrative has been that Democrats are resurgent due to Dobbs. Election modelers have even started adding scam PAC polls into their averages just to toss an extra bit of absurdity on top. It’s truly been garbage in, garbage out, as most major pollsters continue to use registered voter screens instead of likely voter screens, something that leads to a projection of a positive Democrat environment. So what’s the narrative? You are supposed to believe that the sizable GOP turnout advantage during the primaries won’t translate

I have had to recalibrate my belief system. The “crime” fell quite a bit short of murder.
