Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch did well to lift the veil, ever so slightly, on the investigation into who leaked the court’s controversial draft decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization abortion case.
Still, the court hasn’t hit the mark in terms of what the proper balance is between confidentiality and transparency about its inner workings.
The breach of trust occasioned by the leak was serious because the court’s internal deliberations on cases before it really do merit confidentiality. The status of the investigation, however, merits far more transparency than it has received,

Let's concede that the leftist leaker will end up a hero to the left and a celebrity, but we need to know. It would be inexcusable if findings were covered up and disbarment not the result.

As posted elsewhere, I think it’s someone from Chief Judas…err Justice Roberts’s staff. They’re probably negotiating a soft landing and a securing a future for the leaker at the moment for all we know.

Roberts or Sotomeyer? That's the only unknown remaining.

Odds are the leaker is Roberts. He was "persuaded" to leak the opinion by the same forces that persuaded him to change his vote to uphold Obamacare and a few other surprising votes in major cases of high importance to Democrats. He was (and is) subject to the least amount of risk of being discovered as he's the Chief Justice and is effectively in charge of both the Marshal's so-called investigation and this newly disclosed "internal committee."

The "internal committee" is covering for someone big, probably hoping this will be memory-holed. Roberts has the most authority over the committee, so he's the most likely suspect in its slowness.

Could be Roberts but could be one of the incompetent leftists on the court. I’ll withhold judgment until the leaker is outed but that will probably never come to pass.

They knew who did it when it happened. So this is a delayed cover up to minimize damage. A smoke and mirror psyop with attention being diverted to Trump and his raid instead. This will probably come out after the November election on a Friday evening about 11pm.

We will never learn who did it. Probably at the instruction or hint of whoever they are clerking for.

We're not going to learn who instigated the leak. If the instigator was Roberts, he'll surely be impeached, right? Else the reputation of the Court takes a nosedive. And if Roberts in impeached in the next twelve months, or any of the other justices who may be behind the leak, is forced to resign, we know who will appoint his replacement, don't we? And the puppeteers will tell Brandon who to appoint.
It will be Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, or Merrick Garland. You think Brandon wouldn't do it? Look who he has as his press secretary.

IMHO, The betrayer is none other than serial Constitution Betrayer the Dishonourable John Roberts. America can NEVER trust this treasonous Bastid after he voted for the constitutionality of Obamacare. I also really have to believe that the John Roberts on the Epstein Roster of attendees in one and the same.

Minear is old enough to be retiring. His background is in engineering. To me, that does not sound like an emotionally motivated rule-breaker.

They can find parents who attended school board meetings, but can't find the leaks at the supreme court ???? Sure...They're probably waiting until after the mid terms...If it was a conservative it would have already been leaked.
