Former President Donald J. Trump expressed dissatisfaction with the direction at Fox News, which he suggested is going soft on Democrats while offering up a potential solution to its competitor CNN, which is in the midst of a shakeup amid dismal ratings.
On Sunday, Trump took to his Truth Social platform to release a bolt out of the blue, accusing Fox News of promoting the Democrat agenda and coddling Democrat guests, specifically naming former White House official Karl Rove whom he slammed as “unwatchable” and seemingly putting out a feeler to CNN which he suggested could benefit greatly by going conservative, which he offered to help it do.

I stopped watching Fox after 20+ years in October 2016 because the Bret Baier show had turned into a pro Dem love fest and antiTrump. I think Trump is correct

It's a bit late for the former president to start noticing a pattern that's been obvious for years; Fox News, National Review, the Wall Street Journal, all peddling open borders and variants of the soft Marxism that's ever so profitable for the few.

Nice to know Trump's views on Fox and Karl Rove, but midterms are going to depend a lot on the independent vote. That vote broke 2:1 for Trump in 2016, 2:1 for Biden in 2020, and recently was 4:1 against Trump when Mar A Lago first broke. Point? We need to put aside internecine warfare and unify against Democrats.

Hard to watch people like Steve Doocey and Neil Cavuto on Fox. Doocey always kissing up the the Murdoch’s who hate Trump and Cavuto hates Trump. Doocey, just last week, commented “why did Trump need classified documents at Mar-a-lago…”? Then said, “…the NYT said he didn’t de-classify them…” - how the heck would he know? Regardless, Trump makes $$$ for Fox and gets them ratings.

Bret Baier aka the Fox doughboy, has been making his bias clear since election night when he kept trying to give states to Biden. Harris Faulkner finally had to nail him on camera and get him to knock it off. Baier defines phony and plastic and greasy even better than Mittens Romney does. He ruins my enjoyment of Gutfeld every single time he comes on.

The slimy Karl Rove would love for the demorats to maintain control of congress. What a weasel. I understand he zoom calls with Steve Hayes, Jonah Goldberg and David French every night to get the next days talking points set.

I watch THE FIVE on Fox, primarily because Judge Jeanine is one of the five. Later I watch Tucker. But other than that, I watch Fox Business News for the news. Both Maria Bartiromo and Dagen McDowell are good.

#5, Anytime quotes regarding the 2020 election statistics are mentioned I question the numbers simply because of the anomalies that were rampant during that election. I don’t believe Joe Biden legally received the votes attributed to him, therefore, how can we quote the statistics from that election?
As far as Fox goes. It appears they are in a crisis there trying to decide who they want to be. I abhor Karl Rove and agree he adds zero value to any conversation. Although I do like some of their on-air personalities, Fox has moved to the dark side. I watch two hours a day and never turn it on until 7 pm when I watch Jesse and Tucker. Jesse has been surprisingly good. However, I want to tell Tucker to ditch his maniacal laugh. He will be in the middle of a very serious subject and will burst out with that laughter which makes him look totally ridiculous. I love humor and can see the joke in just about anything, but serious matters deserve serious discussions. I fail to see the humor in much that is happening today and Tucker’s fits of laughter seem forced and to me are inappropriate at times. He is, however, a straight shooter and I do admire his reporting greatly.

One thing is clear - the news is not factual....maybe it never was.
It reflects the views of its top management/ownership.
The only thing that can be trusted from any news station might be an unedited video of a live news event, combined with an eyewitness of a person that you know personally.
Well, I do know that the twin towers in New York and the Geogia "guidestones" came down, because they are no longer where they used to be located. That's about it.

Steve Douchey has done his best to help Douchey Jr. to become a DC insider. He’d happily sacrifice the freedom of 300 million Americans in order to promote his son. May he burn in an extra warm corner of Hell.

I haven't watched CNN since the late 80s early 90s. When they became the Clinton News Network that's when I called it quits. When FNC came on line in the late 90s I was stoked because it gave us who saw the leftwing bias the other news networks were peddling real news. That's why during the GWB and Obama regimes the left hated Fox and tried their best to destroy them. What did it in for me is when Ailes died, Murdoch retired and his idiot sons took over. Then when RINO NeverTrumper Paul (no guts) Ryan became a board member. Now Fox since PDJT became Commander-in-Chief they've gone off the rails. With some of it's shows becoming democrat rah rah sessions and anti Trumpfests. Here's a list of the following people I DO NOT like at the FNC. Either for their blatant or disguised PDJT bias or their wishy washy support for the FJB agenda.
Brett Baier
Neil Cavuto
Dana Perino
Jessica Tarlov
Harold Ford Junior
Geraldo Rivera
Marie Harf
Martha MacCallum
Steve Doocy
Brian Kilmeade
Sean Hannity
Laura Ingraham
Juan Williams

We could do a sweep in November IF TRUMP WOULD JUST BUTTON IT! I was a Trump supporter and voter and $ contributor,l but am so sick of him pushing the illegal election thing and going after Kemp et al in Georgia and putting us in such a horrendous position in the Senate! The Dems very smartly are making November about TRUMP and not the borders the economy, Afghanistan, etc. and Trump is going right along with the diversion. He will singlehandedly make it a squeaker in November because he thinks, as the Dems hope, November is about HIM!

#18 ... I can't stand Jessica Tarlov. She's on THE FIVE sometimes, and she said many times that Trump lies all the time. One time Judge Jeanine asked her if she was going to vote for Biden, and Tarlov said "gladly." Apparently she's not bothered by Biden's constant lies.

Carl Rove is a slippery rino who wants the bushes in the White House again...and will do anything and say anything to accomplish that end....I support NEWSMAX and all it offers...and avoid Fox ...except for an occasional jessie waters and a rare Tucker Carlson...but you must admit Greg Gultfeld is a hoot and I try to catch him as often as possible....

Re #5 and 19: Just heard on Newsmax (not perfect but better than Fox) that the latest poll says abortion is number one concern for Democrats. I think Republicans have been pretty unified about their pro0life stance so what is Trump suppose to do?
#19 - Well, any illegal election that is not dealt with only means the next one will be illegal. It worked before, it will work again.
True - the Dems are very unified because they're idiots and their party leadership will discipline anyone who strays. Not the GOP. Take it up with McConnell and McCarthy.

Have to agree with #19. This shtick is getting old. The 2020 election is over. If the GOP lets this happen again they need to cancel their Party. I can’t care more about who Trump is PO’d at this week than I do about the downward spiral this country is in.

Elizabeth MacDonald on Fox Business channel is pro Trump. She's on the same time as Bret Baier so I watch her. Saw Elizabeth go head to head with Cavuto once and he was so rude to her but she didn't let him get away with his incessant Trump bashing. Elizabeth MacDonald won my respect that day -- so support her by watcher in on Fox Business. I'd like to see her ratings go higher than Bret Baier who is on the Fox at the same time.
