Never Trump's Pursuit of Donald Trump
Takes a Dark Turn

Original Article

The pursuit of Donald Trump continues apace by those who fancy themselves as Never Trump. Per RedState’s Sunday prior reporting, Adam Kinzinger recently did the one thing that makes him feel relevant by appearing on Meet the Press. What followed was a ridiculous diatribe accusing Republicans of hypocrisy for wanting Hillary Clinton charged but not Donald Trump regarding the handling of classified information. Putting aside that Trump was president and had the power of declassification, do you see how the game works? The rules get changed in order to protect a Democrat, but instead of abiding by that new standard, Republicans are expected to play under the old rules.

an "insurrection" is against a seated government,a "Coup" is against an incumbent Head of State... How could Trump foster an Insurrection or Coup when he WAS the Incumbent and seated head of the State?

FTA :"It would represent the starkest, most in-your-face example of our two-tiered justice system in American history. Is that a path they really want to go down?" Until quite recently I would have ventured a response - NO, even they are not that foolish or depraved. Now, I am not that sure. Their desperation and the enormity of the stakes will make them do anything.

Republicans (Conservatives) are all about the laws and rules...on paper. They collectively cannot deal with those who "cheat"...and are generally very ineffective dealing with the cheating or the larger picture. Today's circumstances are illustrative. While the J6 political prisoners molder in jails as "insurrectionists" the Republicans ignore their plight while pursuing the '20 "selection" with gusto. They stand by keeping their powder dry while our Federal judiciary gives legal legitimacy to a surprise raid on a former President's residence for apparent political purposes. They fail to recognize their leaders' failures and demand change needed to stop the corruption of Congress, generally re-electing the "conservative" villains. They allow for "the best we could do" excuses. Merely calling out the itt-for-tatt hypocrisy doesn't get it done. Why isn't Hillary parading around in an orange pantsuit?

The approval of Donald Trump’s Truth Social on Google’s app store, which controls access to 44 percent of smartphones in the U.S., is being held up due to “content moderation concerns,” according to reports. As Google’s decision hangs in the balance, a flurry of negative media coverage about Trump’s platform is underway. In a statement obtained from Axios, now being covered elsewhere in the media, Google said Truth Social’s approval on the Play Store was being held up due to content moderation concerns.

President Joe Biden indicated Tuesday that “right-wing” Americans who support the Second Amendment are shooting at law enforcement. The president detailed his frustrations with Americans who supported the right to own semi-automatic weapons during a speech on fighting crime in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. “For those brave right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping America independent and safe, if you want to fight against the country you need an F-15, you need something a little more than a gun,” he said and added, “No. I’m not joking.”

President Joe Biden said Tuesday while in Pennsylvania that “brave right wing Americans” who claim the Second Amendment is meant to fight back against a tyrannical government would be obliterated by the military. Biden was speaking in Wilkes-Barre while promoting gun control and bolstering police forces across the nation. Biden pushed for a federal ban on so-called “assault weapons” and took aim at Republicans during his speech, invoking the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. “As one of the most – one of the most conservative justices in history, Justice Scalia, once wrote like, quote, ‘like most rights, the rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited’,”

Christmas trees and other festive products have already surfaced at stores across the US four months ahead of the holiday - a premature start to the shopping season that comes as Americans feeling the strain of inflation look to stretch their budgets. Shoppers were surprised this month when photos of the trees popped up on social media - causing many to question why the evergreens, commonly associated with the holidays, were being shilled in the dog days of summer. Costco, Sam's Club, and Walmart were among the several stores to stage the seemingly premature displays in August - with hardware giant Home Depot rolling out holiday items as early as mid-July.

It’s official, maybe: Old Joe Biden has thrown his aviator sunglasses into the ring for the 2024 presidential election. A ‘Statement of Organization’ submitted to the FEC on Tuesday registered ‘Biden for President’ as the principal campaign committee for candidates Joseph R Biden Jr and Kamala Harris.” As with so very many things coming out of the Biden White House, however, this filing is shrouded in confusion and not nearly as straightforward as the Independent suggests.

As November approaches, a distinct and coordinated attempt by the media to paint Democrats as resurgent has occurred. If you pay attention to the election analysts, Dobbs has completely changed the game, making Joe Biden’s party a heavy favorite to keep the Senate and putting the House in play. How much of that is based on anything empirical? The answer is not much. Yes, the generic ballot tightened in early August, but the Democrats quickly lost their lead, with Republicans gaining about two points from mid-August onward. Still, a closer environment doesn’t mean one that the GOP is set to lose in, and that’s become lost on far too many people.

They embrace — political violence. They don’t believe in democracy,” he said. “This is why, in this moment, those of you who love this country — Democrats, independents, mainstream Republicans — we must be stronger, more determined, and more committed to saving America
