Michael Cohen: Trump Won’t Run in 2024
– ‘He Does Not Want to Go Up Against’
Liz Cheney

Former lawyer to President Donald Trump, Michael Cohen, said Monday on SiriusXM’s “Mornings With Zerlina” that Trump will not run for a second term because “he does not want to go up against” Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY). Cohen said, “I do not believe Trump is going to run. First of all, he knows that he can’t win the general election statistically, and his fragile ego will not allow him to be a two-time loser. I just want to be very clear on that.” He continued, “Second. I believe that if, in fact, that he runs, he is not just going to get the nomination by the Republican party, by the RNC.

I think Michael Cohen said this to egg Trump into running. I cannot believe that he is actually stupid enough to think that anyone, let alone Donald Trump, thinks that it would be hard for Donald Trump to beat Liz Cheney for the Republican nomination.

Ohhh, I doubt it. Trump would LOVE to have Liz Cheney in the Republican primaries. In fact, I think if Trump were "sitting on the fence" about running in 2024, having Lizzie as a challenger would make him go ahead and run. If Lizzie got even 10%, heck, maybe 5% of the vote, I'd be shocked.

#10, every President that I remember since John Kennedy has hired a number of losers. Also every major corporation in this country but that's another topic. When you hire somebody you do it on the results of a couple of interviews and the contents of a well-written and tailored resume. Trump dealt with his losers like the rest of us do after being deceived with a hearty "You're Fired!" Family members excluded, Trump did an overall good job in selecting people. Idiots like Obama and Biden chose corrupt leftist morons deliberately.

It's not about Cheney winning...it's about Cheney giving FPDT the business at every opportunity within the GOPe primary schedule. FPDT's game is well known, much bluster and "counterpunching". Cheney would be first a heroine to some from taking the stage to oppose, and then she will continue being a pain forcing FPDT to take her on - the "front runner" swatting away a pest. Meanwhile the pest opens opportunities for other candidates to show themselves as serious candidates "above the fray". If Cheney runs, she will be adequately funded to make a splash through the early primaries. Whether she wins is immaterial. Japan didn't expect the kamikazis to bring their planes back.

Cohen probably believes Liz would be running as a Republican and beat Trump for the nomination? If Liz runs she will run as an Independent. The sole intent would be to siphon off just enough votes to deny Trump the ability to be POTUS. She would then look for a cushy Cabinet or Ambassador position in a Democrat administration. And if she can't see the bias against Trump, she isn't looking or is incompetent.

The Biden administration will request Congress to authorize roughly $1.1 billion weapons sale for Taiwan amid an increased push among lawmakers to show support for the self-governing island, Politico reported Monday. China has dispatched warships and aircraft across the unofficial “median line” dividing China and Taiwan every day since U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan in early August, followed by two more congressional delegations. Escalating rhetoric has sparked concern Beijing may attempt to capture Taiwan by force, prompting efforts from the U.S. and other Western nations to fortify the island against the Chinese military, according to Politico.

Dominion filed a lawsuit against Fox News in March last year, alleging the network deliberately spread a false narrative that its machines and counting systems were rigged in favor of President Joe Biden. It was a story that every news outlet in the world covered, but Dominion claims that Fox gave a particularly sympathetic ear to Trump's claims.

As part of their response to the Supreme Court’s (SCOTUS) ruling in NYSRPA v. Bruen, New York Democrats secured legislation making Times Square a gun-free zone, even barring concealed carry permit holders from carrying for self-defense. On June 23 Breitbart News reported SCOTUS’s Bruen ruling, which struck down New York’s proper cause requirement for concealed carry. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) and the state’s Democrat-run legislature responded by enacting numerous new gun controls, including a list of “sensitive” areas where the carrying of guns would be prohibited.

“Number one is that I think a lot of the attacks on the FBI are over the top because a decision like this is not made by the FBI,” former Attorney General William Barr told the Bari Weiss podcast on August 25. “In fact, I don’t think the FBI would push a decision that it’s best to go in and search and obtain those documents after being jerked around for a year and a half. The decision would be made at the Department of Justice. (snip) I think the idea that the FBI is the problem here is misplaced.”

A Nobel Prize-winning German developmental biologist called the transgender movement’s claims “unscientific” and “nonsense,” and their plans to let teenagers determine their own gender “madness.” In an interview published last week by the German feminist magazine EMMA, Dr. Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard cited hard scientific facts to counter the trendy notion that there are multiple genders. “All mammals have two sexes, and man is a mammal,” she explained. “There’s the one sex that produces the eggs, has two X chromosomes. That’s called female. And there’s the other one that makes the sperm, has an X and a Y chromosome. That’s called male.”

Speaking with a crowd of Democratic donors in Maryland, Biden reportedly said, “What we’re seeing now is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the—I’m going to say something—it’s semi-fascism.” Now, Democratic politicians painting half of Americans as beneath contempt is old hat.
