Bill Barr Had His Chance — and Blew It

Original Article

Posted By: DW626, 8/18/2022 6:18:56 PM

In discussing the Hunter Biden investigation with The Federalist, Bill Barr, most recently Donald Trump's attorney general, said: Intervening events, especially recent reports about FBI whistleblowers and the possible reach of the investigation, warrant adding the protections of special counsel status to assure that key decisions are made independently without political favor. Wow! Talk about an inflated sense of his own authority. Barr exerted only minimal influence over the DOJ when he was in charge. Does he really believe they care what he thinks now?

Barr is a well known liar. Barr lied to us continuously, saying he was going to release information in June, then August, then after Labor Day, then after the election, then after the New Year. All lies done to put us off, while the clock ran out. Barr quit before the 2020 election, because he knew Trump was going to fire him. The man is worthless, with no credibility, and no reputation.

C'mon, the criminal Robert Mueller was his Best Friend for 30 years. ANYONE who wasn't personally invested in the Russia Collusion fraud wail have shut it down immediately... What was Barr supposed to fix? DOJ was operating perfectly. It's just a matter of difference in defining perfect. Perhaps it's time to accept the apparent fact that government is rigged to achieve the aims of a cabal, and each branch must play its part. Under PDT the Executive Branch was a problem. And now that's fixed. And the UNIPARTY band never had to get back together...they're still playing on. What's your pleasure, suckers?

With men like Bill Barr, it is no wonder why we are swirling the drain. Not only did he ignore the evil all around him, he did nothing positive to advance the cause of justice. Not one thing. He pretty much just sat on his hands and watched it all play out knowing what had transpired and did not follow through when individuals should have been held accountable. They were given a pass that no other American citizen would have received. I have more regard for people who betray you to your face than I do for any of these deep state self-protection artists who sneak in and around the shadows piling up wealth and making sure they are serving themselves. He has played the corrupt Washington game so long he no longer recognizes right or wrong. It is not on his radar because all these deep staters are concerned with is the preservation of the status quo. It’s an ugly reprehensible game these elites play and it is because they exist that Americans have suffered through their endless wars, political corruption, lawlessness, and a level of arrogance that would shame Lucifer. Their little fiefdom needs to be destroyed. The earth should be salted and no government business should be conducted in a 100 mile area. If Washington DC would disappear tomorrow, we would all be better for it. I just can’t see a way that this government can ever be restored to the point people trust it. While we may be able to send good solid representatives, the bureaucratic deep state always runs in the background working their evil plans to our detriment and their advantage. Barr is an excellent example of this underbelly and the younger more ambitious types feel even more entitled to wield power whichever way it suits them and it is never for the good of we the people. We are quickly speeding toward a Constitutional crisis wherein we the people refuse to be governed by corrupt communists bent on destroying the Constitution and rule of law. The 2022 elections will be the tipping point. If the steal is on and I believe it is, all bets are off, and it is because men like Bill Barr could not be bothered to deal with the lawlessness all around him. The country will never be brought down by “white supremacists”. It will fall under the weight of its corrupt political class.

Here are my favorite quotes: Has it occurred to him that politely asking evil to be righteous is an exercise in silliness? I have some advice for Bill Barr. If he really cares about justice, stop asking Merrick Garland to do the right thing, and start calling for his resignation. Lacking that, perhaps he should spend a bit less time criticizing Donald Trump and bit more brainpower reflecting on his own failures. AMEN BROTHER!

Barr and Sessions are both relics from the good old boys club where it is easier and more polite to turn a blind eye to the corruption and not make waves. That’s how these institutions got so dirty they’re almost beyond saving. They have both left a legacy of elitism, incompetence and a complete abandonment of their oaths of office. They deserve our contempt.

Bill Barr was a big plug in a storm drain to stop the flow of investigation not to investigate and prosecute. #4 and #13 Also don't forget the shameful treatment of Richard Jewel by the FBI. Who thought that they were the only good guys during the 1996 Summer Olympic bombing in Atlanta GA. Jewel saved countless lies and what did he get. Strong armed treatment by the fed and excoriation by the fake news media. I submit to you the stress of all that exacerbated his already ill health which lead to him dying at 44. As for William (Fred Flintstone) Barr. He is a hack and a liar whose book I wouldn't buy if and when it winds up in the Walmart discount bin. Don't forget: Daddy Barr gave paedophile child trafficker JeffieEp a job-- for which he had No credentials or qualifications-- in a prestige school --for children. Let that sink in, if you can refrain from retching into the Deep Space. Baby Barr has talent as a lawyer, imho; sadly, he abused every scintilla of it for The Grift, it would seem. It's a move that House Republicans should consider when they regain the majority in November, but will they do it? In the aftermath of the unlawful August 8 raid on Mar-a-Lago, the Republican Party has been united in its revulsion of what appears to be an unprecedented ransacking of a former president’s home. The legal justification doesn’t pass constitutional muster. There seems to be no crime committed, only that the National Archives grew impatient over record retrieval. That’s not a crime; people dragging their feet regarding government documents is quite common in DC.

Media coverage of the Mar-a-Lago raid has not been entirely illuminating, melding together as it does without distinction the four components of the search warrant process. The four components are: 1. Petition 2. Affidavit 3. Warrant 4. Return The petition is the Department of Justice’s application asking that the court issue a search warrant. In the petition, the DOJ (a) argues to the court that the affidavit shows there is probable cause to believe that evidence of criminal activity can be found on the target premises and (b) specifies the nature of that evidence (documents, firearms, automotive parts, etc. whatever). The affidavit is a sworn statement attached to the petition attesting to the essential fact

It is helpful to think of political developments as moves on the chessboard made to advance an objective. In chess, the objective is to win the game, chess being zero-sum. Politics is like that, too, though participants often claim it's not, that they're acting for the greater good, principles at the foundation of democracy, motherhood and apple pie and all that — which is true in some cases but never if Democrats are in the game. This brings me to Attorney General Garland's claim that the Mar-a-Lago home invasion wasn't a raid at all.

The year 1865 marked the end of slavery. It was an inflection point in history. Until 1800, institutional slavery had always been the norm, unquestioned for thousands of years. Male and female, free and slave, these were almost universally accepted as being the major bifurcations of people. After the Civil War, tyrants often interrupted the decline of slavery, but 1865 marked the inflection point, the inevitability of its demise.

This week’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) contained research on the spread of the monkeypox virus through contaminated surfaces. FPU claims to be the only accredited Christian university in California’s Central Valley. “In the days since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v.
