Europe has been suffering through a drought of historic proportions, but with water being rationed across the region. As a result, climate activists are taking aim at golf courses.
France is in the midst of its fourth heat wave as authorities claim that it is the worst drought in modern history, the Associated Press reported last week.
Authorities are beginning to issue water rationing, and farmers are already reporting drops in the production of soy, sunflower, and corn, the AP added.
Unfortunately, the heat wave is also bringing wildfires that have become difficult to deal with. Wildfires in northern Spain and France, for instance, caused the evacuation of thousands of residents.

Apparently green geniuses don't understand how easy it is to cut new holes.
I wonder how many it took to whip up a batch of cement.

Maiming and butchering any climate activist is too good for them! But let's do it anyway!

These Climate Extremist IQ scores must be relative to the number of holes on the golf course.

I miss the enviro-activists from earlier days who'd gather solemnly around dead trees and cry uncontrollably.

Apparently, none of these "climate" geniuses have ever worked on a golf course. The gold course workers will just pull up the old cups full of cement, and install new ones! It takes about a minute.......

It takes quite a bit of water to make concrete don't you know.

Environmentalists fill up holes with concrete. Didn't Carl Spackler of "Caddy Shack" fame try the same thing to get rid of
that darn squirrel? It did not work that time either...but it sure was funny.

Re #7, don't they move the holes around on a green periodically, too. IIRC, at fairly short intervals, actually.
But, I don't play golf, never have, although my father lived on a golf course and I got to see some of the maintenance up close.

I don't understand why these people think filling the hole on the green is stopping anything. Once the concrete dries, it can just be pulled out and the hole is still there. Almost every stunt these idiots do proves brains weren't involved in the idea.

My local country club changes the hole locations every day. Most courses do the same. Now, there is a sand bunker on a certain hole that I wouldn’t mind seeing filled in.
I can recall a bad drought here in Georgia some 35-40 years ago. My club gets all its water for the greens and fairways from a a big on-premises spring and we put up a sign stating exactly that just to forestall any criticism. The local municipal course had to quit watering their fairways but kept the greens alive. Lose 18 greens and you are looking at a several million dollar loss. These greenie morons have zero knowledge of economics.

Using CEMENT?
But....but.... they are increasing the demand for manufactured Cement, and Cement manufacturing is a BIG CO2 source!
As usual, these fools are making things worse for everyone as they try to make it worse for some people that they don't like.
(PS: The entire 'CO-2 is poison' line is a lie. I just pointed out the CO2 angle to make fools of these fools.)

So every golf course they do this to will have to dig those concrete filled holes up and dig new ones. Then the wasted concrete goes to the local land fill. Yeah, that sounds really "green to me!!!!
I am convinced that the average lie-beral has less than 6 working brain cells in their entire heads, and most of those are mentally ill brain cells. But "environmental activists" can't have more than 2 working brain cells that don't work very hard to start with!!!
