President Donald Trump on Friday ridiculed a report suggesting he had classified documents about nuclear weapons at his home at Mar-a-Lago, which prompted the FBI raid on Monday.
“Nuclear weapons issue is a Hoax, just like Russia, Russia, Russia was a Hoax, two Impeachments were a Hoax, the Mueller investigation was a Hoax, and much more,” Trump wrote on social media.
The Washington Post cited “people familiar with the investigation,” who claimed the FBI was searching Trump’s home for “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.”
No other details were provided.

One wonders what price the Chinese had on these "nuclear" documents.
When the warrant is finally released to the public, it will be interesting to note where the erasures and overtypes were made. When a subject's lawyers are only allowed to see it from a distance, one must wonder why. Are District Court Magistrate Judges any more foolish, gullible or unquestioning than FISA Court Judges, who are sull-fledged Federal Judges? We'll find out.

They lie about this claim. Not even remotely credible. Just another lie, this time a stupid one, desperate to try to deflect the widespread anger of ordinary people from their purely political KGB action.
This is pure desperation.

Why didn't President Trump's lawyers insist on seeing the warrant close enough so they could read it?

#4 they tried. Have you listened to what they said? The FBI wouldn't hand it over. How do you "insist"?

I would like to add that magistrates are not real judges. The judge delegates various routine tasks to the magistrate to free up the judges’ time for more important things.
It’s really incredible to me that a federal judge would let his or her assistant handle a matter of such high profile. Was the judge informed that this magistrate was embarking on such a quest? Did the judge specifically assign it to him?
Somehow I feel a real judge should have been involved.

Who are these "people familiar with the investigation"? Names? Or is it illegal to release contents of a warrant without the judge's permission? So the WaPo is facilitating illegal acts? But, wait, I thought no one is above the law!

The "Pentagon Papers" were declared "Work product protected under the Speech and Debate clause" even though Top Secret, the congresscritters trying to give them to Americas enemies by publishing/promoting them were not charged...
as to the charge that Trump may have torn some "Official Records"...they had better charge Nancy 1st, she is on live national TV doing that very thing.

Last time it was the "Russia, Russia, Russia" lie.
This time it's the "Nuke, nukes, nukes" lie.
Still all lies. FBI is still the KGB. And Biden is still corrupt.

Building the narrative, it's nukes this time but remember there's some low IQ liberal who thinks they are intelligent watching CNN who will believe this bull stuff story. This will never end until the threat of Trump is exterminated one way or another. Explain the interest in Melania's wardrobe and undergarments did they think top secret nukes were stashed there to spend that much time in her room. The FBI was planting evidence pure and simple nothing else.

Top Secret nuclear documents are required to be secured in a two-person control safe with regularly scheduled inventories and change of combinations. A log would be kept documenting anyone who had access. Access would only be on an operational need-to-know basis and with the correct level of security clearance. If such materials have been sitting in boxes in a basement that would be a major insecurity with grave implications for the security officials who were entrusted with safeguarding the materials. FBI field agents viewing such information recovered in a raid would be a compromise of the material, since they do not have operational need-to-know.

Seems to me the Secret Service logs alone would put the lie to these claims. The SS tracks PDJT's whereabouts the minute sweep as who he meets with. Even if Federal Bureau of Instigation, Intimidation, and Incarceration were to forge names on the boxes paper trail,it would only take one discrepancy to hugely blow the accusation out of the water. After all, Demoncrats, including the FBI^3 , always overstep
