New York - The nation’s top public health agency relaxed its COVID-19 guidelines Thursday, dropping the recommendation that Americans quarantine themselves if they come into close contact with an infected person. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also said people no longer need to stay at least 6 feet away from others. The changes, which come more than 2 1/2 years after the start of the pandemic, are driven by a recognition that an estimated 95% of Americans 16 and older have acquired some level of immunity, either from being vaccinated or infected, agency officials said. “The current conditions of this pandemic are very different from those of the last two years,”

Vaccines do not provide immunity as shown by the many documented cases of covid in fully jabbed and boosted. However asymptomatic transmission was always a hoax and six feet was made up.

No one ever quarantined the healthy instead of the sick. Triple vaccinated with Moderna, caught Chinavirus and cure de it with 2 Hydroxychloroquine pills a day, plus 1 centimeter horse Ivermectin paste per day, Zn 60 mg/day and Vit D3. After 5 days of this treatment I was negative and did not even infect dear NotaBene. 2 days with fever, it was like a flu. Vaccines do not work at all, just give you sudden adult death syndrome(SADS).

Well what do you know -- with election day barely more than 10 weeks away, the government and the media are suddenly doing all they can to put positive spin on everything. COVID restrictions are being lifted (even though new cases and deaths have been low and essentially unchanged since May), gas prices are heading back to down to "only" $4 a gallon (gas prices almost always decline from Memorial Day to Thanksgiving), and inflation has fallen a full half percent to "only" 8.5% (still a 40-year record). Happy days are here again (they say) and prosperity is around the corner (they say) so vote Democrat (they wish).

If this virus was a dangerous as they told people, the southern would never have been wide open and the illegals sent all over America during the middle of the night. All this was going on while Americans lost their jobs because they wouldn’t get the shot. Enough to make a persons blood boil. I won’t even go into the damage it has caused children. Sick, greedy politicians.

In preparation for Election Theft 2022, they have decided to fold the Covid con. Thousands of unnecessary deaths, the destruction of a humming economy, loss of world standing, trust of our allies, and faith in our government...all these matter not a bit to these villains. They covet and worship power; and the money that ensures. I have serious doubts that our crisis can be reversed.

There was never any need for any of these totalitarian diktats. And they did not wind up being "recommendations". And still, some doctor's offices have you put on a mask. Give me a break!

Taipei, Taiwan  — A delegation of American lawmakers arrived in Taiwan on Sunday, just 12 days after a visit by U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that prompted an angry China to launch days of threatening military drills around the self-governing island that Beijing says must come under its control. The five-member delegation, led by Democratic Sen. Ed Markey of Massachusetts, will meet President Tsai Ing-wen and other officials to discuss U.S.-Taiwan relations, regional security, trade, investment and other issues, the American Institute in Taiwan said. The institute represents the U.S. government, which does not have official ties with Taiwan. China responded to Pelosi’s Aug. 2 visit by sending

Margot Cleveland Explains Why Trump Warrant

There’s been a lot of talk about classified documents regarding the FBI raid on President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Trump himself talked about declassifying documents and there is a report about a “standing order” to declassify documents he had over documents that he was reviewing. But there’s an important thing to note that the criminal statutes alleged in the warrant go right around that — that it isn’t about whether the documents are classified or not. It’s a way of trying to get Trump on something while jacking up the left by screaming “classified” or “nuclear.” But those aren’t the critical questions in the underlying statutes. Indeed, there’s been no evidence

Hollywood studios have ignored a demand from more than 1,500 TV showrunners, writers, and directors urging the companies to commit to “abortion safety protocols,” as well as to promise to stop donating to pro-life political candidates. Instead of addressing the specific demands, studios including Disney, Netflix, Amazon, and NBCUniversal issued a vaguely worded joint statement this week that recommended talent defer to their relevant union health plans. The studios said they are “continuing to evaluate ways that we can best provide for our employees and workers who support our productions.” In their statement, the companies mostly avoided addressing the specific demands, which include commitments to providing abortion travel subsidies

Law enforcement is investigating former president Donald Trump for removal or destruction of records, obstruction of an investigation, and violating the Espionage Act, according to the search warrant for the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago that took place on Monday. A federal judge unsealed the search warrant for Trump’s residence, as well as other related documents on Friday afternoon. The Justice Department revealed earlier on Friday that Trump’s lawyers would not object to the documents’ release. Meanwhile, a list of items removed from the property shows the FBI recovered eleven sets of classified documents during the search, including some top-secret documents that should only have been available in special government facilities.

One thing we must give Democrats credit for is their unity. Yes, certain members of the party such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) will occasionally diverge from the party line and oppose particularly radical pieces of legislation, but when it comes to big moments and key votes – on impeachment, for instance – Democrats circle the wagons. Contrarily, Republicans tend to fracture at the most inopportune moments, which is why it was refreshing to see virtual unanimity amongst the GOP after Monday’s outrageous raid on former President Donald Trump’s residence Mar-a-Lago. Almost all notable Republicans supported Trump after the ordeal; all except for one.

It is helpful to think of political developments as moves on the chessboard made to advance an objective. In chess, the objective is to win the game, chess being zero-sum. Politics is like that, too, though participants often claim it's not, that they're acting for the greater good, principles at the foundation of democracy, motherhood and apple pie and all that — which is true in some cases but never if Democrats are in the game. This brings me to Attorney General Garland's claim that the Mar-a-Lago home invasion wasn't a raid at all.

The post–George Floyd racial reckoning has hit the field of medicine like an earthquake. Medical education, medical research, and standards of competence have been upended by two related hypotheses: that systemic racism is responsible both for racial disparities in the demographics of the medical profession and for racial disparities in health outcomes. Questioning those hypotheses is professionally suicidal. Vast sums of public and private research funding are being redirected from basic science to political projects aimed at dismantling white supremacy. The result will be declining quality of medical care and a curtailment of scientific progress.
