The nine members of The Late Show staff arrested for 'unlawfully' entering the Capitol last month will not be prosecuted, the Department of Justice has ruled. The Capitol Police released a statement Monday night in an update on the incident involving members associated with Stephen Colbert's talk show on June 16. You really have to wonder who ran against some of these morons in political office sometimes. Honestly, was the alternative to someone like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez being forced to step on a rusty nail? Was Eric Swalwell’s opponent a literal cannibal promising to consume children if elected? If you set out to elect some of the dumbest creatures to ever walk upright on the planet, you couldn’t do much better than what Democrats currently have serving in Congress and the White House. Why?
