Vice President Kamala Harris was caught with another course of word salad, this time during an interview with CBS News.
Following the historic Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, CBS News correspondent Robert Costa asked Harris on Friday whether Democrats both in the White House and in Congress "failed" to codify the federal protection of abortions in the nearly 50 years since the precedent was established.
"I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled. Certain issues are just settled," Harris responded.

I'd love to see her try and fill out a FAFSA form.

It’s rather obvious that she blew her way through law school.

In between her wordy words and joker smiling there's the hand gestures and air karate chops like Nancy Pelosi does with perfection. The woman is below being a doofus but should never have been carried to this level in her stupid life.
There are many people in companies who are like this and shouldn't have ever rose higher than a cash clerk in this case I don't the laughing joker, Harris, couldn't possibly do that. Harris is a low IQ idiot.

One issue is settled. Neither one of the people at the top of our government is qualified to be there.

How did she perform in the courtroom? I can't imafine her as DA or State AG. Law is, to a large degree, the management of words and phrases.
That is a skill that seems to have bypassed the Cackling Canadian.

Sort of off topic.
Looking at that Fox News video was the first time I have ever seen or heard of Harold Ford Jr or any of his family. Up to this point, I knew absolutely nothing about him.
About my third thought (behind "he's good-looking") was "this man is Black." I have now spent about half an hour finding out about him, which didn't talk long, and spending the rest of the time trying to figure out why I thought he is Black.
There is nothing. It's like a human version of the blue dress-white dress thing. Seems to me there should be serious studies done on human perception of other humans. My background is in anthropolgy and I am just fascinated by this. (I've wanted to have August declared "Ambiguous-American Month", during which people could make guesses on people's ethnicities and then see if that agreed with what the individual thought about itself. THAT wouldn't start any fights.)
I did listen to what he had to say, too

This whole "settled law" nonsense has always bugged me. Now when I hear it I automatically ask if Citizens UNited is settled law, or Heller? The response is usually a dull blank stare because they don'yt know anything about either decision. Willful ignorance.
In the predictably rare instances when they are aware and (usually mis-) informed on either subject I corner them on why Roe is settled but Heller is not. What generally follows is a discombobulated word salad desperately trying to paint those decisions as deeply flawed partisan actions by an out of control court. In reality their arguments boil down to they go against leftwing doctrine. A factoid usually completely supported by the "everyone I know believes this" law of leftist logic.
After that I get to ask who gets to decide whats settled and whats not, unleashing yet more everyone I know and 80% of the people want and its so obvious etc etc.
Just once I would love to see the sudden realization of how completely incoherent their statements really are. I hear this from some very intelligent people, people who should know better. People who would break down in laughter if such arguments were made to them concerning anything else in their professional lives. The ones that I am most astonished at are the lawyers, if anyone should recognize and indefensible argument they should but in this area they are as blind as your average stoner college freshman.

Let's just rename the Peter Principle for Kamala now. She has demonstrated abundantly that she deserves to have it named after her, instead. (Whoever Peter was, he could never have been as over his head as she so frequently shows herself to be.)

I'm beginning to believe that Harris has an increasing day by day mental problem putting her words together. While she's speaking she has some sense that her words are not what she wants them to be, but she's unable to correct them midsentence. It's more than trying to be cutesy, obscure or politically correct.

Re #9, I had seen him on Fox before, and there is absolutely nothing that seemed to say "black" about him as far as I am concerned. His father doesn't even hint at any negro blood in the photos of him. I searched for photos of his mother's name....got a bunch of older white woman, and no way to know which was his mother.
I seriously doubt that he actually has any significant negro genetics, although he does seem to have curly hair. None of his facial features are like blacks, and certainly his skin is not even slightly in that direction. Apparently in that family they have been marrying white folks for generations, and there is no visual hint of blackness left, certainly no black skin.
Harold Ford, Jr. is married to a blond haired white women, so his kids will be even less "black".
But they CLAIM to be "black" for political and financial benefit.

As for Caramella, I'd have to put her into the Dot-Head, Rastafarian Hoser category...talk about yer world salad!

This is OT too, sorry. Everyone keeps saying the democrats didn't 'codify' Roe v Wade in all these 50 years. I didn't know what 'codify' meant so I just now looked it up. 'To codify is to arrange information in a logical order that others can follow. Legislators may try to codify, or gather and organize, all laws related to a ..' Can someone point out to me what there is to codify about Roe v Wade. Sorry to be so dense.
