Twitter has hired a heavy-hitting Delaware-based law firm to sue Elon Musk for backing out of his $44billion deal to buy the company.
The social media giant hired the Watchell, Lipton Rosen & Katz, and plans to file suit against Musk early this week, Bloomberg reported.
The hiring of Wachtell gives the company access to lawyers Leo Strine and Bill Savitt, who previously served as Chancellors of the Delaware Chancery Court where the lawsuit would be heard.
Delaware's chancery courts deal with non-jury proceedings overseen by judges known as chancellors.

Idiots. Wachtel is in Manhattan and unlike most large law firms only has a single office.

Discovery is what Elon wanted. Katy bar the door. The Twitter dirty laundry will be open for everyone to see. What will Musk get? A lower buying price.

Why should Elon buy something that's a branch of the government and the democrat party which is ghost managed for psychological warfare tactics and the evidence is all of the hundreds and thousands if not millions of fake accounts that just spew the lie and narratives of the psyop agenda?

The Twits started out refusing to sell, and now they're suing because Musk decided not to buy after all?
Last I heard, the Twits were refusing to turn over information.
But with the 'discovery' process, they'll be turning over a bunch of info.
The Twits appear to be not very smart.
They should be careful what they wish for.
They just may get it.

Too bad Elon can’t be President Trump’s VP…
Any wonder he is so wealthy, he is amazingly brilliant and creative, and he plans and thinks like a Constitutional Conservative.
The amazing Space X/Space Force blesses us all!
Watching and listening to Elon is a lesson in systems strategy.
Pray for his soul…God has given him so much wisdom.
Do we all need a Tesla?!

Musk's $44 billion offer to purchase Twitter is a good example of his general recklessness. Musk will probably prove that Twitter is not worth anything close to $44 billion, but such proof may not justify his withdrawal.
Until the past year, Musk has been a liberal Democrat, but thankfully, unlike George Soros, he does NOT use his wealth to intentionally cause harm. His primary skill is getting various governments to massively subsidize many of his corporations. He dishonestly takes credit for many positive things. In many ways he's a con artist. He makes many wild promises that he cannot possibly keep, including his absurd "Hyperloop," his Boring Company, his imagined colonization of Planet Mars, his Las Vegas tunnel and Las Vegas loop, his around the earth travel by rocket ships, his plans for rocket ships that have large picture windows, his ideas of large battery powered passenger airplanes, and many more. The truth about Musk's many absurd plans are on several dozen YouTube videos, published by a scientist named "Thunderf00t."

Twitter doesn't have a prayer. Besides losing a guy with brains instead of twitter management with extreme emotional bias against the truth, they will now lose the many thousands of new users who signed on when Elon announced his purchase. I became ex-twitter yesterday.

Where is Rasputin?
That house of cards of FAKE accounts is going to be ruined. Maybe he will go ahead and buy it on "fire sale" in an out-of-court settlement!
Rush Limbaugh warned us of making too much of Twitter as a reliable source of public opinion over fake polls which had been skewed as accurate and that Twitter was more accurate.
Let the discovery begin!

The Twitter clowns can hire all the high priced lawyers they want. This is a case Musk can't lose. Musk made an offer. The Twitter clowns either accepted it under the conditions set by Musk, or they reject it. They didn't do things under the conditions Musk had set, and so Musk said pound sand. Case closed.
