The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is preparing to cite the United States’ largest oil field for violating ozone pollution standards, a move that will threaten the end of oil and gas production in the region.
According to the Texas Governor’s Office, the proposed regulations will directly affect the Permian Basin, the largest oil field in the United States, accounting for 95,000,000 gallons of gasoline per day or 40% of the oil produced domestically.
This would be just one more move from Biden’s administration to impact the lives of every American by reducing the fuel supply and causing gas prices to soar well beyond Biden’s record of $5 per gallon.

We should make Biden walk wherever he goes. Maybe then he will appreciate the need for petroleum.

Didn’t the Supreme Court just rule that the EPA has no such authority?

Given the current economic environment, this move would certainly qualify as treachery committed by this administration by clearly undermining the well-being of this country and its citizens. In effect, it is roundabout totalianism in an attempt to force an agenda and take control.

The Republic of Texas approaches.
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, S Dakota, N Dakota, Montana, Alberta (Canada), Saskatchewan (Canada), Manitoba (Canada), and a few states along the sides. Let's go EAST. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.
We have every shipping port in The Gulf of Mexico and half the Atlantic and more oil than the Saudis ever dreamed of.
California and New York can print their own money. If they want to trade they can use Panama. We WILL protect our borders ,north, south, east, and west.
If you're coming to visit Texas bring your US passport with the pre-approved visitor's visa.

Shut down the EPA, totally. Their job is long, long done. All they have done in the last 40 years is damage.

Next step? Declare climate change to be a national emergency and prohibit all exploration, production, processing, transportation, and sale of petroleum and petroleum products. That'll get the flat-earther peasant's attention.
AND, hit the whacked out evil idiot enviros with the lost of "stuff" they have no idea needs petroleum. Like FOOD!.

Marxists long to control all means of production. The USA doesn't produce many products these days, so the marxists will control commodities. Oil? They will halt production. Food? They will force farms to stop producing by controlling all water above and below ground - any excess water on hand will be drained to the sea (California and Newsome). Travel? Covid restrictions. Voting? Er, that one gave Stalin fits of giggles - it only matters who counts the votes. What we are seeing and hearing are the death screams of the new marxists - democrats.

Oh, bull crap. Sooooo all of a sudden right now by some small chance the oilfield is violating ozone standards. Is this going to be a violation of proposed standards? Standards made up knowing the field was not going to comply with the intention of shutting it down? Conspiracy theory anyone?

This is the' Sxxx or get off the pot' moment.. Texas needs to tell them to pound sand. Let the Feds try to enforce this ruling, let the Texas Rangers enforce Texas law. If the land is in Texas it is Texas'.

#8 - Your Republic of Texas needs to start with the ports and massive Navy base at Hampton Roads in VA at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and continue with NC, SC, and GA. Lots of ports, both commercial and military...and great beaches, too, from Virginia Beach to Jekyll Island...and then you get to Florida. You want all of the old South with the exception of northern VA.

The political heat of the coming election is rising as we move from one week to another.
Remember who the news was filled with at DAILY rise in the price of gasoline? A new Covid-1984 variant (now 'monkeypox') to be feared?
What happened.... our attention is being drawn by the media to things which are absurd but in the news daily to the exclusion of other problems which get virtually NO MENTION unless being used for some political effort by the demonrat socialist marxists....
It's time for the people to stop going along with the ridiculous charade we have been subjected to for the last three years. What about sane discussion of how the Country is being economically broken down, especially those struggling to make it on fixed incomes or giving away the country to those coming into the country illegally??
