The military is facing the worst recruiting environment since the end of the Vietnam War.
The Army is at only 40% of its recruiting numbers for the fiscal year despite raising its maximum enlistment bonus from $40,000 to $50,000. It now offers new recruits up to $10,000 for showing up to basic training in 30 days. And is no longer even asking them for a high school diploma.
"We've never offered $50,000 to join the Army," Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen, head of U.S. Army Recruiting Command, said.
While the Army runs anime lesbian wedding ads, it’s pushing away the recruits it needs, young patriotic men from traditional backgrounds.

A group of House Democrats made the politically questionable decision to advance a proposal they call the “Transgender Bill of Rights” on Tuesday. Apparently, it’s not enough that all signs point to them getting utterly crushed, destroyed, wrecked, and annihilated in the November midterms; these Democrats must want people to poke their party’s smoldering corpse with sticks afterward. (Snip) Nor is the move limited to this handful of radical lefties; the bill has an additional 84 co-sponsors. Can these Democrats really be this willfully blind to the deep resentment Americans feel for being forced to “celebrate” a freaky, creepy delusional mental illness?

New York - Disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison Wednesday, according to the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, following his conviction last year on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges stemming from his efforts over years to use his fame to ensnare victims he sexually abused.
Prosecutors had asked the judge to sentence Kelly, 55, to more than 25 years behind bars, while his defense attorneys asked for 10 or fewer, saying prosecutors' request was "tantamount to a life sentence." Survivors of Kelly's abuse held hands and prayed as US District Court Judge Ann Donnelly began reading his sentence.

As PJM’s Rick Moran noted Tuesday, Old Joe Biden doesn’t get any respect, and he’s fed up. According to a Tuesday report in the UK’s Daily Mail, he is “irritated” that his stellar record of accomplishment has not garnered him more support within his own party, as he has “faced a mountain of discussions about potential primary challengers compared to other first-term [presidents] this early in office.” And really, what are these Democrats dissatisfied about? Joe is everything they want in a president, and then some.
The Dems want to destroy the oil industry and force the nation to abandon fossil fuels. Biden has that initiative well underway.

Believe it or not, the daily mish-mosh of bad hot takes and misinformation known as The View—which miserable cat ladies with an addiction to boxed wine watch nationwide—is celebrating its 25th anniversary. For the big party, they packed up and went to the Bahamas. While sitting on the beach, they decided to opine on recent Supreme Court decisions. Thanks to the miracle of social media, we have the coven’s complete reaction to the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health ruling.
Needless to say, they are very upset about Dobbs. In the setup, host Whoopi Goldberg wanted to clarify that the Dobbs decision was about the right to make

ike many businesses, America’s gun manufacturers are feeling the deleterious effects of Bidenflation. Gun manufacturers, however, are additionally subject to the left’s ire and misplaced wrath over “gun violence.” After most horrific shooting tragedies, that wrath comes with the inevitably hysterical demands to ban “assault” guns and add even more stringent federal regulations on gun ownership while simultaneously vilifying all gun owners along with the entire gun industry and its workers.
At long last, one American gun manufacturer, Smith & Wesson, has had enough. Smith & Wesson

The Left hates oil and gas, beef (and chicken, and all meat), and coal. But millions of Americans don’t believe the hysterical Leftist claims that these things are destroying the planet. What to do about these folks? A number of suspicious recent incidents suggest that some people have decided to take matters into their own hands and force compliance with the green agenda by leaving us no other choice.
Belying his “Putin’s price hike” propaganda, Old Joe Biden suggested in late May that skyrocketing gas prices were all part of a plan: “And when it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that,

SACRAMENTO, CA – California is seeking to become the first state in the US to require liability insurance for gun owners.
“Guns kill more people than cars,” Sen. Nancy Skinner, D-Berkeley, said in a statement.
“Yet gun owners are not required to carry liability insurance like car owners must. Why should taxpayers, survivors, families, employers, and communities bear the $280 billion annual cost of gun violence? It’s time for gun owners to shoulder their fair share.” [Tweet] First, the comparison by Skinner is apples and zebras.
While she is technically correct, the application does not necessarily correlate.
According to the CDC, more than 32,000 people die in auto-related accidents each year.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP, one of the largest law firms in the country, is dropping all Second Amendment cases after pressure from clients and other lawyers at the firm. This left the two primary attorneys who successfully argued New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen before the Supreme Court with no clients and no jobs.
Former Solicitor General Paul Clement and Erin Murphy, a regular Supreme Court litigator, resigned from Kirkland & Ellis and announced they were opening their own shop in Washington, D.C. Clement has been a high-profile litigator of conservative causes since he left the administration of President George W. Bush.

TALLAHASSEE, FL – In 2018, Andrew Gillum ran against Ron DeSantis in the race for the Florida governor’s mansion. He lost that race.
Now, the former Tallahassee mayor may be losing something for more precious than an election: his freedom.
According to the Daily Wire, Gillum was just indicted on 21 counts related to crimes he allegedly committed in relationship to his campaign finances.
Gillum claims his innocence and says that the charges are political, but the charges are coming from the Biden Department of Justice.
“A federal grand jury has returned a twenty-one-count indictment against Andrew Demetric Gillum, 42, and Sharon Janet Lettman-Hicks, 53, both of Tallahassee, Florida,”

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - Buford Springs in Hernando County is known for its underwater caves, and Thursday it remained the scene after one person was found dead and another remains missing following their dive.
Rescue crews were called out to the springs, located inside the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Management Area, on Wednesday. They said they were able to recover one of the divers, who died. But as for that other diver, as of Thursday morning, the individual is still missing.
"It does attract a lot of open water divers," explained cave diving instructor Edd Sorenson. "It is deeper than recreational limits. So a lot of people don't realize the hazards and

Discussing black crime in America isn’t easy. For decades, the FBI has collected all kinds of race and crime data from state police, so we have the information. But due to a ton of negative black disparities showing up in the data, the mainstream media pursues a policy of silence on the issue, turning it as a result into a taboo topic.
But as progressives say: “silence is violence.” Like any policy area, when you refuse full and frank discussion about crime, bad policies get implemented and good people get hurt. Take as an example the reckless driving-equivalent of the “Ferguson Effect” Tucker Carlson recently revealed.
Comments:
Bubble gum machine done hit the jackpot. R. Kelly made South Park once. "I'm just standin' here. Tom Cruise and John Travolta locked themselves in the closet. So I pulled out my gun, said I'm gonna shoot some wuh-un." Back when Sam Kinison was alive he made fun of R. Kelly, who tortured some poor girl with a crack pipe. This lengthy trip to the hoosegow is what you call a "just desert," (not "dessert"!) which means something that is well deserved.
