An armed California man incensed about the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion expected to overturn Roe v. Wade was arrested near Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Maryland home Wednesday, officials and a report said. The man, who was not identified, allegedly told police officers he wanted to kill Kavanaugh, the Washington Post reported. In a statement, the Supreme Court said the man was armed and “made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.” The suspect was taken to a local police station after he was arrested at about 1:50 a.m., the Court spokesperson said. He was carrying an unspecified weapon and burglary tools, according to the Post.

Three huge cases have been decided in the Supreme Court this time, and not yet reported. 1. Forcing objective standards for gun rights and concealed carry permits, which will improve gun rights in 8 anti-gun states. 2. Blocking the EPA from shutting down conventional power plants based on "CO2 as a pollutant" an overreach under the Clean Air Act, and probably limiting overreaching bureaucratic regulations in other areas, too. 3. Overturning the federal ban on states limiting abortions. All three will cause loud howls and hysteria from the leftists and the media will be creating a firestorm. They will be rampaging on these three issue for quite a while. And clearly violence is "on the table" and not just burning down cities, but to threatening justices on the Supreme Court. I'm hoping that the justices get some bodyguards.

I believe that the Dems are hoping secretly, that someone assassinates Kavanaugh. Biden could then fill the seat. Would anyone put it past them? To me the most evil thing happening here is that they know that overturning Roe vs Wade will (unfortunately) not end abortion. All of these women who love abortion will still be able to get one. Pelosi, Schumer and the others know what the reason for the decision to overturn is sound and has been discussed for the past 50 years. Because they know that this ruling will not ban abortion, or invalidate Gay "marriage" or prevent to use of birth control rather than calming the abortion zealots reassuring them, they do the opposite sowing hatred and continuing to stoke anger and decisiveness unnecessarily. People may die as a result of this. Will they recognize the blood on their hands? Of course not. Abortion is BIG BIG money for everyone. We have seen that they will sacrifice the truth and well being of American's to win at all costs. There is so much evil in Washington. (And the MSM)

Another thing to consider was brought up by Clay Travis and Buck Sexton on their show, and that is this: if Justice Kavanaugh were to be done away with, Feeble Vegetable would appoint someone else to turn the vote. They suggested that Roberts get on board so that would not happen with a larger majority of the vote. We worry about activist judges legislating from the bench, but Merrick Garland has been silent about the terroristic threats against those judges who had their votes "leaked".... By the way, the Mark Levin book "Men in Black" although written a few years ago, is a GREAT book explaining what SHOULD be happening but is being ignored since NoBama came on...

To the NY Post and Mr. Feuerherd: It was NOT a good idea to publish a frontal view of Justice Kavanaugh's home, with the house number clearly visible. His address may be well-known enough for leftists to locate it and show up for various nefarious purposes, but wider dissemination only compounds the danger.

Killing the conservative justices would save the Left from packing the courts, too. Win/win. I can't help but regret there was not an actual insurrection back on January 6th. We should have frog-marched every Liberal out of Washington, set up gallows and hung them. Then we should have started after their donors; Gates, Soros, and others. And after that prepared to declare War on Davos and the Globalists. If they're going to act like Spectre out of the James Bond novels, treat them like them. Sanction them. If you're going to poke your noses into everyone's business and try to force us to live as you like, you are a tyrant and deserve a tyrant's death.

It wasn’t that long ago when the left’s narrative on ‘gay rights’ was simple, straightforward, and easy to support: Let’s all be tolerant of one another, live and let live, and don’t discriminate. Tolerance is, after all, one of the fundamental tenets of the philosophy which drove America’s founding. But as the saying goes, “give someone an inch and they’ll take a mile,” which is the situation in which we find ourselves today. The message of ‘tolerance’ eventually morphed into ‘acceptance.’ At some point late in the Obama Administration, our culture decided that it was inadequate to merely tolerate the shenanigans of the LGBTQ community, we needed to welcome them.

One of the more irritating aspects of modern life in America is the utter inescapability from major pop culture news. Whether or not we’re interested in the latest shenanigans from Hollywood, we’re going to get pummeled with details anyway. With the recently concluded Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial, for instance, the only way to avoid such bombardment would have been to take up a lifestyle similar to that of Ted Kaczynski. Now that the trial is over, we can mercifully move on with our lives. However, we would be remiss if we didn’t take at least a moment to recognize the complete stupidity that

The contrast in the levels of taxation between Red states and Blue states is well documented. Folks in Democrat-run states like Massachusetts and New York pay exorbitantly high taxes, apparently for the privilege of living in a state that disregards basic freedoms. Whereas those in Republican-run states such as Indiana and Florida typically pay far less in taxes. But when it comes to citing the most extreme example of high tax rates – whether we’re talking about sales tax, gas tax, income tax, or property tax – California is almost always at the top of the list. Now, based on yesterday’s news regarding the California Task Force

After tragedies like the horrific school shooting in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday, we learn a lot about our political figures. In the aftermath of 9/11, we saw the epitome of leadership with then-Mayor of New York Rudy Giuliani, earning him the unofficial title of “America’s Mayor” and the recognition of leftwing Time magazine’s “Person of the Year.” When Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi’s henchman blew up Pan Am flight 103 in 1988, killing scores of innocent Americans, President Ronald Reagan didn’t just retaliate, he bombed Gadhafi’s house, and Gadhafi went into hiding for decades. Those are examples of true leadership following a tragedy. And then, we have clowns like Beto O’Rourke.

Chicago is a mess, and the staff at The Blue State Conservative has been documenting the city’s descent into complete lawlessness for months now. Violent crime is out of control in the Windy City under Mayor Lori Lightfoot, with almost 800 murders last year, record-breaking violence in its most problematic neighborhoods, and more murders than any other city in the country despite only being the third-largest. Chicago has been run exclusively by Democrats for over 90 years, and Illinois, the state in which Chicago lies, is run by a Democratic governor and legislature. Democrats have complete control of Chicago and Illinois as a whole.

The rhetoric from various Democrats last week regarding the leaked draft of Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s purported majority opinion regarding the potential landmark case of Dobbs V Jackson was predictable. Democrats called those voting in the majority ‘radicals,’ and they lamented the demise of Roe V Wade. They also claimed that their position on abortion was aligned with most Americans: it’s not. In fact, it’s not even close. But this week, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Senate Majority Leader – for now – couldn’t help himself, as he insisted on enshrining that disconnect for the ages.

Everyone has an opinion, and the pundits are competing in the expertise sweepstakes. What can we say with some degree of plausibility? The Democrat roster is, by all accounts, dramatically uninspiring. Biden, who speaks in tongues, is plainly beyond redeeming; the question is whether he will manage to survive the year, let alone stumble, lollop, and whiffle to the end of his first term.
