Inside the marriage of ‘ruthless’
Pelosi and her ‘bon vivant’ husband

When Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, got popped for a DUI last week on his way home from a dinner party in the Napa Valley, it was a rare misstep in an otherwise charmed life—at least as far as most people knew. The 82-year-old Paul, a multimillionaire real estate investor and venture capitalist, was charged with two misdemeanors, including driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, after his 2021 Porsche collided with a 2014 Jeep driven by another man, according to Napa County booking records. Paul was released on $5,000 bail.(Snip)“[Paul’s] been making interesting stock picks with Amazon and others for years,”

Comments:

Despite all of the happy talk about what this country is all about, these two cheap crooks appear to be the very embodiment of the New American Dream. Become incredibly wealthy playing in what amounts to a rigged casino, make laws that favor you personally but ignore those you don't like, and get treated like royalty. They make money and spend lavishly, therefore they are admirable.

As expected, Nancy "Puke" Pelosi remains very quiet about her "alleged" DUI husband. She has probably warned MSM not to divulge any information or else. She could gladly give a tour of their $24K refrigerator and invite the MSM, cameras and all. Perhaps an interview to discuss the $12/pint ice cream. Ah, the life of "progressive" elitists.

I don't know what time his dinner party started, but assuming it began at 8 and he left at 10:15, he would have to have consumed at least 9 drinks during that time for his BAC to be .08 or higher 7.5 hours later. Assuming 4:30 AM was when that level was determined. It also means that his BAC at the time of the crash would have been around .2 That's pretty drunk no matter how big of a guy you are.

“Everyone drives home a little drunk in Napa,” says a friend of the Pelosi's. I live in Napa Valley and we have a vineyard and I have never heard anyone say this. Granted, we don't hang out with Nancy and Paul Pelosi and their friends but I can't believe someone would actually be stupid enough to say this out loud. It has long been an open secret that Paul Pelosi was a womanizer. In fact I know a young man that Nancy propositioned a few decades ago.

After facing swift and intense backlash from conservatives and Republican lawmakers, Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) claimed that he was joking about striking a deal on amnesty after negotiating a deal on gun control. As the Senate voted to advance gun legislation on Tuesday night, which arose from Cornyn’s negotiations with Democrats, Cornyn told Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA), “First guns, now it’s immigration.” In response to Cornyn’s comment, Sinema said, “That’s right, we’re going to do it.” The comment drew swift backlash from former Trump administration officials such as Andrew Surabian, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA), and House Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Jim Banks (IN).

Jerusalem—Israel’s outgoing coalition government will fast-track a bill this week to dissolve parliament, setting up the country for its fifth elections in three years, a Cabinet minister said Tuesday. Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced on Monday that he would disband his alliance of eight ideologically diverse parties, a year after taking office, and send the country to the polls. A series of defections from his Yamina party had stripped the coalition of its majority in Israel’s parliament, known as the Knesset. Bennett cited the coalition’s failure earlier this month to extend a law that grants West Bank settlers special legal status as a main impetus for new elections.
