Israeli government fast-tracks bill to

Jerusalem—Israel’s outgoing coalition government will fast-track a bill this week to dissolve parliament, setting up the country for its fifth elections in three years, a Cabinet minister said Tuesday. Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced on Monday that he would disband his alliance of eight ideologically diverse parties, a year after taking office, and send the country to the polls. A series of defections from his Yamina party had stripped the coalition of its majority in Israel’s parliament, known as the Knesset. Bennett cited the coalition’s failure earlier this month to extend a law that grants West Bank settlers special legal status as a main impetus for new elections.

Getting rid of the US Congress would save us taxpayers over 100 million dollars a year in salaries plus office expenses, travel, services, accomodations and the unknown amount of corruption being conducted right from Washington DC. Dementia Joe and his gaggle of gargoyles runs the country anyway, Congress is just a useless adornment in a broken system.

Our Framers 'compromised' by having ALL of the House 'scoundrels' stand for re-election every two years. It's not perfect [I too am a fan of recalls, but they are de-stabilizing if abused] - it's a compromise that works, so long as elections are fair. If elections are not fair, then all of the Constitutional safeguards go out the window. First things first: paper ballots, hand-counted on Election Day, with strict exceptions for absentee ballots. Period. De-certify the machines. [And I'm a retired MSEE signal processing chip architect, designer, and programmer; also an active local election officer for past 12 years. Hands-on experience with the machines and the technology behind them, including the 'bugs' and vulnerabilities.]

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is Israel's President Trump and should be back as Prime Minister. The Left there has, with a phony charge, suing him to dirty his name...the same as the New York AG is trying to do to President Trump now. Israel was strong with Bibi's leadership, but not with this coalition they have now. Pray for Israel. They're our allies in that region.

Not that I am a supporter of a parliamentary government system, dissolving our congress, if it were possible given our Constitutional system, has some appeal.

Radical pro-choice extremists have claimed responsibility for attacks on two pro-life pregnancy centers in Michigan as vandalism surges ahead of an anticipated Supreme Court ruling on abortion. An anonymous Tuesday post on Abolition Media said that the vandalism targeting the Lennon Pregnancy Center in Dearborn Heights and the Pregnancy Care Center in Redford were carried out by “a gang of criminal ******.” “On the night of 6/19 a gang of criminal ****** smashed the windows of two fake abortion clinics in the greater Detroit area leaving the messages ‘if abortion isn’t safe, neither are you’ and ‘fake clinic,’” said the post. “Jane will have her revenge.”

After facing swift and intense backlash from conservatives and Republican lawmakers, Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) claimed that he was joking about striking a deal on amnesty after negotiating a deal on gun control. As the Senate voted to advance gun legislation on Tuesday night, which arose from Cornyn’s negotiations with Democrats, Cornyn told Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA), “First guns, now it’s immigration.” In response to Cornyn’s comment, Sinema said, “That’s right, we’re going to do it.” The comment drew swift backlash from former Trump administration officials such as Andrew Surabian, House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy (CA), and House Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Jim Banks (IN).

President Joe Biden has again blamed inflation on 'Putin's Price Hike' just moments after Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell said that Russia's war in Ukraine was not the main driver of rising consumer prices. 'I'm doing everything I can to blunt the Putin Price Hike and bring down the cost of gas and food,' Biden wrote in a tweet on Wednesday touting his release of oil from strategic reserves and efforts to help Ukraine export grain. But earlier Wednesday, Powell acknowledged that inflation was 'certainly high' before Vladimir Putin's war in Ukraine.(Snip)The Consumer Price Index is currently running at 8.6 percent this May over last

Elections will not legitimize any government if they are rigged. We must end the absurdity whereby a private corporation can be hired to count our votes and then refuse to prove to us exactly how it got the final numbers. If the system is not completely transparent and auditable, you can never be confident in it. You can be completely justified in suspecting that it is fraudulent. When the public no longer trusts those who count the votes, then the outcome will be chaos. The 2020 election was rigged, but it is not up to us to prove that.
