The far-left Washington Post reported this evening on an action by Supreme Court Justice Alito in Pennsylvania. Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. on Tuesday put a hold on counting some challenged ballots in Pennsylvania while the Supreme Court continues to review a lower court’s decision that they be tallied. The administrative stay Alito issued involves a unanimous decision of a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. It said that mail-in ballots that were received on time but lacked a required date

There is no doubt that democrats blatantly stole 2020 and helped the ignorant imbecile to get into the White House. They have been working the system in Pennsylvania for so long that they feel entitled. Get rid of the absentee ballots and it blocks one major means of cheating. They fear Oz most so they will find a way for him to lose.

Yeah. Like the courts and politicians in Pa. listened to Alito in 2020 either.

Like so many issues with democrats, I cannot understand how they sleep at night knowing they are cheating. The mindset they have is so foreign to most of us who understand the repercussions when honesty holds no place of importance in the way you conduct your life. Democrats are in constant flux with no foundation upon which to build a personal value system. How do you function like this? What satisfaction is there in knowing you are unable to convince voters that your policies are superior and the only way to win is to cheat? What kind of victory is that?
We don’t hear about situational ethics much anymore but there was a time it was discussed. Truth and integrity meant something and it was bothersome that many people were rejecting those concepts to justify their behavior. Now it has been fully embraced by the democrat party as a reason for their actions. The end justifies the means appears to be driving force embraced by the left and it is doing untold damage to the Republic. When there is no absolute truth, there is no justice. Anything can be justified. Can’t win an election, the obvious answer for the democrat party is to cheat. This is why John Adams declared, “ Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”. A few decades ago, we would not be having the issue of rejecting written law. Our leaders would have insisted upon it. Now, law is up to the interpretation of Judges who have rejected the law in favor of their personal opinion upon the matter. The important question is who will reign them in? Apparently, no one.

The truth of what is going on in PA is, the ballots inside the envelope the person forgot to date when signed. However, the USPS postmark is on the outside envelope proving the date it was delivered. In 2020, the lower federal court said that it showed proof when the ballot was delivered on the outside envelope, therefore, it should be counted.

The undated return mail-in envelope ballots in Pennsylvania's recent primary election have been counted and are included in the published results. There were very few such ballots, and all had been received by the recipient counties by the applicable deadline dates (election day for all ballots except the "overseas-military" ballots, that have a 7-day extended deadline date). Far more of these undated envelope ballots were filed by Democrats. There is no evidence that any of these ballots favored any candidate.
The Oz - Mccormick recount is underway. Only the votes already counted will be recounted. Oz won his primary by 902 votes, and his lead has increased to 941 because of approved provisional ballots.
There were 31 statewide recounts throughout the U.S. between 2000 and 2019. The greatest vote swing in those 31 recounts was 400 votes, and almost all of those elections had far more votes casts than in Pennsylvania's recent primary. The average vote swing in these 31 statewide recounts was 0.028%. Oz is ahead of Mccormick by 0.08%. Therefore, reversal of Oz's lead would require a vote swing to Mccormick of 300% more than the average swing in these 31 recounts. If Mccormick ends up winning against Oz due to the recount, that massive (all but impossible) vote swing would be prima facia evidence of Mccormick vote fraud during the recount.

The fact is this election was held almost a month ago and they’re still counting? That tells me they’re doing it wrong. I saw a meme yesterday that said if we can pit a serial number on each bill in our monetary system, we can put one on each ballot. But the rats don’t want a system where they can’t cheat.

These people believe a "man" can give birth, that killing a 9 month old in utero child is not murder and green energy is a winner. Cheating is easy peasy for them to deal with. Insanity is their way of life.

#3, I feel the same way. Used to have a friend who was third generation federal gov't employee. No work ethic whatsoever. After knowing him for over 20 years I could recount many instances of insurance fraud he bragged about. The last straw should have been when his wife became severely ill and while she had to keep working, he retired so he could make sure she got to her appointments and to work. But the last straw was all the Biden bs he posted online. I always knew he was a cheater, liar and fraud and had enough.

Rinktum, to a dishonest man, having the option of cheating is a great relief and comfort. They do not count the road to the destination as important- only the destination itself. They are like a drunkard in his car, on his way home from a party, who cars not what he hits or runs over, and since in this case, the destination is political power and the ability to fend off accusations of harm, all the better!

The purpose of the voter writing a date on the outside of the envelope is to prove he placed the ballot in the envelope. The absence of that written date means the ballots could have been opened before delivery and culled to filter out ballots for one of the candidates, then placed in new envelopes and delivered. This is one of the precautions needed to assure the integrity of mail-in ballots. Anyone with any critical thinking skills can determine there was a purpose in that requirement. This lawfare episode is an attempt to remove Oz from the race. Even though it is a Repub primary race, the Dems have an interest in picking their chosen opponent. I would hesitate to suggest a Republican candidate would promote that kind of fraud. Oh, wait, it is a Republican pushing this challenge! I guess I was too generous in my estimation of his character.

And, There is a window for voting, including mail in ballots. A vote made before the election is invalid. Besides that, if you aren't smart enough to put a date on a form, maybe you shouldn't be deciding who are elected leaders should be.

If there are any drop boxes they should be set up just like an ATM machine.
Only 1 ballot entered at a time, which is scanned and recorded with time/date stamp along with crossing off the name of the person who is on the scanned ballot.
Also, have video camera just like at the ATM machine recording who is at the drop box mailing the ballot(s).

Good for Alito...it's time the supremes do their job...stealing elections are coming to an end...and when WE have paper ballots and one day voting with voter IDs...then WE will have fair elections again...

Try returning any government form without being completely filled in. But to vote? Nah.

#3, excellent post. I would just add - there was also a time when WTP understood our important part in our system of government. Who works for whom?
Adams was talking about all of us - not only the elected and appointed. It only works when good people fulfill their duties to preserve what so many have given so much to keep - regardless of the morals of those in office.
The Edmund Burke quote certainly applies here! “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”
Evil never stop

Sorry, hit submit too soon on #23.
Meant to say - Evil never stops in working to achieve its goals. Sometimes good people never begin, or give up too easily in pursuing theirs.
