The New York Times reported late Tuesday that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) took action “within hours” of the Robb Elementary School attack to adjust the Senate schedule and will “force” a gun control vote.According to the NYT, the vote will be focused on expanding background checks to cover sales at gun shows and “gun buyers on the internet.” This despite reports that indicate the alleged Robb Elementary School attacker purchased both his rifles from an FFL at a gun store; such a purchase already requires a background check.Fox example, the Houston Chronicle observed the Robb Elementary School shooting suspect “legally purchased two rifles

As usual, the gun grabbing ghouls can't even wait for the victims to assume room temperature before they start their next round of ineffective restrictions, all the while doing nothing to address the real societal problems that lead to such events. As long as we are casting blame then try this...I blame all of the fear mongering, shutdowns, isolation, and economic stress caused by the deliberately overblown reaction to the chinese flu for these shootings. Most people who are emotionally unstable due to the events of the last two years just resort to suicide, but there are always some who lash out at others in their desperation.

I personally feel this kid was trained, brainwashed and aimed by our Deep State. Where did he get the money for the guns and tactical gear? Is that perhaps what he argued about with his grandmother, befote he shot her. Did he use her credit cards? Why the elementary school? Reports say he was bullied in the past for wearing women's clothing and using eyeliner. Was he a child shaped by liberal LGBTQ programs which they hid from his parents? Was there other training and "counseling" that was hidden?

Appealing to his base - it's a re-election year for Chucky, and he's worried about a red wave (in the form of Joe Pinion) flipping his seat in November. He politicized Buffalo incident as well. Standard Dem playbook. I'm hopeful we are hearing the last of Chucky's official statements as Senator!

Every one knew he was mentally ill. Yet, no one was allowed to do anything until he actually killed someone. Guns don't shoot people unless someone pulls the trigger. Put a gun in the hands of a responsible person and nothing bad happens: give one to an evil person and all hell breaks loose.

I want to know what the responding officers brought to the scene, what the BP officer that killed Ramos used..OBVIOUSLY those are what society needs more of, those are what STOPPED this horrific attack. Just stop this. It is unconstitutional, and very politically unpopular except in a very few extreme left states. 41 states have made their concealed carry laws easy for honest citizens, either "Constitutional Carry" which means any adult who can legally own a handgun may carry it openly or concealed, or "shall issue" permit system which has simple objective standards, such as no felony history, over 21 and sometimes with a training course. Only a few states are clinging to their failed, harmful old anti-gun policies. These laws are widely seen for the failures that they are.

All gun buys "on the internet" are ACTUALLY guns picked up at a federally licensed gun dealer, and require a background check. There is NO "internet gun sales" that are any different than a dealer shop sales. Private sales are still legal between two individuals in most states. And even if these were to be made "illegal" they would continue unabated FOREVER. Harassing legal gun purchasers does nothing for gun safety. Nothing at all.

Democrats want to destroy the 2nd amendment so they can do away with the rest of the constitution and they will refuse to enforce laws on the books until enough people die that they can do so. Every time Democrats start an anti-gun push, a group of these events and innocent people are killed in a very timely manner to be used as tools for destroying individual rights - especially to the right to defend oneself.

What Schumer’s bill includes, to expand background checks would not have stopped the school shooter at Uvalde, Texas. Because when he purchased his guns, he passed the federal mandated background checks. Such “Nut Job” 18 year olds who are intending school shooters will always be able to pass background checks if their mental health records are not included in the federal background check data base. There is apparently nothing in Schumer’s proposed bill to include mental health records in such data bases. Besides even if the 18 year old was a complete kook, he may have never had a mental health evaluation.

It's simple for the DimOhCraps isn't it. It's just the evil inanimate gun,...never the psycho wielding it. I'll bet that most of the murders and mass killings in the US are done by " African Hyphen Americans" or Illegal Aliens (Yes,...ALIENS) foreigners to our culture and ethos. Maybe the DimOHCraps are paying these killers and their families to commit these murders on purpose to help initiate "Gun Control". They don't want Americans to be free and in control of their government and the gravy train. They "can't handle freedom" to paraphrase Jack Nicholson in "A Few Good Men".

Former White House national security official Kash Patel said Thursday that the only tactic the defense had left in the Michael Sussmann trial was “jury nullification,” in which they would urge the jury to look past the evidence presented.Patel spoke to Breitbart News editor-in-chief Alex Marlow on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM Patriot 125, one day after the prosecution rested its case. The final piece of evidence was the interview that Patel himself had conducted with Sussmann four years ago, when he was helping then-Rep.
